Watch as we try to figure out what happened to this Mobile Home. A Fleetwood with a troubled Past.
Donnie. Yes sir. What are you doing? I'm down here at an undiscovered location again looking at trailers.
There's a place down here near us where they sell used mobile homes and so it's kind of fun to come
down here and look at some of them to see what's available. We ain't got money for the new ones so
we figured we'd go look at a used one. So they got a ton of them. The place is full of them and every week or two
they drag something else in and so they have drug this one in and when I say drug I mean drug.
I'm gonna drag my butt right up in there and look at it. Let's walk around the outside of it first.
All right it looks like it's in pretty bad shape. Now y'all normally on this channel we don't walk
through these things we actually rebuild them and fix them. We buy a used trailer pull it on a piece
of property. It's usually a one acre lot and we fix it up and then we rent it out but we've been
looking for some so we're down here looking. Yeah it's a part of our schedule now you know.
So they've been in there cleaning it out and working on it. Donnie they've been working on
it here you missed some of their repair work. I already missed it? Yeah. Oh yeah see how they got
screws in it? Yep. Right there and there. That's a bullet hole. Is it? And this is a bullet hole
and this is a bullet hole and that's a bullet hole. Are you sure about that? That's a bullet hole.
That one is for sure. Donnie would know. Yeah indeed that's a bullet hole. That's a 22. All right so
when we go inside. Right there's another one. Really? Yep. Somebody shot this thing all up right there's another one.
You gotta be kidding me. These are shooting at an angle. You can tell that it's shot at an angle.
I think you're right. Good lord. Right there's another one. So count them.
Okay folks. Maybe 19 of them. Put down below you think he's full of it or you think those are bullet holes?
Some of them are for sure. Like look right there. We'll go inside and maybe we can tell. That one
there is for sure a 22 at an angle. You know I think he's got a point uh the way it's like that
it's like the like that I mean there's nothing that can do that other than a bullet I believe.
All right we'll look inside. We'll look inside and see if we can tell. If there's holes on the
wall we know. You don't think they're uh. That's a screw for sure. All right well we'll figure it out.
Hey look at that. Okay there's where they come out. Right there. Went in there and come out there.
I think he might be on to something. Look at it. Look at how it come out.
Let me see if I can tell.
All right we gotta get to the bottom of this folks. See how it's tapered in.
See how the metal's still there? Look over here. Okay that so that is definitely going in. Okay look
right there. Definitely coming out. That's a damn bullet hole folks. Fleetwood. West something by
Good lord. Oh yeah. Okay we'll be inside in a minute. All right so are we gonna buy this one
Donnie? We might. I don't know about all that. This one must come from an interesting place.
Look this one didn't have a tongue on it when they moved it. Somebody cuts the tongue off.
See right there where it's cut? We do this a lot of times. They took a new a new uh tongue and just
welded it right on the front plate. That's why I'm never worried about cutting them tongues off.
People have asked me that a couple times on the channel. Yeah okay so explain that what you're
talking about. What are you what are you talking about? The tongue and what is this tongue here
right? It's on here permanently. It's it's welded on there. So if you do any skirting
underneath it up to here you got to go around that tongue. Keep keep in mind some of our viewers are
are novices. They haven't messed with this. So why is there a tongue? What are you talking about?
Well you pull it down the truck the road like that. You hook the truck up. Show them on your truck there.
Yeah the little hitches the ball you hook the ball up on it and you can drive off with it.
That's how they move it. So big truck though bigger than that. Yeah bigger but that one would do it.
Yeah ain't nothing wrong with that truck. They so when we put them up we put brick underpinning
under them usually. Yeah we cut that tongue off so it ain't sitting there it looks horrible.
And once that's once that's off it's harder to move it because there you can't hook a truck
you can't hook a truck up to it. You can't hook a truck and just drive off. So what this place
goes and they bring what we think they do is they deliver a new one they pick up the old one
probably swap it out. You're right that's probably what that SR150 that was a new trailer because
it's painted all up and nice. Yeah they just welded that one on there and took off with it.
So they probably cut that one off the one they dropped. Well they bolted on see how it's got
bolt holes on top they just unbolted it just slid it up underneath that one welded it on took
off with it. Yeah or maybe they just brought an extra one for the last one they did. But there's
another one coming out. Okay Donnie that many bullet holes. That was just having fun. They
have some kind of uh you think they some kind of semi-auto? No. It's just somebody just popping
It's having fun folks. Yeah it's having fun. That's the shit you do when you're young.
It looks. You ain't paying for it. Is it sitting crooked? Yeah the whole thing's sitting crooked.
All right. That's stuff you do when you're young and out in the country. I'm not editing
that out Donnie. Well that's what you do. I'm gonna leave that right in there.
Um right there's a big one. Just so that yeah that one's from the outside in. That's the inside out.
Uh they're taking abuse of the mobile homes to a whole new level folks. It'll be interesting to
watch this one and see how well they get it cleaned up. They're inside working on it for sure.
You see like them there are from rips from the screw holes. Yeah they're lined up with
where the screw holes go. Yeah you proved the point whenever those ones are uh blasted out.
I mean that's the only way that could have possibly happened. Yep. But I think we're going
to see the evidence inside because uh when I say they're fixing it up I don't mean they're
doing a good job of fixing it up. It just needs to be washed. Other than the bullet holes. Other
than that it ain't bad. Like you said it just needs washed. Hey tell them about the rust.
Okay we're going to tell you about the rust folks because we haven't uploaded that video yet. We
need to we need to put that video up. The rust right there on the trailer. On these. This ain't
no problem. That's that gutter up there rusting with water running through that gutter and it
runs down and puts a little pin hole up there and everywhere that thing's leaking it's running
down and getting rust on it. Just get you some CLR and just wipe it off. Bar keeper's friend. Bar
keeper's friend will take it. It'll discolor the paint a little bit that rust but that bar
keeper's friend will take it right off and bring the bring the appearance. Basically that where the
rust isn't that's all faded. So if you scrub on that enough it'll actually get back to where it'll
it'll brighten up the paint. You're basically taking the top layer to paint on. Yeah you're
taking the oxidation I guess off. But a little bit of elbow grease will take all of those rust
stains right off. But if you stand here and look up there you can tell that front corner
was hanging out. That must have been in a mobile home park or something. Yeah where they had another
one blocking the sun. Yeah because this is all totally different. This is a rough one here.
My opinion might change though. Well they are fixing up the inside so they're going to
sell it. So here's the front. Got the trim on it. It's got more windows than they usually have
doesn't it? Yes I believe so. It's going to have an extra bathroom or something. No that's going
to be the master. Okay I can see how it's laid out though. Got a little bit of a dog smell going on
That bullet holes through the ceiling in this thing.
That makes your heart go pitter-patter. What? A little snake skin in there.
I don't know Donnie. We're taking this to a whole new level. It's got bullet holes and snakes.
What kind of snake is it? I don't know. All I need to know is he ain't right here right now.
That's all I need to know. Maybe they were shooting at the... who knows. They could have been.
Anybody home? Let's go this way just because the bullet holes. What's going on here? Come here.
Just because the bullet holes. What's going on here? They replaced that. You think that's just now?
Yeah. Sure looks pretty new. That's probably just now. That's why these are all swelled up.
So they're replacing that. That's part of their repairs folks. What do you think about that?
Right there. Is there a hole right there? Yes.
There is a hole right there. It is about four feet.
Is it about chest height? About right there. It's about four feet that way on that wall.
Right there. That's unbelievable. Right there. Look at that. Went on through.
It come on through. It come on through. Yep. That's where they've repaired it at some point.
I think. I don't know after that. I can't tell.
This is a good where to start. Right here. This is a uh this is a bedroom. It's the hall bedroom.
Hall bedroom. Little tiny closet like normal. The bed's still in there. They got strips up.
They've got screws on these strips so that must mean there's a uh there's a bath tub or shower
behind it. Yeah. Right there's one. Surely that ain't no. I mean it is but surely ain't from that.
Right there's another one up. That's true. But like that there you know that's that's the same
time. Yeah. They've been coming through. Yeah. That's what all these are. They've been going
through and patching all of the freaking bullet holes. Right there. Yeah. In the side of the.
Yeah. Oh right there. And right there you see. Yeah. That's the two. One out there.
Just think. That'd be a good place to keep a bed. Yeah. If a bed was right there you'd
be in deep trouble. Just freaking. Surely they. Low-lifes. Yeah. Hopefully they wasn't doing it
while this place was occupied. Well they're still trash. I mean look. There's still TV. Yeah. So I
mean somebody was living in it up until they hauled it away you would think. Yeah. But hopefully
that happened at a different stage. Yeah. There couldn't have been a stage really where
if somebody's still living in it they must have been living in it before.
There's a leg in this closet. A leg? There's a leg in this closet.
Look in that corner. There's a leg dude. This is getting weirder and weirder and weirder.
You want it. You want to. No I ain't taking it out of there. Folks we're leaving that right there.
We have nothing to do with that. But I got to tell you. You know those legs are worth four or five
hundred dollars. Yeah. Especially. This is this is by far. Look there's money too. This is by far
our weirdest one we've done yet. Now we had that one where they had all of the uh the love poems
written on the walls. That was a pretty weird one. This one's weirder. Got bullet holes,
snake skins, change, and a prosthetic leg. Yeah I ain't walking in that closet.
Ain't no way. All right. Well this is the typical layout of these. It's 16 feet for sure though.
And it seems like it's a little bit wider than they usually are. So I don't know if they
somehow stretched it out to the eaves or something more than usual.
I don't know but see right there underneath that wall. Be careful. Yeah look at that. You can see
all that there running back to it. Pretty rough. Yeah all of those patches are where
literally they're patching bullet holes. Yep. Pretty wild. All right. So it's going to be a
three-bedroom. At least. Here's our living room. Right there's a lot of wood. That matches up.
Yeah. So they cut that chunk off. What do you think folks? Are you impressed?
Right there there's so many cobwebs back here.
Yeah this one's totally different than normal.
Yeah it is. Okay so we should show that off. It's a fleetwood. Donnie was trying to find the
age of it but the paper's missing or the cabinets have been changed.
The kitchen is set up kind of like Callie's place. Yep. But it's longer. Got more going on.
Okay it's a four-bedroom. It's a 96. It's a 96 12-bedroom. What are we looking at here?
Look right there that sends everything else in this place. I would say maybe. Pretty crazy.
It just makes you you know. I just don't understand how some people are living.
I hope they got out of wherever they were living where they had to deal with this crap.
Look at this though. This is just a hell of a layout. Yeah.
It's just different. Washer and dryer there. Washer and dryer there. And there's like room
here. Because I guess you go around the washer and dryer. Heating unit.
I think we've done one similar to this before. I think. Maybe some of our viewers will remember.
Yeah the animal smell isn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I caught a whiff of it
when we were walking around.
Work hard. Let's give them a little glimpse of this. This will tell you what this thing is.
Now if I could read it that'd be good. Fleetwood Homes of Georgia. Made in Alma, Georgia.
Made just after Christmas in 1995. Had a Colvin heater. A Magic Chef range. A Magic Chef
refrigerator. Had a Rheem water heater and a Firenetic smoke detector.
It was built for zone one. Which is you know off the coast.
And Whirlpool hot water tank. All right well there we go folks. Tell us what you think.
Is this the weirdest one we've done yet? We're probably buying this one. You don't think so?
Y'all if you like what you see give us a thumbs up. Subscribe to the channel
if you haven't already and we'll catch you on the next one. Now if you like these old run down
pretty rough ones. We've actually seen much worse. Check this one out. We'll see you on the next video.
