You have come in at the right time.
I was just prepping for my weekly breakfast
and I'd love to share it with you.
So, I'm making Chia Puddings in 3 different flavours.
We're making a Mango Smoothie Chia Pudding
a Berry Smoothie Chia Pudding
and a Mocha Chia Pudding.
All 3 are super delicious, nutritious
and so easy to make.
So, let's get started.
So, let's make the Mango Smoothie Chia Pudding first
and for that, the first thing that you need
is 1 cup of fresh chopped mangoes.
Into this, I'm also adding 2 tbsp of oats
along with a tsp of honey.
If you want to make this vegan, you can also use maple syrup
and then some milk.
I'm using cow's milk here but again
you can also use a plant-based milk.
Okay, so all my ingredients are in the blender
and now, all I need to do is to blend all of this together
into a nice and thick mango smoothie.
So, my bright and yellow smoothie is ready.
Let's put this into a bowl
and now, over this, I'm going to sprinkle
3 tbsp of chia seeds.
Now, it's important to note that this serving
is for 2 people and the recommended serving
for an individual is 2 tbsp of chia seeds per day.
Time to give this a good mix
and now, you can refrigerate this for at least 2 hours
so the chia seeds swell up and the pudding becomes thick
or put it in the fridge overnight
and that's what I'm going to do.
So, my Mango Smoothie Chia Pudding is ready
and it looks so good.
I love to serve it with some more fresh mangoes
and some chopped pistachios.
Next up, let's prep for my favourite berry smoothie.
You can use whatever berries you have at hand.
All frozen would be great
but today, I'm using 1 cup of frozen strawberries
and 1 cup of fresh blueberries.
In goes 2 tbsp of oats
a tbsp of honey or maple syrup
or the sweetener of your choice
and some milk.
And now, here's my favourite part.
It's time to blend everything together
and wait for that beautiful colour.
My thick and delicious berry smoothie is ready.
Let's transfer it into a bowl.
I'm also adding in 3 tbsp of chia seeds
and again, time to give it a good mix.
And once it looks like this
refrigerate it for at least 2 hours or overnight.
I'm obsessed with the colour of this chia pudding
and I'm going to finish it with some fresh blueberries
and some flaked almonds.
Next up, I'm making my delicious Mocha Chia Pudding
which is flavours of both coffee and chocolate.
So again, in my blender
let's start by adding some milk.
In goes a tbsp of coffee powder.
