video that you like uh um that has um maybe you know to take an example how about this one from M I don't know if you can see it yes I guess you can um so we get classroom management part one uh we if you want to have this on the slide then you just have to copy and then paste it right here in this box and then is going to extract uh I hope it's going to work because you know I'm on a VPN it's never easy but I tried already before you can see that the slides from the video summary it says download PPT so I can download the PPT already you can see that it's quite uh very fast I already tried this before we're going to check out right now it's real time uh so now let's see the PPT but you won't be able to see it let me see yes maybe let me know if you can see the yeah the slide I guess you of you can do lot of lot of things um you can you you can have assessment you can create assessment lesson plan um YouTube video questions uh text rewriter well the just take like right you want to lesson plan so you just go right here where you get planning you click on planning and then it's going to be here you can unit here on the right you can see unit plan generator uh lesson plan we can see as well here we click on lesson plan and here it's awesome you have already a template asking you uh what is the level of your student so you it come it start from kindergarten then you get grade one grade two three four uh till grade 12 that's uh then we have even University you want till 13 I'm sorry that's incredible so this is really cool I tried uh uh in the back to do um let's do kindergarten uh topic standard objectives right um what we could write topic uh uh what would say wild animals why not and then uh objective objective being able to name each animals of course he when you write a prompt you got to be super precise but I'm not going to spend that time even with it's good to test when you test AI put something really simple in it and then we'll see what's going to come out here you can even add add some criteria uh students are in a unit about no this is what you can add students are in a unit about uh World region students uh last lesson was on the geography of the United States have the lesson include group work so you can add lots of lots of things and here standards uh set to align to it's ESL Teaching Standards so I I just write you know it's just an example right here a very simple one uh let's generate and it's working you see super fast so exploring wild animals we're going to go objectives really awesome students will be able to name different wild animals and defy their characteristics awesome assessment students will uh participate in a class activity and correctly name a match uh pictures various animals corresponding names right key points introduce vocabulary of wild animals such as lion tiger elephant giraffe you see I didn't even give names of the vocabulary is coming out right away talk about different habitats where these wire animal leave is that's really awesome I didn't ask him I didn't give much uh information but it's helping me to develop uh uh my lesson a little bit better of course it's still lesson plan right uh you don't know what's going to you are the one who knows your students better and you know what you got to teach and then according to what AI gave you you can of course correct and change what you want but more are you going to use the AI more is going to get used to you and it's going to understand everything and is going to bring what you want and even giving you ideas that can make your classroom better so that's the point of using AI right uh many people might be scared of that but no it's a great tool till we know how to use it use it like you know uh in a very responsible way uh so because there are pros and cons in using Ai and you know uh we have to I think get more interest into it uh introduction uh to new matal here show pictures each animal individually okay discuss where each animal lives all right it's pretty basic for sure mention the common misconception elephants are slow animals to address during the lesson okay why not uh guided practice provide students flash cards uh ask simple questions which animal okay that's nice that's nice uh giving a question to ask because you always have to have to engage the students keep that you know communication in the class with your students very important here independent practice okay distribute work shets yeah you go why not yes a color I guess with pictures of animals asking us to write down the name of each animal yeah why not it's and of course uh possible closing review names and more L all so it's not bad for new teachers coming in it it can be of a great help does this was an example for kindergarten and Aras for growth on student work isn't that awesome that's that's pretty good that's pretty good you can give him uh some files and it's going to is going to check out the students program grass uh concept like the definition of preposition their function um in expressing relationships between nouns pronouns and other elements in the sentence and common example of preposition so I'm going to use that as an example all right I just click on it it's right here where I'm going to generate my presentation I just click generate outline and they should be working hope so okay maybe not or I don't know um I'm going to I'm going to copy it I'm going to close it uh import new new no yeah you it should be fine okay no it doesn't support that clicking all right lesson plan about teaching digital literacy all right okay wonderful the example are not really working right um but I did some uh in the past where is it oh okay okay because maybe I was disconnected so I let it open for quite a start to generate your presentation you can see that it's uh yeah it's fine for using AI in China is it's it's okay yeah because with a VPN so here uh it's creating so this is maybe the first page of use this always try to check out uh the informations that was about uh comparision of ESL markets in estasia if you remember that past life I used this and of course I had I I use some of some of these parts uh yes so it's good to make sure the information all right but mostly they were even better sometimes than asking to chair GPT so thought that they all come from there but uh you know that was they they can do good presentation very interesting and quite pretty fast and usually you can choose as well the different yes you can choose different layout out how you want your um your slide to look like so that's yeah that's an awesome tool not too expensive to okay there's not much of the price on it maybe well not too bad for uh this one I like it because it's it was quite um the there's no problem for that all right good so and we got going to go to um the next one uh where is oh yes that's the one this is what happened in my class uh I'm going to tell you uh a little bit more about what happened how I use AI in in my class um so you know in my class I use uh a platform we have an ebook uh we don't have the books but the books are named sh sh and those books are well obviously we cannot have them here in China so for whatever the reason and um so we use a platform we get the ebook we use a platform as well which is called uh vhl Central it's really awesome platform uh and you can submit students uh work so the other day we were teaching I I was teaching them the different rooms in a house so you have the living room you know that like you teach ESL kids English except that I I was teaching grade uh 10 11 12 uh teaching them French and um so they in the different coursework in the coursework they had an exercise where the students had to describe uh their dreamhouse and so they were they were writing in French they were writing uh describing their their um their dream house in French some of them did it in English I say yes if you if you find difficult to do this in English do it in French do it in English so they started to um to describe their home and I had some students they gave me um a description that was oh man that was very bad I'm going to show you and then I I said but yeah man this description is just a prompt for a text to image so I asked one of my student I say hey do you want using AI do you want to see how your house look like and then she said yeah yeah why not and I was like yeah okay let's try and then I'm going to show you how it uh what happened so that was I think this one was the first one I'm using uh it's pix and art I use this for everything pretty I use this to do my thumb uh on YouTube um I'm not a super expert with Ado ad to be you know stuff so here is the prompt uh the promp here that we have so it's very awesome so it came out this picture and when the students saw that he said that's it that's what I that's how I wanted I that's how I wanted you know and so you can see the the result of uh the students the students want it and after the description that they were doing the class I don't let them using AI it's only me um to uh transform their description into pictures right and um uh of course many of them like you can see uh I'm going to show you some pictures right from there um that I kept uh and I put so I put this in my classroom because I think it was uh nice to share with everyone so here is another students work her name is you and you can see her prompt there's quite a lot of details in this description and you can see the result of that beautiful house um let me look at it that yes is that one um this description was in English because it was quite difficult for her um to use it in English uh in French thought that you know uh it was um it was really uh a small part in all the cour work they had it was a very it was a little exercise and never so I said yeah if you can't write you know it's okay you can write in English because they have lot of exercise to do on on that uh vhl Central so if you really can't do it in French just try just do it in English then so I had one or two students who did it in French uh no one or two students who did it in English and uh yes here can show you her picture from here uh that was really nice really nice result and the students say that's what I wanted that's what I wanted to that's how I I saw it so it here using AI is very important in the way that um they can they have to create their prompt uh so when they write their prompt maybe you know when the when the picture come out maybe it's not what they want or they want to add some stuff around uh thought that AI is not very very precise difficult to find AI who for example from this picture that you can see right now is going to be difficult to add I don't know maybe four or five more trees even if you write it it's going to be another it's going to be maybe a complete different design so what is good in here is that the students when they're not happy with the with the with the picture they're going to come uh come back to their work try to describe better what they want and when the promt is longer when there are more you can see that one is really long uh when the prompt is very long is going to make um it's going to make your your house more detailed so that's how I experience um that um AI in my classroom is good for them if you really want to do it on purpose maybe you could uh just uh prepare a little bit better uh your directions uh they don't use AI for sure that's you who going to generate the the pictures and you have some kids who were not writing in the class they were not doing their their work and when they saw the result they were like teacher I want too because I said I'm G to give you the picture so oh yes teacher let me let me let me try let me try so the ones who that also engag the students in your uh class so that was uh a very interesting uh a very interesting experience with AI that uh when you do this when you ask your students to describe especially when you get 11 TW grade 11 12 students they are very hardworking so you can go on pixelr uh that's what I use usually you can see ml right here um you can it's pretty much like Adobe you can go on pixelar Express or you get pixelar editor and you can uh you see you add your image I'm going to show you for example this is the this is where I do my thumbs uh from here so of course you get a oops you see right so you can they have uh lot of they have quite a lot of U uh not adding image sorry they have quite a lot of lot of text options that you can see right here you see you can just click it and it's going to appear right here and you can change it put it bigger and yeah they got quite a lot of fonts as well uh and they have they can do gift a lot of things to do with what I use since a very long time before they didn't even have ai but what I was finding it convenient is because it's in a browser I don't need to
