TOUR MY OFF-GRID SPRING VEGETABLE GARDEN

10 years ago I dreamed of an alternative way of living and took a decision that changed my life forever. I decided to quit my medical career and start my own small business. It all started in our Los Angeles studio back in 2014. I opened my first website with a few handmade items I made and that marked the beginning of the 10 years journey that brought me here today. I'm telling you all of this because this year marks our 5th year transforming our land and after many months in the making I was able to release my farm to table garden guide a curated guide filled with everything I have learned over the years where I explain everything we did to transform our land, our polyculture approach on how to design a garden so it becomes a beautiful and productive part of your home where you will enjoy spending time at. I also explain the basic formula of how to create quality soil and everything you need to start growing your own food. Doesn't matter where you are or how much space you have, you can start as small as a 1 by 1 square meter food planter and expand to what we have here today and even more. And all of this has been possible thanks to Squarespace which helped me to launch my first online store back in 2014 and has helped my small business to grow and evolve over the years.
