It's another day, it's another place here everybody, for real, good morning everybody.
They're just checking me in the room right now.
Look at just the entrance of this house, how amazing, look at the view, the chair, look
Wow, the first thing I'm feeling is the freshness, it is wild, the freshness, look at this, look
at this, no, are we joking, wow, I mean I've been building with mud, I've been in mud houses,
outside guys I'm telling you it is hot, inside here it's like AC, fresh, but it doesn't feel
artificial freshness, it's like proper deep freshness, the freshness is mind-blowing,
and the texture of the wall, check the texture, look at the roof, look at the ceiling,
I guess this is the bathroom, no, look at the details, wow, outside shower,
look like lime plaster right here, smooth, smooth, wow, ciao raga, ciao, and you need to be convinced
that natural homes are the past, should be the present, and need and will be the future.
The floor gives such a huge amount of freshness, this is surely earthen floor, looks like has been
done with cow dung, soil, perhaps even a little bit of lime, perhaps also some linseed oil to seal
it all, because it doesn't release anything on your hands, it feels very sealed and fresh,
this freshness, and the bed platform,
and I'm here in this place that I've been following on Instagram for quite some time,
literally a small village, far away from any fancy resort, connected to the essence of the land,
a food garden, a food forest as well, and beyond that three houses, mud houses all around,
with the concept of sharing the beauty of simple life with individuals, with people,
this very space actually started from a family that from Kochi moved up on these rural mountains,
as they were reconnected here, they connected also to the local community, which played a huge role
in the development, in the natural development of this space, and more people started to inquire,
would like to come, and then they built a set of mud houses that can really reintegrate people
within the beauty of nature, reconnecting to the essence of simplicity, to the beauty of natural
living, of natural building, connecting to a place that is down to earth, what really attracted me
the most about this place is how whoever is involved is really putting their heart, it's not
like a one-man show, or one family show, it's really a show led by the community, they really found and
created their own opportunities within this space, not only monetarily, but also in terms of value,
in terms of cultural heritage, and right now they are here sharing it with literally the
rest of the world, and it's a very deeply inspiring space, deeply inspiring movement,
deeply inspired environment that you should definitely check out.
