Hope you guys enjoyed!!
What's up guys, welcome back to our channel.
Hope you're doing amazing as always.
If you're new here, my name is Sam.
And my name is Jess.
And guys, we haven't posted on YouTube in over a week.
So we're doing a little updated Q&A today.
Jess has been recovering.
So we're kind of taking it, taking it low and chill the last little bit.
But you're pretty good now.
I'm feeling better now.
Like I just had really low energy and it was obviously like really painful to talk.
So it was just like we were like trying to stay like at least active on TikTok.
A little bit easier than making a full YouTube video with a lot of talking going on
because some TikToks, you don't gotta talk.
You just have to sit there and be pretty.
So anyways, we asked you guys on our Instagrams for questions for an updated Q&A.
So if you guys want to be a part of videos in the future, go follow us on there.
So we're doing a little Q&A in a little minute.
So that's what we're doing today.
Make sure to subscribe to the channel before we start.
And make sure you smash the like button.
We'll jump right on into it.
Let's go.
Okay, well we kind of just addressed this.
The first question someone wants to know, how's Jess recovery life?
How you doing babe?
I'm doing really well.
So I was super nervous going into the surgery because if you guys know me,
you guys know I am terrified of throwing up.
And I feel like every single vlog I had watched on YouTube about like tonsillectomies
said that like they threw up from either the anesthesia, from dehydration,
or from the pain meds.
So I was like, shoot dude, like I'm gonna get sick and I do not want to.
But honestly, I felt like really good.
Like I didn't ever feel nauseous.
Not do you.
My pain was like really tolerable.
That was another thing people were saying.
It's like the worst pain I've ever experienced.
But I felt like it wasn't that bad for me personally.
I know everyone's different.
Maybe I just have a high pain tolerance, but it wasn't as bad as I was anticipating.
So I've been recovering well.
I sound like I have like a little bit of like I'm talking a little funny,
but.
No, you're doing good though.
Like it's like clear enough and like.
Yeah, I have my post-op on Thursday.
And hopefully if that all goes well, I can probably start going back to the gym.
Because I've had to keep like my physical activity down to zero.
They said not to be doing anything.
But I feel like I've been able to eat like regular foods last couple days.
I eat slower because it takes me a long time to like swallow and stuff because it hurts a little bit.
But I stopped taking all my pain meds and stuff.
So I'm just chillin hanging out.
Yeah, I thought going into this.
I was like, dude, this girl's gonna be in bed for two weeks second day.
She's like walking around like hanging out.
She's like want to go to the store and stuff.
So you're doing good.
But anyways, let's go to the next questions.
Okay, it says what are the things you both miss about being single or just dating?
Oh my gosh.
I don't think I have any.
I didn't really think about it.
Wait, what's the biggest thing you miss about being single?
I would say that's hard to think about.
Like it definitely doesn't beat like obviously being married and everything.
But I would say maybe just the fun of like flirting when you're a teenager with people
or like the like excitingness of like going out somewhere and like eating nervous for dates.
Like now we're so like, which that's not better than like this.
But I feel like that's no but it's just like it's like a different feeling.
I can see that.
It's like the nostalgia.
You know high school like different memories you have of going to like games
or I'm sure people like it's like trying to get a girl's number did like,
you know what I'm saying?
Yeah, I think just like that's why I ended up like going on.
Yeah, date or like, oh my gosh, that guy like me even that's like even middle school.
Like, oh my gosh, it's just like maybe fun being single and being able to flirt with them.
We're not saying that as like, you know, we need to be single.
No, no, and I think we're just like you're in a relationship that I'm saying that without him even like think about it.
I kind of see that that's kind of fun though.
Like back in the day, you know, yeah, I think that's why we're always single like,
you know, trying to get your number.
That's like that's what I mean.
Like I'm talking about obviously like this was the one that's stuck.
So like it was the best one.
So yeah, I'm just saying like enjoy it.
While it's there because once you find your person like happiness is ruined that'll go away,
but there's so much better to look forward.
That's back so much more to look forward.
Yeah.
Okay.
I'm trying to ask this one.
We really answer this question probably a thousand times,
but I'm looking through my questions and it's every single other question people are asking us.
Everyone's asking when we want kids and if we want kids and how soon we're going to have kids all the kid questions.
You guys want to have babies.
It's really like every other question.
We've answered this so many times when you want to answer them.
Yeah.
So we've said that we probably would want to have kids around maybe like 23 right now.
We're both 21.
So I feel like maybe it'll change but I think like we're just we just feel like there's not really a rush.
I think a main reason we aren't having kids other than the fact that we're only 21 is just like I want to like be able to pursue music.
I think it's going really well right now and I hope to be able to start going on tour and stuff.
And once you have a baby not to say you can't like do anything when you have a baby,
but I think it needs to be like that is your priority and it should be and so like if I want my focus to be on music,
I want to just like do that right now and then have kids after I've been able to like experience that.
Yeah, so I think that's kind of what we're waiting for right now.
Just like I have to be like, oh, we're just waiting for me.
But like no, I was going to say either way.
I want to I want to travel more.
I want to like I know that you cannot work as hard when you have a kid,
but like like you said, it's going to be your priority as a kid.
So I feel like I want to work as hard as we can now with like the stuff that we're doing things that are harder to do.
Yeah, once you have yeah, like I want to travel more obviously you travel with kids,
but like, you know, you can't go to Greece for three weeks with the kid, you know, it's like a little bit harder.
I guess you could but I want to do those things like before we have maybe again.
Once the kids are older, but yeah, once you do that stuff, but I know yeah,
so we've only been married for two years when I like to live like our but I will say it's a little scary
because I feel like infertility is so big on on social media right now people being open about it
and whatnot that it is scary not knowing like should you be trying now
because it's going to take you like yeah, this could take you years to get pregnant.
You don't know if it's going to be like a struggle for you.
So that's always kind of scary.
We always think about that like we want to start a family at 23,
but you never know 27.
You never know.
Yeah, maybe we'll be kicking ourselves or not for not starting trying to you know,
start you know, not starting to try earlier.
So that's always scary.
But that's kind of where we're our heads are at right now.
Okay, it says do y'all ever feel like you need alone time from each other?
Oh my gosh.
Yeah, yeah.
What? You answer it.
You answer it.
I don't think I do.
Okay.
Well, you just make me what the heck?
Okay.
I'm not going to say okay.
I'm just going to say because that's what I am.
That's what I'm saying.
I am.
I'm not changing my answer.
Okay.
I'm saying that's just the type of person I am.
I like like if we have family over or for like a social thing,
I need to like every hour or two.
I need to go and like take five minutes and just like regroup like when there's a lot of like commotion and noise and stuff.
Yeah, that's not how it is every day with us.
But I think not all the time.
I don't always need a break.
I'm not every single day.
But sometimes if there's a lot going on,
I just need to be by myself.
If I'm just being needy or something.
Well, it's probably not just from you.
I think just like I just need that time by myself.
Yeah, if we're at like maybe going to the gym and I'm working out by myself.
I don't like always want to work out with you.
I want to work out by myself and like have my like, yeah, my time.
Yeah, it's not like getting away from you though.
Yeah, and I think like I could like always do stuff with Sam.
Like I feel like I'm always like let's go and we do spend like pretty much every moment together because we work together.
We literally and you he's saying that but we literally do so much together.
Like, oh, yeah.
No, it's rather me go grocery shopping with him than not.
Yeah, most of the time.
Like he wants me to like go do things with him and like I feel like I'd always.
Want him to be with me, but I will say like if there's like a day or like he's sick or something and I go to the gym by myself.
I will say it is nice.
I don't want to do it.
Like I don't want to go to the gym alone, but I think once I push myself to do it.
It's kind of nice to like have your quiet time to just like reflect personally and just kind of like be independent because I feel like because I'm with him all the time.
I'm not yeah super independent.
And so like it's good for me to like go drive myself somewhere because I literally always have someone drive me.
So it's like, oh, I'm just like by myself and this is kind of nice.
That's true.
But like yeah, I almost always if someone were to ask me like do you want or if Sam were to ask me if I wanted to come with me I'd probably always say yes.
Yeah, me too.
But sometimes I should probably just take my time.
Yeah.
How do y'all stay productive when you don't have a traditional job?
That's what I was looking for.
That's what you're looking for?
Oh guys.
I was just looking for a question that I saw earlier and she found it.
How do you stay productive when you don't have a traditional job?
What do you think babe?
I think it's honestly fear for me.
Fear.
I think because we don't have a traditional job like there's literally no guarantee.
Like if we stopped working we would stop making money.
Like that's just how it is.
I think that's like what keeps me and like we like having nice things and like we have like I feel like we're both very driven to be successful and do a lot of things but like day-to-day.
I think it's like thinking about like if we don't do this like like you won't feel productive and you won't.
Yeah.
I think it's just like thinking about like the future that we both want.
Like we don't want to have to you know, work, you know, you say a normal job traditional job until you're like 60 and retire.
I think the future that we want like requires us to stay productive as possible.
Like now obviously we're going to be probably working for a long time.
But like just I think the future goals and stuff keep me motivated at least to not slack and not like, you know, just say, oh, we're good.
Now.
We can just like not do anything type of thing.
Yeah, but you have to with our job like no, that's what I'm saying.
Yeah, like you just stay productive doing social media.
You have to be like constantly like active and consistent.
Otherwise, that'll go away.
And I think just also I think it's yeah, just like like what like if we stop and we're going to lose like everything that we like.
Yeah, and we have to go get a nine-to-five job and we feel so blessed to be able to have the opportunity to do social media.
I think we've like had so many opportunities because of it and we love doing it.
So I think that like drives us each day to just like do the most we can.
Okay.
This person said, did you or have you ever thought I could do better?
Like then they'll like get better.
I get a better person.
Like ever ever from the very beginning when we first started in like dang.
I could have like gone a little sound better.
I feel like you might have like insecure moments when you feel like that.
But I feel like I feel like we're like we look good together.
I don't think anyone looks at us and thinks like one of us like nothing about the damn thing about you.
You ever look at me like dang.
I think I could have done better.
I think I think that you could have done better.
No, you you look at me and you're like, wow, I could have done better.
No, I've never thought that.
No, I wasn't.
I was I think that you could have done better.
I was like, oh, I mean like maybe if I'm having like an insecure day, but like no, I'm fine.
What do you think?
No, I've never thought that ever.
I mean, I think you're so mean either.
Wow.
Look at us being cute.
Wow.
Okay.
Has a serious fight ever happened between you two?
And what do you do after arguments?
Double question.
So a serious fight.
I don't think we ever had like a serious fight to find serious is serious.
Like I'm not going to talk to you for like a few days.
We're taking a break type of like fight.
That's what I would think.
That's like a serious fight.
Or I feel like even like if you were to sleep on the couch, that'd be like a serious fight.
Yeah.
No, we never had that.
Like we never had a fight where we haven't talked to each other like for a few days after.
Or like I think even like leaving the house or like just like.
Yeah, like storming off.
Like I'm not coming back.
That was that.
No, we never had nothing close to that.
We maybe stormed off to the room if we get mad at each other.
Yeah.
But like but then we wait five minutes for like.
But then what happens after the arguments?
So we always both apologize.
No matter what it is.
We both say we're sorry.
And it's within like five or ten minutes.
Like we'll have like a little fight.
Separate for like go to different sides of the house for like five minutes.
And then come out and be like I'm sorry.
I think leaving for five minutes.
Like taking a breather from each other is a good thing.
Because if you just keep like keep the fight going.
Yelling for no reason.
Yeah.
Then like I don't know.
I think that's like that five minutes.
You can kind of reflect and realize like this is so stupid.
You go in there.
You're like wait.
Why are we fighting over this?
Like this is so petty or like whatever it is.
It's so like minuscule.
Yeah.
In comparison to like how we you know.
When our fights aren't like that serious.
If it was something like I found out you cheated on me.
I wouldn't just go find there and be like yeah we're good.
No.
It'd be different.
But like we don't have serious fights.
So when it's like stupid things.
It's like someone will say something with attitude.
And then the person gets mad.
And then you're just like fighting over like who.
I don't even know.
So stupid.
It's just like stupid things.
Yeah.
You just will disagree about something stupid.
And then you take five minutes.
And you're like okay this is stupid.
Like let's go apologize.
And we'll fix this.
Yeah.
All right.
Last question of the video.
You ready babe?
I'm ready.
They're asking Jess.
Are you going to be doing any concerts soon?
Hopefully.
I really hope so.
That's the plan.
We're working on it.
