I could, they looked like angels to me because they had really big wings. These were very big
beings. They were huge beings in front and each of their wings and they were flickering gold light.
So they were emanating a beautiful light around them. Hi, my name is Gianna Mosseri and I am a
spiritual counselor and Reiki master. And in 2016, I had a near-death experience that I am excited
to share with you all. The day of the accident of the near-death experience
was, or leading up to the experience for me, I started to have a feeling. It was like,
it felt like a bad feeling. I started to have a bad feeling about driving and specifically driving
on the freeway. And I was doing a lot of driving back and forth and I just started to have a really
bad feeling that something bad may happen. And I kept having like little signs that were
showing me like my tire got flat and so I couldn't drive. My tire was flat and then
my key broke off in the ignition. So there was a lot of signs kind of warning me
and like kind of telling me driving on the freeway wasn't a good idea at the time.
And so that's where I was like leading up to this accident. Yeah, I just knew something was
going to happen. My intuition was right. And one day I started to, I was driving home on the freeway
and I saw some lights driving towards me on the freeway. And it turns out that I was actually
hit in a head-on collision by a drunk driver who was driving the wrong way on the freeway.
So it was very scary. I was trapped and stuck in my car and they were trying to get me out.
And when I was in my car, I actually had a memory or a remembrance rather, it wasn't a memory,
it was a remembrance that this was going to happen. It was like I knew that this was part of
my story. So I thought I was going to die right there in the car. My car was burning in flames.
I was stuck in my car. My legs were stuck. I couldn't get out. It took a very long time for the
medical team to get me out. Almost an hour I sat in my car and I was so afraid and I just kept
praying that just I didn't want to die. It wasn't my time to die now. So I just kept praying to
keep me safe and to keep me in my car. And I kept hearing a voice at that time that
was saying, you're going to be okay. You're going to make it out of here.
And that was really comforting to feel that and to know that. And it was almost like a vision.
I feel like it was my angels at the time. It was like they were showing me a vision
of them getting me out of the car safely and getting me on the stretcher and getting me to
the hospital safely. And after an hour, that's exactly what happened. I got out of the car
and I got to the hospital safely. And when I was in the hospital, I was placed in a coma for
what was a week. I didn't know at that time that it was a week's long, but I was placed in a coma.
And when I was in the coma, that's when I had an even more profound experience
or the near-death experience. And so I found myself walking in the canals of Venice, Italy.
And it's somewhere that I've been before in my real life a lot, but I found myself just walking
these canals of Venice, Italy and for miles and miles. And whenever it came to a dead end,
it would just magically open up for me to keep walking and walking. And I knew that in this space,
my body was very injured back on earth. I knew that I was in a car accident because I remembered
the whole thing. I was in the car. But I also knew that I was in this space and in this space,
my body was healthy. I could move. I wasn't trapped. My legs could move. So I started to
just do things like handstands and run and jump and just things that I knew that I couldn't
probably do back in my body. So I also felt very safe in this place. I also didn't question
why I was in this place. Everything felt really natural and safe and comforting for me,
even though I knew that I had just been in a severe car accident.
This place felt very safe for me. So I would walk and walk and I could hear music like violins and
I just kept walking. And all of a sudden, I was my body started. It felt like it started to
be pulled up into the sky. And I started to feel my body shift more into light than into having a
body. So the further I went up, the more my body would become just a light body. I didn't have
a body anymore. It's just pure light. And I was pulled up into the cosmos actually looks a lot
like where you are right now in your background. It looks like exactly how it felt. There were
stars everywhere. And again, I wasn't afraid of any of this. Everything felt natural and normal.
There was no questioning anything. So I was pulled up into this cosmos where I felt like now I was
part of the cosmos. I was just a little flickering light. And I started to see some
lights come towards me. They started out moving small. And as they got closer and closer, they
became really big and they started to form into what looked like to me was angels. And I remember
there being five of them in front of me and then two of them by my side. And they looked like
angels to me because they had really big wings. These were very big beings. They were huge beings
in front and each of their wings and they were flickering gold light. So they were emanating
a beautiful light around them. And each of their wings went for miles. And there's like I said,
there was five of them in front and two of them here. The five of them that were in front of me
explained to me that they were like my guardian angels or they were my spirit guides. They had
been guiding me their entire life and none of them were really male or female. They were just
beings, ascended masters beings. They didn't feel masculine or feminine. They just felt like they
were really ancient beings and are really ancient angels. And the two beside me, there was one
angel on my right hand side who introduced himself to me as Archangel Michael. And he said that he
has been an angel that has watched over me my whole life, which felt very safe and comforting.
And I started to think back of a time in my life where I did have a connection with an angel and
it was Michael. And so I made that connection that this was that same angel that I had made
this connection with a few years prior. And these angels, they were more like dressed in like
what felt like or looked like to me as armor, like soldiers, very like warriors,
like in battle almost, but they were, but they were angels. And the angel on my left
introduced himself as Archangel Raphael. And this is an angel that I had heard about before,
but wasn't very familiar with. And Archangel Raphael said that he would be the angel
who is going to, he's been there helping me heal through this time, through this accident. And he's
here guarding my body, watching over my body, helping my body to heal. And Archangel Michael
is the protector and has been protecting me my whole life. And so I realized obviously that
these angels were, were here for me. And what they started to explain to me was that I was in a
very severe accident and that my body was, was fighting for its life. And that I had a choice
if I wanted to go back to my body on earth, if I wanted to continue here on earth, continue my life
here, continue in this body as me, as Gianna, or if I, if I don't want to go back to my, to my life,
to my body, I had that, that choice. The choice was mine. And that seems like a very big choice
to make. It seemed like a very big decision to make. And so I asked if I could think about it
and just take some time and, and you have to understand what it felt like with the way that
we speak here with words here on earth, we have words and language and different languages.
It didn't feel like we were speaking here. It was more of like a connection of,
of a feeling like, or I would just think what I needed to say and they already knew. So we were
just talking this language that wasn't really words. We didn't have to use words. We didn't
have to open our mouths to speak really. I mean, I was a flickering light, so I didn't even
really feel like I had a mouth or anything like that. So it was more of an extensive feeling to
these beings that we were communicating in a different way. It was just like, I had to feel,
or they could sense what I was feeling. They could sense that I was nervous about this decision.
They could sense that I was maybe a little bit afraid about it. They could sense that I,
needed more time to think about it. And so it was just like in an instant, in an instant,
I was already now back in the canals and in, in Venice. So I started to walk in these canals
again. And I, I knew that I had this decision to make. Also, it didn't feel very heavy, like it
would here on earth, the way that we attach ourselves to feelings and emotions. It just kind
of was, it just is like, it's just an understanding of accepting and okay, that's what happens. And
so even though it felt like a very intense decision to make, it didn't feel, I didn't feel
afraid or I didn't feel fear or, or those feelings that I feel here in my human body.
There was no attachments. It was more like free, like, okay, I can, I have this decision and
there was no time. There wasn't like, okay, we have to make the decision by then. It was just
easy. It felt easy and it felt really beautiful just to be there and to experience
just walking through these canals and, and being there. And, and so they would show me every now
and then like little flashes of my life here on earth. So they would show me things here on earth,
like just my life, like my family showing me times in my life where maybe I wasn't fully
loving myself or acknowledging how far I'd come or just, you know, really not being very kind to
here at all. But in this space, I could see all of my achievements. I could see all of the
amazing things that I had done. I could see in this space that times where I thought I'd made
a bad decision or wrong decision, where they weren't at all, they were just lessons and guiding
me to even better places. So just really show me how life flows with ebb and flow. And even when
we think things are happening bad for us, that they're part of our plan. They're part of our
journey to, to learn these, these lessons. And I started to see all these lessons in, you know,
things in my life with my family, things were in relationships. And nothing was wrong. There was no
judgment, there was no, oh, you did this wrong, or you did this right. There was not that there was
just the beauty of everything, the ups and the downs, the good and the bad. And just showing me
how life happens, life is happening all around us. And to just, you know, why had I been so
judgmental towards myself? Why hadn't I been kinder to myself here on earth and just really
showing me all these lessons to learn. Specifically, for me, my lesson was based around self love and
unconditional love. And, you know, for me, I always really wanted to find love or to, you know,
find a beautiful relationship, or I started to see that it was myself that was blocking all of this,
I had all of this love my whole life. It was just me that needed to learn how to, to love myself.
And, and when we can do that, it's easy for joy to be in our lives. But there were times where I
wasn't allowing joy in my life, because I didn't think I deserved it. And so in this space, I got
all this time to process, you know, that nothing was ever a mistake. And it was all there for me
to learn and grow from, and to learn and love myself through. So it was this beautiful kind
of love story of finding myself through this journey in a way. So that's what was happening
there in the Venice realm. And then I would come back to thinking, Oh, my gosh, I need to make this
decision. Do I want to go back? Or do I, you know, or do I not want to go back to my life.
And so I would go back to the angels. And again, I didn't have to even ask for them or call them or
anything. It was like they knew that I started to feel afraid again, or feel nervous about the
decision, or started to really think about it again. So they would pull me back up to the cosmos
to where they were to where we would meet. And I would ask them questions like, you know,
what will happen if I go back? I know I've been in this accident. I don't know what state my body
is in. Am I going to be okay? And they would assure me that I would be okay. And that it,
you know, it would be, it would take some time, and it would take some work, it would take a lot
of self love work for me, but my body would heal eventually. And that they would be there every
step of the way for me, if I decided to go back. And they it was like, they were showing me like,
things like rainbows, and just joy, like happy, like, if you went back, it's, you will find the
joy, you will find the love, you will make it, you know. And, and they will help me, they will guide
me with it. But then my other question was, what happens if I did, I don't go back? Do I just stay
here in the canals in Venice or here? What happens if I stay? Is this, am I just alone in the in the
canals forever? Because I didn't want that either. You know, I missed my family. And what they
explained to me was, and was kind of what I believed already in was reincarnation. And they
explained to me that if I decided to not go back to this body here on earth, that I would take some
time to plan and reincarnate into my next lifetime. So I wasn't finished here on earth, my,
my work wasn't, was not done. So I would then continue in another body in another life with
another family. I did not get any information on what that life was. A lot of people asked me,
do you know what that next lifetime would have been? I did not get any information on that. What
I sensed was, what I sensed from them was that, that we would take time to plan that
together, just like we planned this lifetime. So it's like, what they explained was like,
when we leave this body, that we then start to prepare and plan for our next lifetime.
And that was what they explained to me. So is to stay or to, to reincarnate into my next life.
And so then again, back down, walking the canals and back down into the Venice.
And that's when I just remember actually starting to wake up. And I started to slowly wake up
into my body, waking back up into the ICU. It was a slower process. There were a few different
times. But yeah, I started to wake up and I decided to come back and I decided to, to be here.
And when I woke up, it was obviously very scary because I was waking up from a coma and I had to
learn to breathe. There was all these machines attached to me. My family was, was with me,
and there was a lot of nurses and doctors. And, you know, I immediately started to
tell them this story, started to tell them about my angels and about
the, what I, what I call today, my in between realm. And it was so profound to me, the experience
that I actually had my sister bring my journal to the hospital so I could start to immediately
write about it. Even though I had a broken right arm, I still was in the hospital bed writing about
this because eventually I knew that I wanted to share this story with, with everyone, with people
that needed to hear it too, so that they could heal, so that they could understand that life and
death really are both such beautiful experiences. You know, we, we celebrate when someone's giving
birth, we celebrate when somebody's having a baby, you know, and, and death is also a celebration of
somebody's life as well. And I got to experience kind of being in that in between, in between realm
and experiencing this little celebration of my own life that was, that was happening and also be able
to meet with my, my angels and my guides that I have felt have been with me my whole life.
I felt them when I was a little child. I knew that they were there. I had always
known that there was something with me, guiding me, especially with the angels and to be able to
experience that was a really profound, beautiful experience. It actually took me a long time to,
to really come back into this earth and even now sometimes it can feel a little lonely here
on earth because I have had that experience with the, my angels. And, you know, I feel like the main
message there was not, it's, you know, it did feel like my own personal message of, of loving
ourselves, like taking care of ourselves. Because when we take, when we take care of ourselves and
we look within ourselves and we do the work with ourselves, we can be there more for others. We can
serve humanity more, right? So the more that we understand ourselves, the more we can understand
others, the more that we can have compassion for others. So really, I feel like the message for
humanity here is a big one. It's a huge one. And it's something that I see every day.
Like I explained at the beginning, I told you a little bit about myself. I was a hairdresser for a
long time and I was learning the healing arts. And after the accident, I went and I started,
got my counseling degree because I wanted to help other people who have experienced trauma. So I
am so blessed and I'm so grateful that I get to do that job now. That's what I do.
I work with other people and I get to see every day how people are suffering and how people are
hurting because they, they don't feel enough. They don't feel deserving enough. They don't feel
deserving of love. That's what causes anxiety. That's what causes depression in our world
is that we don't, a lot of humans don't feel enough. And the message for humanity is that
you are enough. All parts of you are beautiful and perfect. That's why you came here.
God would never create imperfection. Everybody has a gift. Everybody has a purpose
here to share. And you know, if you are hurting or if you are suffering out there,
it's okay to reach out and to get help and to speak about it and to share about it. The more we
share, the more we open up, the more we open up our hearts and feel safe in this world to share
about how we feel. The more, again, like I said, the more love we give ourselves,
the more love that we're able to give to others. And that is the message for humanity is like,
take care of ourselves. We've been told that it's selfish to take care of yourself first,
to love yourself first or whatever, but actually it's a selfless act because the more that we
can do that, the more that we can, I always explain it like a cup. Like if your cup is full,
you can pour for other people, right? You can share that water for others. But if your cup is
empty, that's meaning yourself. If you are empty, then we can't show up for others. So the more we
show up for ourselves, the more we show up for others. And that's what I learned through this
experience was keep showing up, go back to your life on earth. Don't give up. You've gone this
far now. And I just want everybody to just take a moment to acknowledge how far you have come on
your journey. You know, when we get sad, when we get lonely, we can remember how far we've come
and the steps, like even how far we've come in the last year, how far you've come in the last
five years, and just acknowledge the steps that you've taken and what it's taken for you to get
there. And that on a whole is amazing. You are an amazing miracle human being
here on earth having a human experience. So that's pretty profound just on its own.
So why not, like, take care of ourselves? Why not do all of the things that bring us joy and bring
love and focus on those things rather than focusing on the things that, you know, we don't
have? After my accident, it was challenging. It was hard. I was very injured. I was in a wheelchair
for a year. I had to learn to walk again. I definitely took my body for granted before that.
And today I just wake up every single day and I'm grateful for every part of my body, my legs,
my feet, I can walk, my arms. And I just hope that everybody can receive that message that it is such
a gift that we get to be here. I'm so glad I came back because I wouldn't get to experience all
these amazing things that we have here on earth. And part of that is challenging. Part of that is
hard. Life can be hard and challenging. I know, I get it. But just each day by day, like,
bringing joy into your life, how can you bring more joy into your life?
And that would be my question for humanity and also my message for humanity. I know that was
long, but it's very profound to me to share that message.
