Exploring an Abandoned $8,000,000 Mansion | 4 Car Garage | Renovation Nightmares

okay guys welcome back to another adventure here we go again I'm phography I'm Dave and where I am right now is I'm in this well kind of an abandoned house it's a very large Mansion like like an actually it's actually a mansion it's not like one of those houses that we say is a mansion but it's really not and I've driven by this place and I've wondered about it for a very long time and I'm actually here now so now that I'm inside I'm a little bit underwhelmed by what I see seems to be another one of those uh renovation projects that just stopped and uh so a lot of the original details have been removed there's a lot of exposed beams and wood and it's a few interesting things but it's not going to be the coolest place but we're going to check it out anyways because I'm here and I've already got inside so I might as well just do it so let's uh cue the intro let's cue the music and I'll meet you guys on the other side [Music] okay guys so here we go and I'm going to start in uh the very middle of the house and I'm going to uh I'm going to pan up here and you can see that there's some uh some uh Det details and some features on this ceiling that would have been very nice when this was originally uh decorated before all this renovation started and it's going to hopefully be very nice whenever whoever is working on it is done but uh so we're in some sort of a main room right in the middle of the house so we'll walk forward and uh show you guys around turn around here get you can see the whole room some nice uh nice doors going outside to the backyard and uh here's the front door right [Music] here as you can see there's your front door and we will turn around and show you the main foyer the main entrance will'll pan up and uh obviously as you see you can see right up to the actual roof in the Attic but scrolling down here's your main feature of the foyer and there's a safe on the floor interestingly enough just sitting there but uh so as we come in and I go to the right there is a library with original flooring and original wood but I can't step on it there's a sign warning that the floor is unsafe and uh pan up a little bit so you can see the ceiling and then panning down there's the original floor but it's very unsafe and unstable so I'm not going to bother going over there but you can look right there and you can get a nice look at the library what I'm guessing will be an office was an office all right turn around let's take a look outside make sure we're in good hands here everything's good okay moving along dead center we're going to go to the right and at this point there won't be too much to see because everything has been removed but uh let's head to this back room here and we go from here and we'll pan around and there is a fireplace there an original fireplace and over this way we got a very nice bathroom though a huge bathroom so let's take a look here there is there's a bathtub right there Jacuzzi bathtub with a really nice window looking outside got some decorative pillars right there right there there's me again in the mirror what is up guys really nice double sink big mirror wonder what made them want to keep this and not rip the walls out of this and then over here you got a toilet a bit dark in there but you should be able to see it okay there you go and then a really nice marble standup shower very very nice so go back out through here and uh this would be a nice sun room or salarium pan around and have a look at some of these features here we'll pan up and as you can see there's a window a very strange window up there that doesn't seem to serve any purpose but it's there and come through here through this door we're going to go to the left well that's that bathroom that we were dust in okay so let's turn back around this way very tall doors too and let's check this out so there's this door here and we'll go down back up very tall doors take a walk to the left see what we got over here there is a arched feature that they're bu building in there or was originally built in there this is a really nice ceiling here guys I'll uh up here if you can have a look and then looks like there's something here where there would be some kind of a maybe a statue in the wall and again here with uh with the ceiling I can hear raccoons hiding somewhere and then here is another room here what's in here to look outside and then here and not really sure what this room would have been let me just pan down here maybe laundry yeah it looks like this would be the laundry room looking at the outlets on the wall and then you got a couple of rooms at the end of the hallway here go to the right pan up a bit can you go another bathroom there's me toilet's missing there's a bathtub standup shower and what is up guys passing around here closet and then into this room another room really high ceilings watch I'll pan up that's down I'm going to pan up now check out how high the ceiling would be in this room this will be a nice room when it's done man I wish I would have got here before all this stuff got ripped out and there is a pool in the back but it's winter and everything's covered in snow there's a look at the size of the shower guys holy cow marble it's a nice shower all right let's move back along here go check out the other side of the house and then there's also one upstairs and maybe even a downstairs so let's keep going [Music] all right back around to the [Music] front insulation everywhere here's another sitting room with a fireplace and uh super nice Windows very tall another Arch feature right [Music] here all right take a look nice and slow [Music] fireplace all right and we'll go to this back room [Music] see another fireplace Sun's starting to set so we're getting some nice light coming through the back okay guys here's another [Music] fireplace camera's a little bit crooked sorry if the video is not quite straight guys but there you go some original materials on the floor maybe they're being preserved and then back here is a very interestingly decorated or designed room almost like a like a salarium maybe lots of Windows nice and [Music] bright and then you have these interesting features here [Music] right [Music] there I'll just shut up for a minute so you guys can enjoy this and [Music] look and let's go from the floor up to the ceiling so you can see [Music] there all right so let's move along we'll go back through [Music] here back into this room quick peek outside [Music] all right let's go down these stairs here and see what's in the basement got a nice railing here me just get this so you can see there you go it looks like it's original that's being protected with [Music] cardboard oh nice basement holy crap let me pan up so you can see okay we got another fireplace here and then we're going to scroll over and there's a bar nice entertaining area and looks like an unopened bottle of wine yep oh no it's been opened yeah but there it is from 2000 it's been opened looks like okay so there's your bar remaining intact I guess during Renovations and we'll go through here some interesting windows don't really see too much going on down here guys what's this in here what's that oh this is like a sauna or a steam room or something that's probably a steam room oops and then there's your furnace nothing interesting in here so we will go up these stairs how about that that yeah looks like original railings are being [Music] preserved what's in here that oh that goes in the garage bot with that right now okay careful on this floor guys you want to go upstairs let's go see what's up okay here you go staircase take a look up here we go hopefully the floors are safe and not much up here guys really it's just a bit of a like an attic and that's it probably makes for a nice bedroom up here but it's empty so we're going to go back downstairs that's the only upstairs here all right that's the inside guys let's go take a walk outside go here here put my T on it's cold really cool okay take a look from the outside guys here little pan around you can see the back of the house just kind of zoom up a little bit nice window there back area [Applause] here that's stairs that will take you downstairs so you can go into the basement into the bar area and uh here is where the pool is see we can see back here oh it's cold guys again sorry if my video is a little bit crooked don't know what's going on there guys like this place so this here is the pool looking at it on Google Maps it's either a pool or a pond but it's very green and really not very nice it's uh let's pan around I'll show you guys the back of the house so you can have a look there see it's a nice big house and uh got like a like a guest house or something back here or a little room for people who are hanging out and swimming yeah it's like a kitchen or something about it got that again with the pool so let just take a walk over back to the house oh what we got here we got a Jacuzzi guys look at that it's covered but there's a there's a hot tub outdoor hot tub I could have F fallen in there guys I think I did okay back down here where I showed you guys
