Welcome to Life After Life Channel, where we delve into the profound theme of the ""end"" - an exploration of life's closeness and transitions. Join us on a journey to gain a deeper understanding of the intricacies and meanings of life through a unique perspective on endings and new beginnings."
Ultimately, the fate doesn't, to me, look good for the Earth.
It doesn't look good for sustaining human life on this planet.
We're depleting all of the resources very at an alarming rate.
When you look at where this is happening and where it's the heart of the oil and everything else,
all the resources, this is the kind of, I feel things are absolutely heating up.
I mean, military are being sent in.
I mean, it's not a good scenario at all.
My name is Julie Levine, and I had a near-death experience with my friend Robin.
I was working, I was living in New York in the Bronx and working for the Bronx Borough President,
and he sent us to a meeting in the capital of the state, which was about a four-hour drive.
And my colleague offered to drive me in one of the government vehicles because she really liked me.
I liked her, and she was young and full of life, and she was a policy advocate, and I was running the department.
But we really had bonded.
So we were on our way.
We were about halfway there.
We had driven for about two hours, and suddenly, I should say that the weather was not great.
It was raining, overcast, very foggy, difficult to see.
So at the same time, we both saw a huge truck, an 18-wheel truck that was backing up on the shoulder of the New York Thruway,
which is the highway, but apparently at a diagonal and was about to hit us.
We were in the slow lane, driving at the speed of traffic in the slow lane,
and we both knew at that same instant that there was no way that we were going to escape that truck.
It was like seeing your life flash in front of your eyes, really.
So I may have screamed, which I did have some feeling of guilt about, but as you'll see, it diminishes greatly.
And I felt like pain, and I heard a scream, and it may have been my scream, but it was also my friend Robin's.
And then I found myself with Robin in a cave tunnel.
It was a tunnel because it had light coming in from both sides at a distance, but it was dim light, a long tunnel,
and it had moss and it was rock, but it felt peaceful.
And there was a man there, well, I don't know if he was a man, he was a spirit, he was a guide of some kind,
a little bit ethereal, couldn't see the body, but you could kind of see the shape.
And he felt, we trusted him, and he shared with us, without words, sharing with both of us,
but we couldn't hear each other's thoughts.
And he told us that we were going to go somewhere very, very far away, very high up, very beautiful,
that we were going to be extremely happy there, it was going to be amazing bliss,
but that one of us was going to have to come down, and only one of us was going to have the strength to make the journey.
And I immediately felt like, oh, am I being given a choice? I want to live.
And then I felt, that's when I felt guilty, I felt, what made me more deserving than my friend?
I wasn't a lot older than her, but I was her elder by a little bit, and she was so alive and wanting to be of service.
Anyway, so that all became pretty irrelevant, because it felt like, I don't know, the tunnel kind of lifted,
and then it was like a vacuum cleaner, it suctioned us up into the sky, just way up,
just wet and wet and wet and wet and wet.
And then I was in the light. I was part of the light. I didn't have a body anymore.
I didn't have any memory of life. I didn't feel any pain, and I had no sense of time at all.
I just felt in complete bliss, peace, nirvana, womb, whatever word we want to use for this,
this thing that everybody's always aspiring to.
You know, there I was, and it was extraordinary.
But the only thing that was distinct, there was soft white light and air, perfect temperature, water, perfect temperature,
but everything was flowing together. Everything was a swirl of energy and all connected.
And the only thing that I was aware of that in any way was distinct was my friend Robin, her energy.
I felt a swirl between us. I felt a connection between us, and I felt her peace.
I'm very grateful for that, you know, and also it helped me when I had to tell her mom.
So anyway, I think I'm jumping ahead of myself.
Did you want to tell me something about you more or should I just keep going?
I'll keep going.
So I then don't know how much time, again, it was so timeless, the whole experience.
But then the next I remember, I couldn't move. I was in horrific pain.
My head felt like it was going to jump out of my skull, and I was looking up at what seemed to be an alien.
He had three eyes, and they were kind of moving around, and there was this horrific light.
I was like, I got to get this light off, but I couldn't talk.
Well, as it turned out, that was a doctor. I was at Kingston Hospital, which was halfway to Albany, the capital.
And the doctor was the alien. I had vertical and horizontal double vision and no stability of gaze.
I ended up having to have an eye muscle surgery, a strabismus surgery.
But it was horrible. There was fluorescent light. I couldn't move.
I was in traction because I had a cracked hip, and my jaw was wired.
I had multiple fractures in my jaw, and there was metal in there.
But more than that, I couldn't make sense of where I was.
I couldn't reconcile where I was with where I knew I had been.
And I was afraid to communicate it, but I also had difficulty in communicating.
I was very disoriented, and it was very difficult to talk with my jaw wired.
Then I had two things happen that were really helpful.
One, a younger cousin of my mom, who had been in a very bad car accident 17 years before, called me in the hospital.
And she said, tell me what happened.
And I tried to communicate, crash, hospital.
And she was like, no, honey, tell me what happened when you got hit before all that.
Anything you want to share, you know I understand. You're safe with me.
And so I just let it all out. I cried, and I cried, and I cried.
And nobody will tell me where Robin is.
There was also a beautiful nurse, Joan Perpetua, who I'll never forget,
who understood about near-death experiences and also encouraged me to share,
watched me brush my hair, you know, made me feel safe.
And anyway, apparently I was still in serious condition,
and they felt that by telling me that Robin had died, that it would be disruptive.
But I needed it to make sense of my entire world, that everything felt different now.
I also wanted so much to be back in the light.
I did not want to be in this pain body that I had come back into,
and I did not want to be in this realm with people that just made no sense to me
and wouldn't even tell me the truth.
So if anybody ever hears this and has a situation like that,
please be honest with that person. They do need to know.
At any rate, finally I did, you know, they were telling me things,
maybe she's in another hospital, you know, and I knew they weren't being honest.
And I just wanted to hear what I myself thought I knew, which is that she had died.
Her neck snapped, and she died instantly.
And we went together into the light, but I had to come back.
And, you know, I've spent what's left of the time that I have
trying to help other people with that journey
and also help humankind and animalkind and nature,
because that's what seems real and what seems important is love and caring
and consciousness and supporting each other,
because it's not easy here in the life on Earth.
Any way you look at it, whether you're living in a pain body,
you've had some kind of physical thing happen to you,
or just emotionally, it's not easy.
There's so much that's out of kilter.
But if we can try to live our lives as close to the light as possible,
it can make a huge difference.
And I do think that there are many ways to get there.
My way, I don't really recommend it.
If you can avoid the AT rail track and you're in a little baby Dodge Aries,
probably a good idea.
But I did survive.
And my friend Robin, she's still with me a lot.
Actually, she's been with me a lot lately.
So that's been a beautiful thing.
And she comes down to support.
And I do want to also say that one thing that I have learned,
because I was an agnostic.
I was one of those people that really needed to see something to believe it.
And I was given that opportunity.
For me, it's not a Judeo-Christian thing.
It's a love, consciousness, connection thing.
There aren't rules.
It wasn't a document written by a bunch of probably white men.
Maybe they weren't white, though.
Anyway, unfortunately, sometimes, you know,
I'll be talking and I might share something that might be difficult for
somebody to hear.
I'm just trying to be true to myself.
And hopefully others will be, you know, true to themselves.
But there are many, many religious people who are deeply spiritual.
And if there's love in their hearts and not judgment,
then I say that is absolutely the way to go.
But don't despair because there does come a time when we do move on.
And where we move to is pure love, pure light.
It's everything to look forward to and nothing to dread.
Although, of course, the journey there can be quite grueling.
Nobody likes to be.
It was more like the site was just soft white light.
And like I said, just a little bit of water and just air.
It wasn't anything really distinct.
It was just a beautiful ball of light.
And I was inside of it.
I mean, I felt much more intuitive.
Like I could feel people more.
I definitely started getting like predilections.
Like I would get like, like I would wake up in the middle of the night sobbing
because I could see people coming up on a shore and they were all dead.
And it's like, and then turns out, boom, there was a tidal wave,
like right then in Asia or something.
You know, I would have these crazy experiences where I could just feel people's pain.
And I would be like, well, why am I even having to feel this
when I can't really do anything about it?
I didn't understand what the purpose was.
But now it's just more I can feel like I can feel people.
I can read people pretty well.
And sometimes I will be given a message very clearly for somebody that, you know.
But I don't think that my abilities are any different than anyone else's.
I just think I've done a lot more work at this point to connect with that gift
that we all have, that psychic gift.
I mean, I have my own feeling that we are going down, sadly.
I really do.
I don't think the situation in the Middle East is a good one.
I don't trust my own country's war-making, you know,
proclivity because corporations run the United States of America and the whole world.
So it's not looking good to me.
But there's always the possibility of people rising up in love,
people forging other connections.
I do believe in sustainability to the extent that we can build cooperative communities.
I mean, I don't mean necessarily communes.
I mean, I'm not talking about, you know, free love.
I'm talking about free love in the universal sense, yes.
But I was given a message about, I guess, to some extent, what my purpose was,
that I was to continue to do the work I was doing for peace and justice in the world.
But I had to do it in a way that was more connected to the heart, more connected to love.
And I had to feel the people that I was working with.
So I think it's brought a humility.
But the lesson for me has been to live my life as close to that light as possible,
with as much kindness and balance, and to be ready when my time comes.
And I am.
But shifting in terms of consciousness, people waking up,
kind of this new age idea that, you know, there's an evolution.
Yeah, on some level, with some people,
particularly people that have the affluence to be able to entertain such notions.
But ultimately, the fate doesn't, to me, look good for the Earth.
It doesn't look good for sustaining human life on this planet.
We're depleting all of the resources.
We're at an alarming rate.
And, like, my sister happens to be the mayor of Miami-Dade.
And she was just on the news, like, with this huge flooding and everything that's going on.
The sea level is coming up.
I mean, those things are real.
And, you know, it isn't the society of Rome.
It is a real phenomenon.
Now, I do believe that capitalism is using it as a way to justify some technologies that are not safe
and are not even healthy, you know, in terms of batteries, in terms of, you know, some of the materials it takes to build these things,
and child labor and everything that's used, and depletion of resources involved in them.
For instance, putting small cell towers every 200 to 500 feet across the entire planet is not sustainable,
not healthy for a lot of reasons, especially with the frequency that does not sustain life.
So, but I do think that there is certainly a group of people that are, you know, one of them, I guess, that are evolving.
I just, unless it includes taking the Earth back from those who are destroying it, I think it's horrible.
First of all, I just have to say that for a number of years, we quote, haven't been at war, but we have been, because we've been using drones.
We have, we hire contractors from all over the world to fight these wars for us.
We pay them. It's a good wage, perhaps, for that country, but it isn't even a viable wage.
So, you know, these soldiers, I, look, I'm sure people have the best intentions.
Maybe they feel they're defending something, but they're not.
They're defending corporations. They're defending the military industrial complex.
They're defending all of this, and the situation in the Middle East is really scary,
because we do not get, our media in the United States is the most censored media.
There's actually been studies by FAIR, which is Freedom and Accuracy in Reporting, showing how biased and censored our news is.
And the way we're getting it, it's like, we're like, you know, the angels, and we're supporting Israel, who are somehow the better people.
They're the whiter people.
Anyway, I don't want to start talking about Israel and Palestine, but I will say that as a Jew, I do feel that humanity includes Palestinians.
We have to find a solution that works for all of us.
We can't just take people's land and water and expect them not to rise up.
When you take away everything from somebody, they are desperate, and they feel they have nothing left to lose.
So we have to stop changing this equation.
There is no reason for wars.
There is absolutely no reason other than profit.
The United States makes most of our profit from war.
That is our biggest industry anymore, and that's scary.
We need to all rise up and say no.
In Gaza, we need to demand a ceasefire, all of us.
I know I'm doing it, and I'm giving money, and I'm putting my money where my mouth is, because I think it's really important.
I do.
We can't just speak about it.
We have to talk to people.
I understand that Israelis are being killed, and that's a horrible thing.
I'm not unsympathetic at all to Israelis, but it's a situation where people were living somewhere.
You come in, and then you start moving in, taking over, denying people their rights.
We need to change the equation.
Sharing and sharing.
As a Jew, I believe what we were taught in the Passover ceremony, which was a ritual about escaping slavery with the pharaoh in Egypt.
Basically, the lesson was as long as one human or man, but as human, is enslaved, then no one is free.
We must work for our collective freedom.
That includes economic freedom.
Enough to be able to survive?
Do I think we're moving toward a third world war?
Sadly, I do.
I absolutely do.
When you look at where this is happening, and where it's the heart of the oil and everything else, all the resources.
I feel things are absolutely heating up.
Military are being sent in.
It's not a good scenario at all.
I've been protesting against war probably most of my life.
I went with someone that I knew when I was very young to a march in Washington.
But I also was a part of building a group called the Peace Alliance that worked to stop for peace and justice and nonviolent alternatives to war.
We were there with the millions of people that marched to try to stop the war in Iraq and Afghanistan.
But it was ignored because money speaks.
Now, they're taking away our right to protest.
Again, there is so much we need to stand up for.
Like I said, we need to probably start small because we can't control.
The level of military might right now is extreme.
All of us are being controlled and surveilled through our smartphones, through our cell phones, and through the small cell towers, and through smart meters on our phone.
All of them are monitoring and surveilling us.
They will be used to control us and also, of course, to market to us because our only value to corporations is as a commodity, as a consumer.
And that's who's really running the show.
These governments, none of them, not Trump, not Biden, none of them are really for the people.
I happen to think RFKQ is a little interesting because he is trying to fight back against wireless stuff and telecom and big pharma.
But, of course, they're going to tear him down because we have the most censored media.
So they're going to make him look as bad as they possibly can.
And they've created an electoral system that doesn't really allow a third-party candidate to win anyway.
So it's rather discouraging.
I don't think that the answer lies within our government.
I think the answer lies in the people rising up in volume and stopping buying and stopping supporting and not registering for the upcoming draft.
All kinds of things that I'm sure are making me more data points from the NSA and the FBI and CIA.
I think Edward Snowden should be remembered.
I have a lot of respect for what he did and what he taught us.
And we should not make the people who tell us the truth be made the enemy just because our own government isn't telling us.
We all do.
I believe we all have a psychic nature.
I did take a really cool class with a woman named Judith Orloff who wrote Second Sight.
She also had a near-death experience and she is a psychic.
You know, like she's hired to find shipwrecks and stuff.
And she's a psychiatrist in LA, I guess.
But I was very moved and drawn to her story.
But she did a workshop that I went to where she was basically helping us tap into our psychic nature.
And apparently we all have a striking lot.
I really should look her up because it's extraordinary.
All of us have it.
And what the psychic nature is, the combination of empathy, intuition, deja vu, predilection.
Empathy and intuition.
All of these things come together and we're at balance and we can be still.
We will connect with those things, but not always at whim.
I find that people who are being asked to produce psychic responses like this, often for money, it's not real anymore.
It's just not. It's a gimmick.
Because it's just not the nature.
That's not what psychic nature is.
And if it is a gift from God, that we all have it, then it's to be used for insight, not for money or greed.
That's my own feeling about it.
But that's just my judgment.
Maybe it makes somebody feel a little better knowing that, at least in my experience, we overcome our suffering when we die.
I'm not asking people to go out and kill themselves.
I don't think that's a great idea.
And we can get stuck along the way.
I do think somehow we may think we're having choices and we may have some level of choice.
But I think there's a lot of things that are kind of preordained or seem to be like this is what's meant to be happening.
And so we probably should try to work with it as best we can and flow with it.
But, you know, know that when our time comes, we will experience peace.
Also, you know, okay.
I mean, this is going to sound a little trite, but you've heard of, you know, your happy place.
You go to your happy place, like inside.
Like, where's your vision?
Is it some beautiful place on a beach?
Is it in a hot spring somewhere with beautiful flowers growing?
If you've been somewhere, sometimes it's easier.
But to find yourself, to do some kind of visualization, to do some meditation, slow it down a little bit.
Not, you know, smell the roses.
Walk in nature.
Stop on a rock.
Don't be in a hurry.
So I think that Jesus, you know, I do believe Jesus.
I was a Jew, so we didn't necessarily believe he was God.
But we definitely believe he was a saint.
You know, like so many other saints.
But I think it's pretty clear that he was a socialist.
And I don't mean a socialist like any country that you can think of.
I'm talking theoretically.
The notion of sharing and caring.
Coming together as a collective as opposed to just working and competing with another person.
I really believe that that was the lesson.
And we're doing everything but.
I mean, we're being taught that anything just, it justifies, it is justifiable in order to get wealth.
Like extreme wealth, like more wealth.
And we're tuning out the suffering of the people who really don't have.
Placing people with robots.
Let's not forget about AI.
Really scary.
Because if people are appendages, they're not even really needed.
I mean, you know, you only need so many consumers.
You don't need them to produce anymore.
Then you don't need them.
Well, then what do you do?
Do you kill them off?
Does big pharma kill them off?
Or does AI ultimately kill them off?
Who knows?
I mean, the lack of ethics and morality is pretty stunning.
I am not entirely sure.
Again, I'm one of the people that I only can really know things that I actually have experienced.
And I haven't experienced that because I came back.
But I have reason to believe that we do have many lives.
Not in our body, but in our spirit.
I don't have any reason to think that animals are any different from us.
We are, after all, animals, right?
I love the animals.
One thing that has for sure happened since this accident, I've always liked animals.
But I love animals.
They're so much a part of my family.
And I don't kill them anymore.
I don't eat them.
That happened after my accident, too.
I just couldn't.
I couldn't look them in the eye with love and yet know that I was killing them and eating them.
So that's just me.
I do understand regenerative farming.
I understand we are omnivores and all that.
But for me, it was just a personal choice to live in a state of love.
And that includes all the animals.
I have to say, I'm a little hypocritical.
If it's a really big spider and I think it might bite me or too many ants.
But in general, I am grateful for that.
I believe that what's so sad is so many people who believe that they're going into a dark hole.
That it all ends.
It doesn't end.
But the ego goes.
So the identity that we've held on to in this lifetime, it does, in fact, I think so.
Because we've become a part of something much bigger and much larger.
Which is the thing we need to get back to here on Earth.
Which is sharing love.
Being kind.
Being compassionate.
Inaction.
Don't think that just being on the TV or whatever, going to the ball game or drinking your beer or smoking your pot or whatever it is you're doing.
Don't think that it's going to fix anything.
It may make you feel a little better now.
And I'm not arguing against any of it.
I'm not judging any of that.
Because, you know, life is hard and we all find our ways to cope.
But what I'm saying is, find something.
Find the one thing that you feel passionate about that maybe you can help change.
And give it your all.
You know what?
You're going to feel a lot better.
Thank you so much.
Goodbye for now.
So much love.
And I wish you peace, caring, love and connection.
