Hi everyone, thanks for joining me. In this video I'm going to share three top
tips of mine to assist you to access your natural psychic abilities and your
power of intuition. I firmly believe that all humans are naturally gifted with
psychic abilities. It's not just a few, it's something that everybody has, it's
latent in everybody and we have been talked out of these skills. We've been
taught to see them as something that is extraordinary or maybe something bestowed
only on a few people or some people might even doubt that these skills exist
at all. And today I'd like to share with you that it's really your birthright to
know that you have psychic abilities including intuition and to use them in
your everyday life to enrich your quality of life. So join me for three
top tips for accessing your psychic abilities and your intuition. Okay so
before we jump into the three tips I'd like to expand a little bit more on
psychic abilities and the let's say status quo of psychic abilities. So we
as humanity have been using psychic abilities extensively throughout our
history because psychic abilities including intuition are really a key
primal instinct. They help us survive and there are long traditions in indigenous
cultures about using psychic abilities in various ways, communicating with
deceased loved ones, the forebears, the ancestors, the tribal elders, receiving
information through dreams which is another form of psychic ability, having
premonitions and reading signs in nature, even receiving messages from animals and
plants and having that ability to have premonition to sense with our psychic
senses that something is occurring. Many many people experience telepathy which
is the ability to communicate with somebody at a distance. We have the
feeling that something's going on with somebody maybe they just pop into our
head out of the blue and then we find ourselves feeling that they may be in
distress. This has happened a lot of times and then been validated and
verified that that was indeed what was happening with that person and having
these sorts of skills helps us prevent tragedy from occurring, helps us to
navigate risk in life and helps us to be more connected with each other. So
there are many types of psychic ability including intuition. Empathy is one such
skill. So empathy is being able to read into the emotions of a person that is
not you and that can be done at a distance, it can be done by looking at a
graph, it can be done by concentrating on the person. Many many people have this
skill but they don't know what they're doing when they actually receive that
type of information. Many people have the ability to for example hear a piece of
music and then turn on the radio and that music is playing and what's
happening, the music's traveling through the air as a waveform. Your psychic
senses are picking up on that information traveling through the air.
There's so many documented studies, scientific studies about psychic
phenomena, psychic ability that it's at this point pretty much proven beyond
doubt to be true. The question is now is it only true for some people or is it
true for everybody? And I would say it's true for everybody. Everyone has it. We
have been talked out of these skills because people who have access to this
level of information about themselves, their environment, their lives, the people
they know, people they don't know. People who are in touch with these skills and
abilities which are very special and powerful, which give us the ability to
see a lot more than is on the surface or than we can taste, touch, feel, see, hear
with our physical senses. When we get to use our psychic abilities and including
intuition, we are living at a much more fully connected level of our lives. We
are more tuned in, we're tapped in, we're receiving information at deeper levels,
we're receiving subtle levels of information and this makes us very
powerful. So it's my opinion that humans have been deliberately dumbed down over
a very long period of time and talked out of these abilities. In fact even
convinced that these types of abilities are shameful or evil or the work of the
devil or something demonic and that couldn't be further from the truth. These
abilities are God-given abilities. They help us, they make our lives better and
they are here to improve life on this planet at this time. So let's get started.
Tip number one for accessing your psychic abilities is meditation.
Meditation is so beneficial and so important. I can't stress enough how
important it is to get started with some level of meditation practice in your
life. You can start with five minutes a day, you can do 10 minutes, 15, 20, you know
whatever time you have in your schedule. If you do five minutes twice a day
that's that's great. There is a lot of confusion about what meditation actually
is and I know a lot of people who are friends or people I've worked with who
say well I can't meditate, I really struggle, I just can't do it. And when I
talk to them about why that might be and they reveal that they believe meditation
is all about not having any thoughts. Now I totally disagree that meditation is
about not having any thought. The brain is really never not active and you would
never want your brain not to be active. The point of meditation for me is not
about stopping thought, it's about calming down and becoming the observer of your
thoughts. So I would define meditation as any activity which allows you to go
into a calm, relaxed, reflective state of consciousness. So you're still conscious,
you're still aware, you're not in a numb, no thought zone, you're simply allowing
your thoughts, you're allowing your emotions, you're allowing your physical
body to give you its signals, to give you impulses about what might be right or
wrong with it, what it needs. So you can actually achieve a meditation state by
doing a whole range of activities and pick the one that works for you. So for
me I love to lie down, I prefer lying to sitting and I like to be pretty much
still and I can follow a guided meditation, I can listen to the birds
outside my window, I can hold a stone and just observe my body, observe my
environment, just be in observation and be totally without judgment of yourself.
So if thoughts come up and you think I don't like that thought or emotions come
up and you feel like oh that's an uncomfortable emotion, rather than
suppressing those thoughts or those emotions or even physical sensations in
the body, meditation is all about allowing, accepting, observing and simply
being. Simply being, not rushing into action, not rushing into judgment, not
rushing into thoughts which are about controlling anything in your life, in the
external or the internal environments of your life. So meditation every day, a
little bit a day goes a long way. All of those five-minute meditation sessions
that you allow yourself throughout your days, accumulate and add up to a bigger
and bigger portion of your life that you are spending in an optimal state. Another
form of meditation which really works for a lot of people is, I love to do
breath work. Breath work simply means breathing consciously where you breathe
in deeply and you breathe out deeply and slow. The important thing to think about
when you're doing breath work is simply that your out-breath is longer than
your in-breath. So if you breathe in for three deep breath counts, then breathe
out for six deep breath counts and get into a comfortable rhythm where the
out-breath is longer than the in-breath. You can also try alternate nostril
breathing. This is a great technique that is taught in yoga and this technique
specifically assists in regulating the left and right hemispheres of the brain
and therefore the orchestration of the body by the brain. When you're doing
breath work you are deeply oxygenating your body and by breathing out longer on
the out-breath you're pushing out carbon dioxide which is poisonous to you and
you're creating more room for more oxygen. So more oxygen means better
circulation, better blood flow, better cell renewal. It helps with every single
process in the body. So breath work is a great way to meditate. Another form of
meditation that many people downplay is daydreaming. So this is great for people
who really don't like to lay there and do nothing or sit there and do nothing.
Daydreaming is literally dreaming awake because what you're doing is you're
allowing your brain to process thoughts exactly the way that it would in the
dream state. So you are not interfering with your brain's natural processing. You
are allowing those thoughts to go where they will, to create their own story, to
explore and expand. You're allowing your emotions to come to the fore. You're
allowing your emotions to express themselves to you and you're doing all
of this without exercising any suppression, no control and no judgment.
So just laying down in a comfortable place and or sitting and probably best
to do it with your eyes closed so that you really go inside of your own mind
and your consciousness. But daydreaming is a beautiful practice to allow
yourself to process what's going on inside of you without controlling it.
Walking meditations are also very popular and walking is very very good
for your body, for your brain. You're increasing your oxygen flow and
you're allowing all of the parts of the body to move slowly and easily. Walking
means listening for the sounds of nature, listening for sounds outside of yourself,
being in touch with your environment, being consciously aware and being
mindful whilst also being at ease. So it allows you to focus on an activity which
is a gentle activity and you're also fully present. So walking preferably
without any headphones or anything going into your ears so that you can
maintain that state of presence. My second top tip for accessing your powers
of psychic intuition is listening for the inner voice. So I heard my inner voice
my whole life very clearly but I didn't validate that inner voice because I was
taught that that was probably bad and that was not normal. The more that you
practice listening and validating the inner voice the stronger you're going to
hear that voice over time. So there's different forms of the inner voice and
I'm not going to talk today at all about people who might be a bit crazy and
hearing voices for not good reasons. Now I'm only talking about positive inner
voices. So the first inner voice that you can hear is your own connection to
Source God Creator. So everybody has this connection. It's your God-given gift
because you are a part of God. You come from God. The life force essence that
powers your being is part of God. So every single person has a direct
connection to God Source Creator. However you see that energy you can call
it the divine and you at any point can tap directly into that energy into that
connection without any ritual or fanfare. You don't have to do anything. That is
your God-given gift. So when I'm connected with Source Energy I see a lot
of light in my third eye. I actually see the light in my body and in my
being and my field and I feel love. I feel that I'm being held. I feel the
expansiveness of that massive being and the information that comes through
is always very wise and sometimes it's not information. Sometimes it's just that
feeling of being loved, of being held, of being important, of being one with all of
creation. So many people might experience God as a sense of oneness. I know that I
do that too. So that's an inner voice that you I hope will be able to tap into
and hear on a regular basis. Another inner voice is your own higher self. Some
people will call this the inner self. Whatever works for you. It really is
inside of yourself because I believe that the higher self most of the times
is the soul, the soul of your incarnation and your soul knows the
picture of you. The soul sees beyond your limited beliefs. It sees beyond your
defense mechanisms. It sees beyond the restrictions of this lifetime, your
physical body, your personality, your environment. It sees you as a
multifaceted light being. It's close to Source. It's right up there. So your
own soul, your own higher self, that higher version of you that is wiser,
that is more loving, that is more fully connected to Source, that is an inner
voice that you want to be listening to as often as possible. Another inner voice
comes from your own guides. So I know from my work as a spiritual medium that
every single person has at least one or more guides, usually more, and these guides
are beings who love you. They've been with you a very long time, much longer
than you think, definitely before your birth and throughout multiple
incarnations of your soul, maybe even at the soul level. Your guides can include
angels, guardian angels, they can include all types of beings that are connected
with your soul, with your spirit, and it can include deceased family members, for
example, who come to guide you, who are called upon by you to give guidance and
counsel. When I hear my guides, I very often hear their voice around my ears.
So maybe on the right side, maybe on the left side, very often it's on the left
side and it's kind of to the lower left side. So I'm often turning my head down
and feeling in, straining my inner ears to hear that voice. Because at first, in
my experience, that voice comes across quite faintly. It's a quiet voice
and it's really in the background, behind your own thoughts. So you have to strain
and practice pushing yourself to hear that voice. And then when you do hear
that voice, you validate what you're hearing. And you may hear a few words, you
may hear a whole sentence, you might hear a whole conversation if you're doing
this really well, and you also may not hear a voice at all. You also may receive
information in your other senses, such as a smell or a feeling. You know, very often
you receive feelings. For me, the most common type of messages to receive are
actually downloads. A download I would describe as a complex package of
information, which comes through with multiple aspects. So you might just
receive a scene in your head with visual cues, also a feeling, an emotional
feeling, and also information that your brain knows about it. You just know that
this is the case about this scene. Or you can also have much more complex layers
of information that link it to all kinds of other things. So a download is a real
package of many, many different forms of psychic information that come all at
once and arrive like a knowing. It's like a package of information. You download it
and then you have to unpack it. You're actually deciphering all these
different aspects with your mind and your heart. You're feeling things, you're
hearing things, you're getting a whole range of information about
something. So downloads are very, very common. That's my second tip. Listen for
the inner voice. Practice listening for the inner voice. When you hear the inner
voice, validate that. Hold on to it and say, thank you. Thank you for giving me
this information. I would like more of this. My third tip for accessing your
psychic abilities is journaling and automatic writing. Everyone knows what
journaling is. It's just taking some pen and paper and writing down your thoughts.
Automatic writing is when you take it a step further and you've been doing your
meditation, so you know how to go into a reflective, receptive mode of
consciousness. You've been listening for that inner voice, so you know kind of
what that sounds like and feels like, so you're beginning to tap into that. When
you do your journaling and automatic writing, you are allowing the pen to
transcribe what is coming through from that inner voice, which may be words, it
may be feelings, it may be impressions, visual pictures, whatever it is. You're
just asking that inner voice to give you information and it could be in response
to a question you have about your current life. I'm struggling with this,
please tell me what I need to know about this or maybe to help somebody else.
Just in general, you can also leave it really open and be open to be
surprised about what comes through. I allocate some time for this every other
day and in the beginning I was only able to do about five minutes at a time and
then as I started to do it more and more, it became a longer session. But most
people would probably cap out at about ten minutes, although I have known people
who are able to write tones of information from their connection with
their inner voice. So the more that you do it, the more that you are actually
strengthening that psychic muscle, you're making the connection between the inner
voice and then when you use your hand to write it on the paper, that
physical act is actually laying down neural pathways that strengthen your
body-mind or body-psychic connection and make it easier for you to tap
into your psychic abilities in the future. So that's it, those are my three
tips. Meditation, listening for the inner voice and automatic writing and
journaling. Please let me know if this has helped you and maybe you have some
other tips that you can share with everybody and I wish you all the best.
Don't forget that you are naturally psychic, all humans are. These are our
God-given gifts and abilities and it's time to take them back.
