Renting Miami 🖤 Tour This 75th Floor Brickell Highrise Apartment With Me [Huge 2 Bedroom]

Welcome to Renting Miami. I'm Nina Milman and welcome to Panorama Towers, the most beautiful luxury rental building in all of Brickell. This is 75M. This is a gorgeous two-bedroom unit and it is just over 1,500 square feet. It also has a den. So let's check that out. So as you can see, this is a really large space. You can, if you want to, go ahead and enclose it to make it another small bedroom, but it doesn't have its own bathroom. That would be the only drawback. There's only a half bath for this one. So let's go check out the wow factor. So here's the half bathroom that I was mentioning that goes for entertaining and also for the den. So the wow factor is this view. We're 75 stories up, so you see all of Miami. We're gonna take you out to the balcony in just a second, so I'm not gonna give you all of that with just a little spoiler alert, but this is the entertaining space. So you have a really nice large kitchen, and as you're preparing food, look at what you're looking out at. It's just absolutely stunning. The view is so open and clear. You get gorgeous sunsets out here. It's just all glass everywhere you see, you know, everywhere you go. Really good-sized living room, dining room, and then you, of course, have your bar area for entertaining, the essential wine fridge without which life cannot go on, right? Then here is a gorgeous primary suite. So you have these beautiful sweeping open views from the bed, huge closet, really nice space for the armoire. Again, we're 75 stories up, so the building is 85 stories, so you can have all kinds of different floor heights, and that will change your view a little bit as well. So big closet space, beautiful primary bathroom with the LED lighting so that you can do your makeup and look fresh, beautiful floor-to-ceiling marble. The tub, I want to say, honestly, is a little bit on the smaller side. Maybe better just for, you know, washing your little puppy or your kids, but still, it's cute. But check out this closet space. In Brickell, it's really hard to get big closets. This is just one of them. This is the his or potential. I mean, it depends on how you want to distribute, but that's the smaller one, and then you have this big walk-in closet as well. Check it out, and you can actually get these finished out. So if you wanted to do the wood California closets, they have a package for that as well. Super easy, really pretty. So let's check out the second bedroom. So I think probably the first thing everyone will notice about this is the view. So even though it's not the primary or people, you know, used to refer to that as the master suite, the view from this bedroom is just absolutely insane. You can see sunrise to sunset. You have the view of Miami Beach, the Port of Miami where the cruise ships come in and turn in the morning. I know that's one of my friend's favorite views. It's absolutely special and stunning. You see Brickell Key, which is a man-made island that has a lot of beautiful luxury buildings on it, and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, which has one of the best spas in town. So and that's actually just walking distance as well. So if you're a runner and you want to go, it's a one-mile loop and it's all on the water, so it's like the most relaxing, beautiful run that you will ever do. Even I do that, and I'm not a runner. I hate it. So then you have here just a reach-in closet. So it's quite long, but it's definitely a big difference between the primary suite and the second bedroom when it comes to closet space. And then of course you have your en-suite bathroom with very much the same finishes, but you just don't have the double sink. It's just a single, and then the shower is a shower-tub combo. This has been separate, but the same style. Very pretty, very classic, very glam. So now that you've seen the living spaces, so when I say 1,500 square feet, that's just what's under AC. So we can go out to the balcony, which is additional outdoor living space that will also highlight the view. It's absolutely gorgeous. Okay, come with me. Take a look. I mean, it doesn't get any better as far as the sunset view. The sunset is about to begin, and it is absolutely breathtaking. You see the water out to Coconut Grove and Pearl Gables. You see over all of Brickell. So here are some of the buildings that you've probably heard about, like SLS Lux is right there. Brickell Flatiron is right there. You can see onto their rooftop pool deck. Because Panorama is the tallest tower currently in Brickell, you really do have this incredible bird's-eye view of everything. You can see Aston Martin that we did a really cool video of. If you haven't checked that out, I would definitely go check it out. That's the one that is shaped kind of like a boat. So it has that curved sail kind of shape to it on the east side as it looks out to the bay of Miami Beach. And so today I wanted to talk a little bit about what's also in this building. So the last time I was sharing with you guys all the things that are close by, and obviously here you can see Brickell City Center and Mary Brickell Village. You can literally see how close they are. But there are also a lot of great amenities in the building. It has a really large gym. They have classes that are included, like yoga and Pilates. And there are three movie theaters, which is great if you ever want to do like a movie night or you want to watch the Super Bowl with friends. There's also a really great co-working space that has its own cafe with, you know, light bites and coffee so you can kind of be fueled for your work. So it's really like a we work kind of environment. So there's a lot of great stuff that is right here in this huge tower, as well as of course everything that Brickell in Miami has to offer.
