Prepositions Activity - in, on, under... - ESL teaching tips for youe class-

hi guys this is Mike from Mike soel you're teaching preposition in your class here is one activity that you can use in your class right now on mikl check this [Music] out so before I start this little activity for them to practice uh preposition I'm going to go and teach this preposition and I will start by drawing on the board let's go [Music] and I will go step by step at asking them for example here I'm going to draw a bowl and I will say where is the bowl so here I will ask them where is the B so when they try to answer probably they will answer very well it depends of the age of the kids but I can also write how to to answer is and then we going to go step by step always asking them so here we go uh I draw the first I'm going to go and draw all the [Music] rest [Music] I'm not that good at drawing of course but here it's quite pretty okay kids can understand especially when you uh react with them and ask them okay where is the bow where is the bowl and all that stuff so you got to get ready in your classroom uh desks chairs and even a box like I did uh over there so let's go find the keys and practice all right now let's practice a little bit after what we've learned you just throw the bowl and you tell me where is the bowl according to all this different U preposition we get between on under behind in next to and in front of okay okay okay oh wow that's a nice one tell me where where is the bow the ball everybody everybody can you say the the ball is under the desk wow very good let's go take the bow Sunny give it to someone else [Music] and quickly let's go all right CeCe CCE just throw throw oh my God all right SCE can you tell us where is the bow the bow is between the chair and desk good job all right thank you SCE H SCE take the ball and give it to someone [Music] else all right we need just throws throw the bow uhuh ah nice where is the ball everybody do you say where is theall oh is be the desk is a no not behind the desk even the chair the ball is next to the chair don't kick it don't touch it okay it's okay it's okay it's okay it's okay all right so he you to don't kick it tell me angel everybody your question where is the ball Ken why don't you open your mouth where is the ball everybody come on [Applause] where is in front in front of very good all right the bowl is in front of anen give it to someone who did him play Let's Go Mike let's go Mike [Music] yes nice all right does your M tell uh everybody ask your question is the the is the next to the chair oh okay very good yes that's good the bow is next to the chair come on Mike let's go again let's go M give the ball to someone okay let's go Martin oh my God where go uh yes so everybody let's go where is is Tony in Fr for world world in front of the wall in front of the wall of the wall of the wall in front of the wall in front of the wall yes just like the song in front of the wall yes good all right good job Martin Martin go get the bowl give it to someone okay give the bowl to someone H tny Tony just throw your bowl slowly you don't need to okay this bowl is going to go where uhoh where [Music] everybody so move when everybody is the is next to the next to the desk a desk yes good the ball is next to the desk come on now we go faster faster okay now you start to be a little bit more yes okay Anan throw the ball why would you throw on me all the time huh give the B to come on let's go okay oh nice where is the ball the ball is next to the Box yes we can say next to the box or we can say as well uh for me from here I can say that it's be behind so that was a way to practice the preposition I hope you like it I hope it will will be useful into your class and for now I'll see you in another video that was buying from Mike soia S [Applause] bye-bye see [Music] you
