[Destiny and Saving] [Episode 13] Mo Xiao. Those five jars of wine, I don't want them anymore. Mo Xiao. You have now confirmed. Three days from now, on Tongming Island, I will be at my father's grave, and I will kill you with my own hands. Guardian, what's going on? How can there be two young mistresses in this world? The young mistress has come back to life and reappeared in this world. There might be some mysterious aspects that you and I don't understand. But what exactly happened? You wait here and act according to the situation. I'll go find that Wu Chen. -Yes. -Yes. How could I lose track of them? There are so many paths. Which one should I take? Wu Chen. It's you again. I ask you, do you really not remember who you are? You came just in time. I was just about to ask you. Ask me? Since you already recognized who I am, I am Feng Lixue. You know you are Feng Lixue? I am not sure. But everyone else says I am. That's why I need to ask you. Do you know Phoenix-masked Woman? She claims to be the daughter of our leader. I saw her last time. She even tried to kill me. So you believe she is real, and I am fake? I don't know. That's why I need you to prove it. I need you to prove it even more. Aren't you a Guardian of the Tianxing Sect? You should know Feng Lixue well. I don't know if she is real, but you definitely can't be Lixue. Because the real Lixue would never be with her enemy. Enemy? What enemy? The enemy who killed my father. Who do you say is the enemy who killed your father? Sword Sovereign Fengyue's disciple, Mo Xiao. Years ago, at the peak of Snow Peak, it was he and his master who killed my father, and pushed me off a cliff. The real Feng Lixue has a vendetta against him for killing her father, and a grudge for his betrayal. But you, follow him as if he were your benefactor. So tell me, who is the real Feng Lixue? The vendetta for killing my father, the grudge for betrayal? Be careful. Could someone have used the spirit-splitting technique? Wu Chen. Sooner or later, I will make you disappear completely. As to the truth, I will find out myself. Young Sect Leader, you're finally back. You and Young Master Xie left early this morning, not allowing us to follow, and didn't tell us what you were doing. The three of us were very worried about you. We didn't let you follow because we didn't want you to know. Stop asking so many questions. I have overstepped my bounds. Please don't blame me, Young Sect Leader. It's alright. Where are Wu Chen and Jing? They went to practice in the peach grove. They should be back soon. I'm back. What's wrong, Jing? Did something happen? Wu Chen is lost again. I've looked around outside several times but couldn't find her. Mo Xiao, I guess she wandered off on her own. Should I take them to search for her quickly? That won't be necessary. I'll go look for her. Are you looking for me? Wu Chen, where have you been? I've been looking for you for ages. I just walked a bit slower. Next time, can you not be so jumpy? You're making people worry. I'm just an orphan girl. I have nothing to do with Tongming Island or the Tianxing Secret Treasury. What is there to worry about? Right, Mo Xiao? Wu Chen, be a little more careful. There's nothing wrong with that. I'm a bit tired. I'll go back and rest. Do you feel that Wu Chen is not as carefree as before? She seems to have something on her mind. She's been through so much with us in Fengdu City. It's only natural that she's grown a bit. I actually think it's better for her to remain a bit naive. I want revenge. I must have my revenge. -Let me take revenge. -Go back! Let me have my revenge. Go back. No. I will kill them. To think that for revenge, you forced a strand of her own consciousness out of your body. Well, you're ruthless enough to yourself. Only this way will you be worthy of being my disciple. Unfortunately, it's not yet time for your revenge. Today, I will seal away a strand of your vengeful consciousness. When the time is right, I will release it to help you exact your revenge. From now on, there will be no more Feng Lixue. There will only be the orphan girl from the Mang Mountain, Wu Chen. You will have no memories, no resentment. You'll be like a blank slate. All you need to do is wait patiently. [Earth No. 1] Mo Xiao. You're up. Everyone is having dinner downstairs. We didn't see you come down for a while. I haven't been sleeping well these past couple of days, so I got up a bit late. You don't look well recently. Are you feeling unwell somewhere? Come here. Let me take a look. Is he really the one who killed my father? Give me your hand. What happened to my hand? I don't even know myself. It's nothing. I'll go find Zisu to apply some medicine. How could this be? The wound of the Phoenix-masked Woman has appeared on Wu Chen at the same time. What on earth is going on? Young Sect Leader, you're here. Go downstairs quickly. People sent by the sect leader have arrived. You must be tired from your long journey. How is my father doing lately? He's doing alright. Senior Lu, may I ask the reason for your sudden visit? The sect leader ordered me to deliver a command. [Order Mo Xiao to kill Feng Lixue at the Myriad Isles Ice Lake] "I order Mo Xiao, disciple of Shushan Sect, to kill Feng Lixue at the Myriad Isles Ice Lake." [Order Mo Xiao to kill Feng Lixue at the Myriad Isles Ice Lake] Senior Lu, shouldn't the sect leader's order be to prevent the Tianxing Secret Treasury from appearing? Why is it to kill Feng Lixue? [Order Mo Xiao to kill Feng Lixue at the Myriad Isles Ice Lake] If Feng Lixue is killed, the Tianxing Secret Treasury naturally won't appear. I, Mo Xiao, accept the order. Senior Lu, is this order from the sect leader be given to me alone? The sect leader personally ordered me to pass it on to Mo Xiao alone. If that's the case, then the task of executing Feng Lixue can only be carried out by me alone. Anyone who acts without authorization will be punished for disobeying orders. Am I correct? Young Sect Leader, you specifically emphasized this matter, fearing that someone might try to steal your glory? Senior Lu, there are two sides to every matter. With the potential for glory comes the burden of responsibility. If the order is not enforced, it cannot be stopped. It will inevitably cause trouble. When that time comes, I'm afraid both of us will find it difficult to report back. Young Sect Leader, you have given this deep consideration. I was just joking with you. However, the sect leader specifically instructed before leaving that since the Tianxing Secret Treasury incident has arisen, you must complete the mission. I will wait for you to successfully quell this incident, then we will return to Shushan Sect together to report. I will certainly do my utmost. Mo Xiao. What are you planning to do? What do you mean? The Sect Leader's order. To have you kill Feng Lixue. Don't you find it strange? The Sect Leader has always been kind-hearted. Even for the most evil demons, he would subdue them and lock them up in the Tielyv Branch. How could he suddenly order you to kill Feng Lixue? What's even more bizarre, Shi Bujiu actually said that Wu Chen and the Phoenix-masked Woman are both Feng Lixue. Have you figured out which one is which? The strangest thing is you. You actually accepted the Sect Leader's order and said you'd kill Feng Lixue with your own hands. What I'm concerned about now is who exactly you're going to kill. You're not going to kill both of them, are you? I don't think Wu Chen is like that at all. Look at her. Shi Bujiu made a mistake. Wu Chen is just Wu Chen. That's good. I knew Wu Chen was too innocent to be Feng Lixue. You had me worried for nothing. But anyway, this habit of yours of showing no expression and not revealing any emotions, can you change it? Otherwise, being your brother is really tiring. It's mentally exhausting. They are clearly two different people. Your Ice Technique has shown initial progress. Controlling the cold energy in your body should no longer be an issue. But remember, this Ice Technique should not be used carelessly. Otherwise, it will backfire on you. Quickly, release it. It's frozen. Look at it. Doesn't it resemble Wu Chen on Mang Mountain? Unaware and unfeeling, just like a dead person. Wu Chen. Wu Chen, what's wrong? Nothing. Or rather, if you have anything on your mind, anything you need to get off your chest, you can tell me. Xie Lingyun said, if there's something on your mind that you want to tell someone, then that person must be the most trusted and most liked person. Mo Xiao, do you want to become the person I trust the most? But everyone has their own secrets. That's also what Xie Lingyun said. I am willing. Supreme Lord, Shushan Sect has issued a sect leader's order. They want Mo Xiao to kill... To kill Feng Lixue. The Shushan Sect is afraid now. Supreme Lord, aren't you worried? Mo Xiao won't kill her. Now, whether it's Wu Chen or the Phoenix-masked Woman, they will both lead Mo Xiao to Tongming Island. And he has no choice either. If he wants to know the truth, he must go to the Tianxing Secret Treasury. By the time he understands everything, it will be too late. It's all because of this Phoenix-masked Woman. If it weren't for her, Wu Chen wouldn't have gotten into trouble. Supreme Lord, should I go and eliminate her? There's no need. Wu Chen will awaken sooner or later. When she understands everything, the Phoenix-masked Woman will naturally disappear. ♫Knowing the subtlety of my feelings, understanding the words I cannot fully express♫ ♫Thoughts linger from dawn to dusk, murmurs accompany soft words♫ ♫A few lines of poetry made it hard to hide my emotions♫ ♫In every dream, fallen flowers and willow catkins dance together in the air♫ ♫Listening to the wind and rain, loneliness resides in your gaze♫ ♫On one night's encounter, winds rise, and mountains turn green♫ ♫New lyrics, old melodies, we have missed each other for three lifetimes♫ ♫A pool of ink, just flowing in my heart♫ ♫Gazing at the morning light reflecting off the snow, bowing my head, my love falls♫ ♫Thinking of the herons rising, the starry river, my heart stirs♫ ♫In the blink of an eye, the endless desolation sets in, and turning back, leaves fall and scatter♫ ♫My thoughts of love are carved, etched deeply into my heart♫ The real Feng Lixue has a vendetta against him for killing her father, and a hatred for his betrayal. Mo Xiao, is this really true? ♫In the blink of an eye, the endless desolation sets in, and turning back, leaves fall and scatter♫ You and her, what exactly is your relationship? ♫My thoughts of love are carved, etched deeply into my heart♫ Wait. That mist is poisonous. Since the Phoenix-masked Woman promised to take us to the island, she naturally wouldn't let others land on it casually. Then why has Tongming Island appeared, but we don't see the Phoenix-masked Woman? Perhaps the Phoenix-masked Woman just wanted to prove to everyone that her words were true. Madam Poison is right. Feng Xingtian built the Tianxing Secret Treasury on Tongming Island, he must have set up numerous obstacles, making it impossible for people to find. If the Phoenix-masked Woman hadn't come forward to open it and lead us to the island, our forceful entry like this would have been nothing but a futile death wish. I've heard that Shushan Sect has issued an order to execute Feng Xingtian's daughter. Could this be the reason why the Phoenix-masked Woman hasn't appeared? If the Phoenix-masked Woman is really killed, then the Tianxing Secret Treasury would become nothing but a mirage again. We need to find the Phoenix-masked Woman as soon as possible. Young Sect Leader, Tongming Island has appeared. It seems the Phoenix-masked Woman is indeed going to open the Tianxing Secret Treasury. Now, various factions are eager to make their move and have headed towards the Tongming sea area. However, the island is shrouded in thick fog. Those who have attempted to land on the island have all disappeared without a trace. Fortunately, with these cautionary tales, the remaining people won't blindly attempt to land on the island. Mo Xiao, what should we do now? Young Sect Leader! Are you aware of the situation on Tongming Island? Senior Lu, what brings you here? The Phoenix-masked Woman is going to open the Tianxing Secret Treasury. Since you have received the order, to kill her before she opens the Tianxing Secret Treasury, it could prevent a bloodbath in the martial arts world. Thank you for the reminder, Senior Lu. I wonder what plans you have. If you need any help from your fellow disciples, please don't hesitate to ask. Since I have been entrusted with the sect leader's order, the task of assassinating Feng Lixue falls to me, Mo Xiao. There's no need for you to concern yourself with it, Senior Lu. If there's nothing else, please take your leave, senior. How is it? Has Tongming Island really appeared? Have you seen the Phoenix-masked Woman? Mo Xiao, I think we should discuss the matter of Tongming Island thoroughly. After all, you received the Sect Leader's order. You'll have to bring Feng Lixue to report back to the Sect Leader. Now we can only wait. Wait? Are we just going to keep waiting for her to appear? That's right. Wait. Are these two possessed? At this time, shouldn't we be stopping the Phoenix-masked Woman from opening the Tianxing Secret Treasury? How can Mo Xiao still remain so calm and meditate in the room? Indeed. Now that Tongming Island has appeared, once the Phoenix-masked Woman appears, all the sects from Myriad Isles Ice Lake will surely rush there like madmen. At that time, who knows how many people would die in vain. Don't worry, Mo Xiao certainly won't let such a thing happen. But he hasn't done anything. How is he going to stop it? Also, what about the sect leader's order? Senior Lu is actually forcing Mo Xiao to kill Feng Lixue. So what plan does Mo Xiao have now? We can't wait anymore. You three, stay here and wait for Mo Xiao's decision. Jing, come with me to check the situation at the canyon entrance. Alright. [Earth No. 1] Zisu, I was just looking for you. I want to go buy some glutinous rice balls. Let's go together. Sure. I was just about to ask if you wanted to eat something. Then let's just go, the two of us. We don't need too many people anyway. You want to kill me for Mo Xiao? You already know who I am? You've hidden it so well. You deceived the Young Sect Leader, making him reluctant to harm you and the laughingstock of the immortal sects for defying the sect leader's orders. You want to ruin him. But as long as I'm here, don't even think about it. You are so loyal to Mo Xiao. I'm happy for him. I know. You've wanted to kill me for a long time. I should give you this chance. Since you already know, why do you still entangle with the Young Sect Leader, making him bear the stigma? I didn't mean to. I just don't know if I'm really Feng Lixue or not. So, I won't wait any longer. I'll go and figure it out myself. You're leaving? Please say goodbye to everyone for me. Come out. You don't need to follow me at all. I want to know the truth even more than you do. Rather than making baseless speculations here, you might as well go directly tell the Phoenix-masked Woman that I'm going to Tongming Island. You... What do you mean? The answer to this mystery can only be found by entering the real Tianxing Secret Treasury. Only the real Lixue can unlock the Tianxing Secret Treasury. However, this is indeed the best approach. But she might not agree. Doesn't she want to kill Mo Xiao? Then tell her if I'm going to the island, Mo Xiao will definitely go. Alright, I'll go inform her right away. We can leave now. The Phoenix-masked Woman has arrived on Tongming Island. The Tianxing Secret Treasury is indeed about to be opened. Go and inform the others. Yes. [Spirit-splitting Technique] I've found it. It's the spirit-splitting technique. [Spirit-splitting Technique] It separates a part of one's consciousness, and stores it in different hosts. I understand now. I need to see the Young Sect Leader. The Young Sect Leader has instructed, that he will not see anyone today. Does he know that Tongming Island has appeared? The Phoenix-masked Woman can open the Tianxing Secret Treasury at any time. If we don't act now, it will be too late for everything. He's avoiding me at this time. Shouldn't he give me an explanation? The Young Sect Leader instructed, he will not see anyone today. The Young Sect Leader received the order but took no action. Senior, why don't we send a message back to Shushan Sect immediately to report to Master? Senior, I think this matter is actually our opportunity. What do you mean? The Young Sect Leader received the order but didn't act, he's doing nothing. If you, Senior, can beat the Young Sect Leader to it and kill the Phoenix-masked Woman, then report it to the Sect Leader, wouldn't that leave him no room to maneuver? If we kill the Phoenix-masked Woman, what about the Sect Leader's order? Since Mo Xiao received the order but didn't act, I, as his senior, naturally cannot sit idly by. With the big picture at stake, we can't worry about too much else. Exactly. However, for this matter, we need to find someone to be our witness. Senior, you mean... I've heard that the Moon Shore Divine Pool on the west bank of the Myriad Isles Ice Lake is the training ground for the ancient divine beast, the Water Qilin of Penglai Sect. The one guarding the Water Qilin is Hao Tian, a disciple of Penglai Sect. This senior is upright and full of integrity. We have some history together. If I ask him to help me subdue the witch, he certainly won't refuse. If disciples from Penglai Sect come to witness, that would be perfect. Of course. Zisu. Why are you in such a hurry? Where is the Young Sect Leader? He's inside. Zisu, the Young Sect Leader said he won't see anyone. The spirit-splitting technique allows one person to have a thousand faces. It severely depletes the vitality of one's true form. It backfires on the host's consciousness. It is an evil technique. The righteous immortal sects forbid the use of this technique. The Demon Sect. The Phoenix-masked Woman. Feng Lixue. Young Sect Leader. Young Sect Leader. Wu Chen is missing. What? It seems she's been kidnapped by the Phoenix-masked Woman again. Young Sect Leader. Young Sect Leader. Young Master Jing has a message. The Phoenix-masked Woman has arrived on Tongming Island. Jing, don't be afraid. I'm here. I'm not afraid at all. If we're stumped by a few evil spirits, how can we talk about subduing demons and monsters? Well said. I like your gallant and valiant demeanor. -Mo Xiao. -Mo Xiao. You're finally here. Where's Wu Chen? There's no time to explain all this now. I need to go to Tongming Island first to find Feng Lixue. Mo Xiao, can I have a word with you? Mo Xiao, have you figured out now who Feng Lixue really is? Wu Chen and the Phoenix-masked Woman could both be Feng Lixue. Both of them? How is that possible? As for Feng Lixue, why she has transformed into two completely different identities, whether someone else is controlling her, we don't know any of this yet. The primary task now is for me to go to the island and find them, to stop them. Wu Chen and the Phoenix-masked Woman might already be on the island. Remember to guard this place well, don't let anyone onto the island. -Don’t worry. -Yes. I'll take care of things here. You can go with peace of mind. Jing, Three Guardians, set up the Shushan Sect barrier. -Yes. -Yes. Disciples of Shushan Sect, you've actually taken the first step. We're here to stop you from going to the island. What? Could it be that Shushan Sect wants to hoard the entire Tianxing Secret Treasury for themselves? Don't you dare slander the Immortal Sect of Shushan. We came here to prevent you from going to your deaths. Stop us? Then why did Mo Xiao go to the island alone? The Young Sect Leader is following the orders of the sect leader to capture Feng Lixue. Feng Lixue is now on the island. The Young Sect Leader is going to capture her. Do we need your permission for that? Since the disciples of Shushan Sect have already gone to the island, we naturally have to go as well. Let's join forces to break through their barrier. Go! Go! Guard the barrier well. Supreme Lord. We have news from Tongming Island? Wu Chen and the Phoenix-masked Woman have already landed on the island. What about Mo Xiao? He just went in with them. Good. Go and make preparations. It's time for us to depart as well. Come. This way. Miss, We are now on Tongming Island. Did you hear any strange sounds? Don't panic, Miss. It's the snoring of the nightmare beast beneath the island. Hearing this snoring proves that the nightmare beast is in deep slumber. Then if we open the Tianxing Secret Treasury, will it wake up? If you open the mechanism to enter the secret chamber, miss, the nightmare beast should not awaken. Well, what if it really does wake up? What would happen? Tongming Island is unpredictable, because it stands on the back of the nightmare beast. If there's any disturbance in the Tianxing Secret Treasury, and the nightmare beast awakens, Tongming Island could capsize instantly and sink to the bottom of the sea. Then we'd better be careful. Please follow me, miss. How much longer until we reach the entrance to the Tianxing Secret Treasury? Miss, we'll be there once we pass through this forest. Alright. Miss, please wait a moment. The mountain path is rugged and difficult to walk on. Miss, hold onto this. Miss, hold on to this. Keep holding, Miss. What are you doing? Don't you remember, Miss? When you were little, you always loved to play in the mountains. At that time, you had a strange chill in your body. I couldn't carry you on my back. so I always picked up a wooden stick and pulled you along as we climbed the mountain. I don't remember. I see. You've grown up, Miss. The extreme cold in my body has also been cured. From now on, you won't need this anymore. Give it to me. Let's go. Miss. It's nothing. Don't worry about it. Let's go. Alright. Come. Supreme Lord, Mo Xiao is arriving on the island now. Will he prevent Wu Chen from opening the Tianxing Secret Treasury? He has been blocking the way at Peach Blossom Village for several days. Today, he left the Shushan Sect disciples behind and followed Wu Chen to the island himself. He must have made preparations to open the Tianxing Secret Treasury. After all, the truth he wants to know is right there. But the entrance to the Tianxing Secret Treasury hasn't been found yet. No need to rush. Lixue is Feng Xingtian's daughter. The Tianxing Secret Treasury must be opened by her. Give her a little more time. Yes. What's wrong? I remember when I first came to the island with the master. after passing through the forest, there was a cliff. The entrance to the secret treasury was on that cliff. But now it's nowhere to be seen. Could it be that you remembered wrong? He remembers correctly. The entrance to the Tianxing Secret Treasury was originally here. But Tongming Island has been unstable over the years. The island's landscape has shifted. The entrance to the secret treasury has long since moved. Then we can't enter the Tianxing Secret Treasury? Of course we must enter. I still need to use Mo Xiao's blood to pay tribute to my father's spirit. I will prove my strength and your incompetence. I'll make you willingly disappear with full awareness. From now on, there will only be one Feng Lixue in this world. How do you know that I'm the one who will disappear and not you? You don't know either, who the real Feng Lixue is, do you? Only the real Feng Lixue can open the Tianxing Secret Treasury. That's why you had Po Yun bring me to the island, isn't it? I brought you to the island to lure Mo Xiao here. Do you believe I could kill you right now? Don't! Mo Xiao. Don't you dare hurt her! Alright. So the ones with a death wish have arrived. I don't mind taking care of you here first. Po Yun. Lixue. Watch out for falling rocks! Hurry, go! Wu Chen. You shouldn't have come to the island. Actually, you've already decided that I am Feng Lixue, haven't you? you just can't figure out what exactly my relationship is with the Phoenix-masked Woman. I want to know the truth even more than you do. Now we can only open the Tianxing Secret Treasury. I told you, I will find out the truth about this matter. Whether you're Feng Lixue or Wu Chen doesn't matter to me. I just hope you don't fall into the path of evil because of hatred. The path of evil... You and the Phoenix-masked Woman, there's only one reason why you're both Feng Lixue. It's because someone performed a spirit-splitting technique on Feng Lixue, dividing Feng Lixue's consciousness into two. In other words, between you and the Phoenix-masked Woman, one is the primordial spirit, and the other is the host body. To break the spirit-splitting technique and reunite the consciousness, you need the blood of the original body to break the seal on the host body's vital point.
