Then guys you have to stay up until the end of this video so we could check out this gorgeous property. Look at that. I mean the facade itself really tells you that what's inside is even more promising. So are you guys excited to check out? You know the gist. Let's go. All right let's make our way to the elevated porch and guys let's take a moment to appreciate how gorgeous this one is. So this one is a covered porch. Look at the ceiling. We are loving that tray or the gray tray ceiling and it's framed by this you know pristine white framing and then when you look down okay the color of the tiles is kind of you know uniform to what is on our accent wall by the facade which is a really nice touch. Oh there is continuity and then we love this paved pathway for our manicured front and side garden. Well this one has seen better days so please come on in move into this property and add your personal touch here. So yes let me just show you a sneak peek of this one. So your side garden runs to that part which stops you by the gated area so you have more privacy and security. So by the way that one will lead you to the helper's room with her ensuite toilet and bath. Now guys let's go back and let me just show you your two-car carport. Now it's time for us to check out what's inside our gorgeous property. Let's go. Hi guys so here is your main entry door that is equipped with a smart door lock system which is nice and let me just take a moment to pause and appreciate this gorgeous side lights. I'm such a big fan of this because it serves a lot of purpose. One aesthetics and this one invites natural lighting in. Nice right? Okay so here we are in the innards of this gorgeous property receiving area connecting to your living area and what I love about this is this is a three meter high ceiling so it runs all throughout the property and guys if you're seeing it already I know you're admiring what you're seeing. I am a big fan of this cool white painted walls and then this cream gray colored accent which really is a great contrast and then what I also like is the large framed windows that invites natural lighting in and it actually creates that very inviting and welcoming atmosphere. Don't you guys agree? Yeah? And then as you look up your high ceiling is adorned with this somewhat whimsical chandelier. Let's see if this is going to continue to the other parts of the property. Okay now before I move into the dining area let me just show you one cute and thoughtful feature of this house so you have this mini accordion partition so in case you have like a couple of people invited in the house you have the people who wants to be separated they want to be quiet from you know the people who likes to party party in the dining area or kitchen area so yeah this is a really nice touch so let's push this one up until the point that you don't see that it's there nice okay I love the open concept design of this property because again it seamlessly connects you to the different key areas of the house so the living area connects you to the dining and I like how spacious this is because that your dining area can actually accommodate a 6 to 8-seater dining area so preferably square size or rectangular and then you have this minimalist lighting fixtures right above hovering on your dining area whenever you're enjoying a meal with your family which is really nice it adds you know mood and character to the room okay so now guys after the dinner dining area let me invite you outside so this door is going to lead us to your spacious utility area there this utility area is separated from the carport with a mini gate you've seen that one earlier and then here they did not leave some of the nice features and designs there so you have your dirty kitchen right here you have your cabinetry and they're all really eye candies in this area and then as I invite you to go deeper into this part of the house so imagine you're doing your laundry so everything's gonna be hanging here so it's not an eyesore by the front side of the property and then this door is actually where our helper's room is so this is really nice and we all love like a built house with a big space for our helper's room and then you will be happy to see and to check that this toilet and bath area is large so yes they won't be you know shimmying, squishing when they do their business here okay so after our helper's room guys I'll be taking you back so we could check out the kitchen and the four bedrooms on this property let's go welcome back in okay the show kitchen now this is a homemaker's dream this gorgeous show kitchen features the all-reliable La Germania appliances you have your range hood cooktop your oven look at this guys I mean the minimalist design is both functional and elegant so let's start with our large island so this one doubles as a prep area a breakfast table and then there's a lot of storage underneath too so that is another plus and then moving backwards you have well of course your sink you have a movable faucet head and guys you have to love and admire the gorgeous and seamless design again of your modular cabinetry we are great fans of this piano finished cabinet so very easy to maintain and all it's soft close mechanism this one is hydraulics powered yes it's not gonna make any sound same with our cabinetry down below so you have a pull-out dish rack so let's see what's inside our drawer so it's all the same it's really nice really complete so all you have to do is move in and bring your personal stuff all right so guys before we check out the bedrooms of this property again this house is a bungalow they are really concentrated on the top-notch finish and the interior design is just chef's kiss we're in the kitchen still okay now let's move on and check out the first bedroom okay this is bedroom number one so you got everything that you need this one could double as a den an office if you have little kids then this could be transformed into the perfect play area or a mini library so I'll just show you a snippet of our toilet and bath slash powder room done with bedroom one now follow me as we take a two-step to where your three bedrooms are so we love that this is actually like a design break so this steps separates the bedroom from the living area the dining and kitchen and we're stepping on solid Nara planks okay first bedroom let's go okay this one is nicely spaced all bedrooms are equipped with an AC unit and we have two more air conditioning units that covers the living area the kitchen and the dining all right so next is bedroom number three and then we'll be checking out the common toilet and bath I think I'll be divvying on this one because or just because I have my own access to the side garden or this could be like a patio that will lead you to your side and front garden and then you have your AC as well and then you could knock knock to your helper because their awning window is just right outside already done with bedroom three now this is the common toilet and bath this one is extra expansive if you're seeing something that's missing that will be the partition from the water closet and your shower area but that would be easy so now let's focus on what we're seeing now we have a large vanity mirror you have your floating vanity right here and then of course everything just looks nice it has touches from the facade and then of course the kitchen area so the tiles are a little uniform if you like to put it that way okay done with the common toilet and bath now guys let's go and discover what our master bedroom looks like wow okay so yes being the master bedroom you get to enjoy a much bigger space a walking closet a bigger toilet and bath and of course an extra large window that shows you a part of your side garden okay now okay let's go and check out your toilet and bath so yes this is much bigger it's very classically designed you have your standalone bathtub that could fit two people okay so coming in guys you have an led powered vanity mirror that changes lighting colors and it's also like a medicine cabinet and then you have your water closet a bidet a floating sink and this one yeah this is such a relaxing restroom all right after this one let's check out your cabinetry okay you don't need to buy your life-size you know vanity mirror anymore you have this as a sliding door so you have a lot of space for your clothes and this is really nice it's also soft close you won't hear it bang on each side there nice right
