Hello friends, welcome to Bharat Ki Chai Ki Tapri.
Friends, our country is such that everyone loves tea.
And it so happens that every household makes tea in their own way.
If you go to different houses, you'll see that everyone makes tea in their own way.
But you must have noticed many times when you make tea,
that the tea doesn't always turn out good.
I mean, you never get that consistent result,
so that you can always make the same kind of tea.
So friends, watch this video.
This video is such that everyone will definitely like it.
Your result will always be consistent.
Why? Because I have used scientific logics here.
And I have made tea in a very easy method,
which will give you no shortcomings.
You can make tea anytime.
I'm not saying that the best result will come.
But a good, consistent result will come.
So friends, do make it and watch it.
Hello friends, I am Bharat.
Welcome to Bharat's Kitchen Hindi.
So friends, the first thing you should do in tea
is to take the milk out of the fridge and keep it outside.
Like I am making 3 cups of tea here,
I have taken out 1.5 cups of milk.
In this recipe, use the milk that you have at home.
Whatever is there.
The only thing to note here is that the milk should boil once and cool down.
And I will tell you the second point while adding milk.
Flavors are very important in this masala tea recipe.
So I have used 2 cardamoms for 3 cups of tea.
And I have crushed 2 inches of ginger.
Friends, it is very important to crush the ginger.
Do not crush the ginger.
Otherwise, your tea will become bitter.
And there is a specific point to add ginger.
Watch this carefully.
Just crush the ginger and cardamom.
If you are making masala tea in the summer,
then you can add fennel seeds here.
It will keep the stomach cool.
If you are making this tea in the winter,
then do add black pepper or saffron.
Try it.
It gives a very good result.
And if you have a cough or a cold,
then it also helps a lot.
So this is the preparation of our tea.
Now you have to turn on the gas.
Keep it on a super high flame.
The flame of the gas matters a lot.
And on this high flame,
add 3 cups of water.
If you are making 3 cups of tea,
then add 3 cups of water.
Seriously.
And what will happen on a high flame?
Basically, this water will boil quickly.
And the faster it boils,
the better it will be for you.
Because you have to do a process in boiling water
which is called
infusion.
Infusion means
the things that give flavor to the tea.
Like ginger, cardamom and cloves.
When you infuse flavor in water with these three things,
it becomes very important, friends.
It becomes the base of the tea.
So friends, before adding ginger, cardamom and cloves,
turn the gas on a medium-low flame.
After this, don't cook on a high flame.
But don't do any cooking.
And this infusion process will take you at least 3 minutes.
Look at the clock, friends.
For 3 minutes,
cook all these things properly.
You'll see,
the color of the water will also change.
If you add ginger to cold water,
your tea will become bitter.
Or if you add tea leaves to cold water,
your tea will become bitter.
You see,
as soon as the color of the water becomes so good,
then that's it.
Now comes the second stage of tea making,
which is
Blooming means
the leaves should bloom well.
They should smell good.
And that releases the real flavor of the tea.
So I have used normal loose tea here.
I'll give you the link of the tea leaves I use in the description bar.
But look at this here.
As soon as I added the leaves,
the leaves have left a beautiful color.
And this is very important.
When you add the leaves to hot water,
the leaves get shocked.
And look at how it's boiling.
And at this time,
it releases the flavor.
As soon as the tea settles,
at the same time,
you can add sugar to it.
Add sugar with the leaves.
Because if you add it with milk,
it will make the milk thin.
Because of which,
you won't get the right tea.
If you want to make strong tea,
then add it with the leaves.
And let this whole process cook for 3 minutes
on a medium-low flame.
And as soon as it starts boiling,
stir it once or twice with a ladle.
This will spread the flavor to all the corners.
The main use of a ladle
comes in this process.
Which I call blending.
Blending means that you add the flavors of milk
to this flavorful water,
which is mixed with ginger, cardamom and leaves.
You blend it with that.
You add the milk.
And why did I remove the milk before?
The reason for that was,
if you add cold milk,
then the temperature of the tea will shock.
It won't be balanced.
And the flavor of the tea will change.
And if you add cold milk,
then the ghee in the milk separates.
A layer of ghee forms on top.
Which doesn't look good in tea.
You just have to cook it until it starts boiling.
And cook it for another minute with the milk.
And because it's on a medium flame,
you need a ladle here
so that you can scoop up the tea.
By using a ladle like this,
the temperature of the tea will be maintained.
And you can see, friends,
that the color of the tea has come out very well.
Now you have to strain the tea.
But there is still one last part in this tea,
which is aroma.
Aroma is very important, friends.
As soon as the cup of tea comes close to the nose,
it should smell good.
For that, at the end,
you add a little cinnamon
and a little cardamom powder.
Just a little.
Add this here.
And then you take a sip of the tea, friends.
Really, friends, it's very satisfying.
I can say with a lot of confidence
that whenever you make this tea,
95% you will always get a consistent result.
That is very important, friends.
So that when a guest comes home,
the tea always tastes good.
