Shohei Ohtani BLASTS his 11th home run of the season!

Dodgers down to the last hour. The Diamondbacks have lost 15 straight regular season series openers against the Dodgers. They're one out away from snapping that scoop. Ball one on Ohtani. Shohei is 0 for 4. Chase Field on its feet. Ahead of the 2-0 pitch from Kevin Ginkle. On one swing with nobody on. Last strike for the Dodgers in the ninth. Gokal. I mean, you gotta just throw it right down the middle here, right? You don't want to walk him. You got Buki and then Freddie. See how far he can hit it. Still throwing breaking ball. I guess if you think you can throw it for a strike. Those two get an opportunity. Ginkle's payoff. Ohtani scorches one to right center field. This ball's going to carry out of here. Dodgers not done yet. Eleventh of the season for Ohtani was an absolute rocket and it's now a two-run game. Ohtani gets that fastball right down the middle of the plate. Look at it. In that situation, Ginkle's got nothing else to do. Just challenge him. Go after Betts with nobody on. You've got a two-run lead.
