Keir Starmer visits aircraft carrier HMS Prince of Wales before major deployment

So, what we'll do is we'll get you on headset so that you and I can have a chat. The guys are going to be super busy getting out and about on the train here. But once we're up top and in a slightly calmer airspace, then we'll go back onto the circuit and you can chat with the guys. I'll make this so if you want to practise. And you can self-adjust now, so if it's a bit too loose for you, there you go, top gun. A massive thank you for welcoming me and the Defence Secretary on board yesterday evening to get a real sense of the work that you're doing here and across the whole carrier strike group. I hope that some of you that were on board when you left Portsmouth got a sense of the raw pride that the whole country has in what you are doing.
