Welcome to Life After Life Channel, where we delve into the profound theme of the ""end"" - an exploration of life's closeness and transitions. Join us on a journey to gain a deeper understanding of the intricacies and meanings of life through a unique perspective on endings and new beginnings."
As I mentioned, death is not the end, it's just a transition.
It's a transition into another state of consciousness, another vibration.
We vibrate on another level.
My name is Hakima Tantrika and since childhood I've had the ability to perceive the spiritual
world and initially I thought it was common and I really discovered recently, actually
about two years ago, that it's not as common as I expected.
But all of that led me to study about two things that are really important to me.
I study about spiritism, which is a philosophy that has been developed in the 19th century
in France, where we talk about the life after life.
I've been always fascinated about this topic.
On the top I've studied about the Kashmir Shaivism Tantra, which is a very ancient spiritual
practice that started in India between the 3rd and the 12th centuries.
That led me to found an online school called Quantum Tantra, where I mix the practices
of classical Tantra with neuroscience, philosophy, spirituality, human development.
What is very interesting is that a lot of my students, they have experienced NDE.
So while myself, I haven't experienced NDE, I've been in contact with many people who
have experienced NDE and come to my school to make sense of their experience and with
the different tools that I have, especially classical Tantra, they make sense of the experience
and they return, they have a little taste of what they experienced during the NDE, which
is the state of bigger awareness, more extension, more expansion, and the state of pure presence
and love.
So yes, I have had experience of out-of-body.
As I told you, since I'm a child, I'm able to perceive the spiritual world.
And so I have had several experience of out-of-body experience.
And it's mostly during a dream state, where at the moment of going to sleep, I am able
to see my body detached and to see me from above and to move around the room.
And it has always been very normal to me.
And it became less and less and less as I became an adult, until I've experienced ayahuasca
in 2018, and at that time, that happened again, this out-of-body experience happened again.
And interestingly, my body, you know, I have the consciousness of my body, but I'm observing
my body, and there is one silver cord that links me to my body, and I can just move around
and go around and explore.
And it's fascinating, sometimes, like during the latest experience that I had, I could
see myself out of my body, and I would go and go to the room next door where my partner
was sleeping, and I was trying to say, hey, you know, I'm here nearby, can you see me?
And obviously, he couldn't see me, but I was trying to make myself seen, but yeah, he couldn't
see me.
And then I come back to my body, and I think I go into deep sleep, and yes, I remember
the experience the next day.
My life changed drastically, because then I really, really understood that death is
not the end, death is a transition, and usually when we say that the opposite of, what's the
opposite of life, it's death, or what's the opposite of death, it's life, no, actually
the opposite of death is birth, and both of them, birth or death, they are just a transition
in a state of consciousness.
We come into our body in birth, our spirit, our soul come into our body during the process
of birth, and it leaves our body during the process of death, but life doesn't end.
And so, that really helped me getting rid of the fear of death, which I discovered even
more by studying and practicing classical Tantra, because in Tantra, there is this very
deep intimate connection with death, where we learn to transcend the fear of death.
We learn to be comfortable with it, and to really accept the fact that it's just a transition
in the state of consciousness.
So with that, that's the first thing how I changed, the fear of death disappeared.
The second thing is, I understood that there is a way to communicate with the afterlife,
and a lot of people who have experience in the Yi, they had a glimpse of it, they had
a glimpse of all the spiritual beliefs, beings, spiritual beings that are parts of what we
can see, and there is a way that everybody can train to be in touch with this life.
We definitely talk about what is the future of humankind, and so I always base myself
from the teaching of classical Tantra, where we are, so right now in the body, but we are
made of different layers of consciousness.
And Tantra believes in reincarnation.
I think a lot of people who have experience in the Yi, at least my students, came to the
conclusion that, okay, reincarnation happens.
We transition into our body, we go out of our body, we come back into our body.
And when I say that, it means that we are, this is a cycle, this is a cycle where we
are on the path of evolution.
We are on the path of mind expansion, and through the different cycle of incarnation,
we come back into a human body with more knowledge, with more awareness.
So the future of humankind is only going through evolution.
And so, in my experience, in what Tantra teaches us, and even Spiritism, what it teaches us,
it's that it only gets better and better and better and better as we evolve, come back
into a human body, more evolve, leave the human body, come back again and evolve again.
So it's pretty optimistic.
However, we are human, right?
And we have this free will.
It's really up to us to decide to expand our consciousness and to do the work that helps
us evolving closer and closer and closer to this state of pure awareness of presence
that helps us being here with only love and compassion.
But ultimately, we have, even though we have this free will, we can decide that we remain
stagnant and we are never going to do this work.
At some point, we are forced to do it in the cycle of reincarnation.
And so, yes, the future of humankind is only getting better and better and better.
That day in Mexico, so it was in 2022, and I had a very terrible day that day.
I don't know, some things was, it was horrible.
The energy, it didn't feel good.
I could feel some things was not right.
And a lot of bad things had happened during that day.
And I had a thought.
I had a thought.
I was like, I need to go.
I need to go to the beach to, you know, come back into my body.
And I took a path that I normally don't take to the beach.
And there I saw a shop that was doing some type of energy cleansing.
And my mind told me, go inside, enter and ask for an energy cleansing.
I didn't even know what it meant, to be honest, but I had this idea.
I went inside and I told them, okay, some things, the energy is not right right now.
I need some clearing this energy.
And this woman, she looked at me and she said, oh, I know what is happening.
I'm like, how do you know what is happening?
And she started asking me questions.
She started, she told me like, can you tell me about your experience with energy?
And I told her, I can perceive energy presences since I'm a kid.
Right now, I can see a very dark energy presence nearby.
And she didn't even know I had taken ayahuasca once in my life.
And she told me, you cannot take ayahuasca anymore.
You are already so connected with what she called the afterlife.
The door between the material life and the afterlife is so thin
that you can perceive this energy presence and that is called medium.
So that was so interesting to hear that because I've never put a name into that.
And then she explained to me that she has the same experience.
Since she's a kid, she can perceive this afterlife, what I call the afterlife,
that is made of different, yeah, the souls of people who have departed the body.
And which is usually, you know, when the people who has experienced ND,
they tell you I'm welcome by beings or by angels or by ancestors.
This is this presence that are there, but we cannot necessarily see.
And so I have this ability to be in connection with this presence
without having an ND, which is very, very interesting.
It's a great thing in meaning that I receive a lot of guidance.
But it is also very tiring because sometimes I just want to shut down everything
and just be, you know, in my material body, limited, and not having to perceive that.
Yeah, since I have understand or, wait a second, how can I say that?
Now that I am fully immersed into this understanding of what's after the transition of death
and what is our true nature, which is love, compassion,
my life is dedicated to shredding the different layers
that prevent me from living in the states of pure love and consciousness.
So I don't see any other things than really practicing,
getting back to my original nature, your original nature,
which is the states of pure love and consciousness.
And I really use our daily life, my daily life, you know, the material life,
as a practice, as a ground for practice to return, to make the choice
that show to me that I'm made of this nature, that I'm made of love and compassion.
It's challenging because I'm a human being, I'm imperfect.
I have, you know, I'm limited.
But it's a choice, it's a choice, and it's always about observing our thoughts,
our reaction, our behavior, and choose love over fear,
to choose expansion over contraction.
What I hear often is that there is a few recurrent things
that I hear from the people who are experiencing this.
First, the ability to see the bigger picture of their life.
And they understand that their life here on earth in the material body
is just a tiny part of everything that there is.
And it's a tiny part, and our life on earth is really linked to our thoughts,
what we think, the belief that we have, the preconceived belief,
and that almost imprisoned us, you know, stuck us into this body.
But when they experience their NDE, they are able to see the bigger picture
and really transcend their limited beliefs, or even their story of pain and suffering.
Because the common point of all of those people that I have met
that have experienced NDE is that before the NDE,
they were very anchored into the material life.
Meaning that, you know, they didn't necessarily have an understanding
of what's after death.
They had problems, financial problems, marriage problems, stress with work.
So very human body, material life, mind restriction, if I can say that.
And so they experience an NDE, and for the first time,
they experience these states of pure awareness.
Most of them, the states of love, a sort of unconditional love and being embraced,
and an overview of their life.
And then when they come back from the NDE, they are a little bit in shock.
They are like, oh my God, nobody can understand what I have experienced.
Nobody, like, how can I make sense of that?
And this is when they start going on search for answers,
and coming to channels like you.
Where they, during the NDE, I can see stages.
What I hear from my students who have experienced NDE,
I can hear different stages that they have to face in the afterlife.
And the first stage is this sort of transition.
So this transition that I was telling about,
where they could first see their body,
and they see their body, but they don't necessarily recognize that it is their body.
And that's one of the first stages.
And the pain that they are experiencing that leads them to have this NDE,
they don't even feel it because it belongs to the material body,
but the soul is out of this pain.
And the other thing, the other stage, is there are two things.
I observed two things.
On one path, there are people who are brought into a very dark place.
It's very dark, it's very scary.
It's very, I would say, the image that they will describe,
it's a sort of black cave, you know.
And there is this sense of sometimes fear,
sometimes anxiety.
What's there?
What is that?
What is happening?
That's one type of things that I hear.
The other type of things that I hear is that they are immediately welcomed
by a team of spiritual beings that they don't know who it is.
Sometimes they recognize ancestors,
or it's a sort of familiar presence.
And there, those people who experience this,
it is more lighthearted, you know.
It's more a sort of a release.
But at the end, those people who experience this first stage
of going into the darkness or going directly into the light,
they come back into the same stage
where they are faced with an observation of their thoughts,
of their life, of their belief, of their struggles,
and they receive a deep message.
And a deep message either about their own thoughts
or the way they have experienced life,
or even about God and about what is God.
I don't say who is God, but what is God.
And both experience then this sort of light,
a light that I've noticed for those who went into the darkness first,
is so bright that it can be very painful,
if I can say so.
It's a little bit, it's too bright, it's too bright, it's too much.
It's as if you're burning because it's too bright.
And after all of this experience,
they have this deep message,
and they understand that it's time to come back to their body.
And they come back to their body,
and yes, they have this glimpse of this afterlife.
So that's the two types of scenarios that I've heard from my students.
How my students who have experience in DE,
and those who haven't experienced in DE too,
can seek to rekindle this profound feeling of love,
awareness and presence.
So there are different techniques that the ancient centric taught
a long time ago, from the 3rd century.
And this is mainly awareness cultivation techniques,
which includes...
The first thing is to really becoming conscious of our thoughts.
And we live in automatic pilots, you know.
And very often our thoughts,
who are very limited and very shrinked, very contracted,
take over us.
And we don't even realize that.
But with some awareness techniques,
we can learn how to pose,
and observe our thoughts,
and ask ourselves,
are those thoughts true?
Are they really true?
What's beyond these thoughts?
And it's not simply just questioning the thoughts.
It's also observing the energy of the thoughts.
Because thoughts, they are energy.
And when we observe the energy of the thoughts,
we pose and we think,
okay, I'm having these thoughts right now,
that it is telling me that or that or that,
and that doesn't make me feel good.
What's the energy of the thoughts?
Oh, the energy of the thoughts is what makes me a human,
in a human body.
So we observe this energy of the thoughts.
Then we question the thoughts.
And the more we do that,
the more our consciousness expands,
and the more we realize that everything that we think
is just belief and construct.
It's not the bigger picture.
That's one step.
A very important step.
Very, very important.
And then comes the choice,
when we observe our thoughts,
is to ask ourselves the question,
how can I choose the thoughts
that is the most loving,
the most compassionate,
and the closer to Source?
Because, yes, the Source is love,
and a lot of people who have experienced ND
will tell you there is this state of pure love.
So how, in your daily life,
can you look at the thoughts
and choose to tune to this love
that is beyond these contracted thoughts?
All of that is just practice.
And there is a technique that I share in my school.
And another way is through meditation.
And what I call Transcendental Meditation,
where you repeat the mantra,
the vibration that I told you about earlier,
you repeat that in your mind
without even pronouncing it,
and that creates this vibration within you.
And you can do it with eyes closed,
with eyes open.
When I hear all the experiences of my students
who have experienced ND,
the biggest takeaway...
Actually, there are two, if I can say two.
Two big takeaways.
As I mentioned,
one is that death is not the end.
It's just a transition.
It's a transition into another state of consciousness,
another vibration.
We vibrate on another level.
And so, rather than fearing death,
we can see it as the opposite of birth.
It's just a transition.
And the second thing is that
there is this space where we are free
from the constraint of our body,
a limitation of our body or our mind,
where there is pure love,
and pure presence,
and pure compassion.
And that's our real nature
that we forget when we are limited by our body
and limited by our mind.
But there is all of that.
And the whole point of life,
if I can say so,
is to return to these states,
to remember our nature,
a nature which is made of love and presence.
I have a message for everybody,
including young people,
who want to better prepare for the future.
Knowing that life doesn't end after death,
and that we are eternal,
and that there is only one path.
This is the path of evolution.
And I would say that
the most important work that they can do right now
is to really observe their thoughts
and analyze the thoughts pattern
and understand,
is that true?
And really ask themselves the question,
is that thought true?
Is that true?
And asking them several times the question,
is that true?
Is that true?
Until they realize that
the world, the material world we live in,
it's a dual world.
We need contrast to experience one thing.
But in the afterlife,
this contrast or duality slowly disappears.
And so we can learn to live life
with a bigger picture than this contrasting dual life.
And all of that can happen by observing our thoughts,
understanding our thoughts sometimes,
a lot of the time hold judgments,
belief,
and that's not necessarily true.
This is not the biggest picture.
This is not a big picture.
So pay attention to your thoughts.
Pay attention to your belief.
Every day.
