the size of the backpack is 30 cm high and 27 cm wide,
also in the description under this video I will leave a link to my video master class in which I
tell in detail how to sew a lining for a backpack, this master class is also suitable
for purchasing ready-made products from knitted yarn, yarn, accessories, use the links in the description
under the video or write to me on instagram.knitka.kz. Have a nice knitting!
Materials for knitting a backpack are knitted yarn Altyn, the color is lilac, the thickness of the thread is 7-9 mm, I
need about two and a half skeins, here I have two new skeins and one old skein, I
rewound it in a club. Hooks for knitting № 6 for basic knitting and № 4 for auxiliary
work. From the accessories we need a portfolio lock, the simplest lock with a round fastening on
teeth, one large ring with an internal diameter of 30 mm and two medium rings with an
internal diameter of 25 mm. Before starting knitting, the yarn should be stretched a little,
then we leave the tip of the thread about 5 cm and collect 14 air loops.
We typed 14 loops, we knit the first row, skip the first loop,
insert the hook into the back loop of the second loop, knit a single crochet and continue to the end of the
row, we knit 12 single crochets, the last loop remains unknitted. Done,
we knitted 12 loops, now we insert the hook into the last loop and knit 3 single crochets into it
in one base. Ready, one, two, three. We turn to the other side, insert the hook under both
half-loops, put the tip of the thread over the hook and knit inside the loop and knit 12
single crochets until the next turn. Done, we knitted 12 loops, now we make increments on the
second side, insert the hook into the corner loop and knit 3 single crochets into one base.
Finished, finish the first row, close the row, insert the hook under the first horizontal loop,
start the open loop on the wrong side, hold it, then insert the hook under the junction,
put the loop on the hook and knit one air loop, this is the first loop of the second row.
At the end of the first row, we should get 30 loops. We knit the second row,
we knit 12 loops from the beginning of the row, we knitted one loop at the beginning, 11 more, only 12.
Finished, 12 loops from the beginning of the row, now we make 3 increments,
each of the increments is 2 single crochets in one base, the first increase, the second increase,
and the third increase. We turn to the other side, here we knit 12 single crochets and also
make 3 increments. Finished the second row, here we knitted 12 loops and increments 1, 2, 3.
So, according to the circumference of the second row, we should get 36 loops. We close the row,
we knit the third row, we made one air loop at the beginning and 11 more single crochets,
a total of 12 loops. Finished. Now I put the markers in the places of the increments,
we make 3 increments, alternating them through one single loop.
We knit the first increase, 2 single crochets in one base, then one single loop,
then the second increase, 2 single crochets in one base,
one single loop and the last third increase. Finished.
Here we made increments 1, 2, 3. We turn to the other side, here we knit 13 single crochets.
Finished. Knitted 13 loops. We make increments on the second side, in the same way we alternate
double and single, double and single, double and single. We make the first increase,
then a single loop, the second increase, a single loop, the third increase,
and the last single loop. Finished the third row. We close the row.
According to the circumference of the third row, we should get 42 loops.
We knit the fourth row, we make one air loop and 13 single crochets.
Finished. From the beginning of the row we get 14 loops. We turn to the increments, here we alternate
double through two single loops. We knit on our own. Done. Knitted double,
two single, double, two single, double. Now we turn to the second side, we knit 14
single crochets. Done. Knitted 14 loops. And we make increments on the second side,
double, two single, double, two single, double. Finished the second increments.
Knitted three doubles through two single loops. And we finish the row with a double loop.
We close the fourth row. According to the circumference, we should get 48 loops.
We knit the fifth row. From the beginning of the row, one air loop and 11 single crochets.
Knitted one air loop, 11 single crochets, a total of 12 loops.
Next, we alternate double through three single loops.
Knitted increments, double, three single, double, three single, double.
We turn to the other side, we knit 15 single crochets.
Knitted. Next, we make increments, double, three single, double, three single, double, three single.
Finished. Knitted double, three single, double, three single, double.
And we finish the row with three single crochets, without increments.
At this, we finish knitting our bottom. According to the circumference, 54 loops.
We close the row. Here it is a little different, pay attention. Next, we will knit the walls.
And when we close the row, we split the loop in half. We put the loop on the hook,
make an air loop, and the next row we also knit a little differently.
We split the loop in half with the hook and insert the hook into the depth of the loop,
so that the walls of the bag fit tightly to the bottom.
And we knit in this way, without increments, 54 loops.
We continue to knit to the end of the row. Finished. Knitted the first row of the wall,
54 loops. We close the row in the same way as we did in the previous rows
when knitting the bottom. In the next row, we will need to make the last increments with you.
I put the markers. Now let's see together. From the beginning of the row, you need to knit 14 loops,
of which 1 air and 13 single crochets. Finished. We move on to the increments.
We knit increments through 4 single loops. Double, 4 single, double, 4 single, double.
We knit increments. Double, 4 single, double, 4 single, double.
We go to the other side and knit 16 single crochets. Finished. Knitted 16 loops.
We move on to the next increments. Double, 4 single, double, 4 single, double,
4 single, double, 4 single, double, 4 single, double, 2 single to the end of the row.
We close the second row. And in terms of circumference, we get exactly 60 loops.
Let's measure our bottom. It turns out that the length of the bottom is about 25 centimeters,
the width is 12 centimeters. Next, we continue to knit the walls of the backpack with you.
We knit, without increments, another 20 rows, in each row of 60 loops.
We knitted 20 rows of 60 loops. And now let's count. From the very bottom,
we should have 22 rows of backpack walls. We cut off the tip of the thread and carefully close the last row.
Let's measure. It turns out that the height is about 26 centimeters and the width is 32 centimeters.
We make a tightening. For this, the thread needs to be stretched well.
Then we measure 3 meters of thread. Here I measure 3 times 100 centimeters.
And then I cut off. Now the thread needs to be tied, or so that someone holds you,
move away for the entire length and twist the thread to the stop. Then we fold the thread in half
and gently help it to twist. It takes on such a bent shape on its own.
Now we tie the tip of the thread, cut off the excess, and we have a ready-made tightening.
We thread the tightening into the backpack. Here we have a back, where the seam is located.
First, you need to fold the backpack in half so that the sides are symmetrical. We count 10 loops on the back,
and here on both sides there should be about 14 loops.
Then, starting from the left side, we count 6 loops, put a marker, 1, 2, 3, 4,
5, 6, 7 loops, put a marker, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, put a marker, 1, 2, 3, put a marker,
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, put a marker, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, put a marker, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, put a marker.
And here we already have 10 loops, there should be 8 markers in total. This is how we will
tighten the backpack. Now we take a thin hook and the side of the thread where we do not have a knot.
We thread the hook under those markers that we have installed
from the bottom on the right side. And it turns out that the hook comes out on the front side of the backpack.
With one movement, we pull the thread to the back of the backpack. Now we thread the hook
into the remaining hole and transfer the thread to the front side of the backpack. Done.
If the tightening turned out to be long, you can cut off the excess tips
and make knots on both sides, on both ends.
We knit a valve, insert the tip of the thread 5 centimeters, collect 15 air loops.
We knit the first row, skip the first loop, then make a yarn over,
insert the hook into the second loop. Please note that in order for us to get a beautiful pattern,
it is necessary that the twist of the thread on the hook looks inward. We knit a half-column,
then one connecting column and continue again. Here the twist of the thread looks inward,
we knit one half-column and one connecting column. We continue to the end of the row, alternate the loops,
one half-column, one connecting column.
then make an air loop to lift the next row. In total, we should get 14 reports of the pattern.
The tip of the thread can be raised and hidden in the next row. We continue to knit the second row,
turn it over, the working thread remains at work, we make a yarn over again, the twist of the thread on the hook looks inward,
we knit one half-column and one connecting column. We continue, and so we knit to the end of the row,
lift the next row. And so we continue to knit with you and knit only 14 rows. Let's
count together, we should get 14 rows of the pattern, 14 loops in each row. At the end we make an
air loop and now we need to make a strapping. First we tie the side,
insert the hook into the side loops in each row and knit 13 single crochets to the corner.
We finish the last loop on the corner, we need to knit another single crochet so that there are two loops
and go to the other side, we also knit two single crochets at once, it turns out two increments.
Now on the second side we insert the hook behind both half-loops along the edge and knit
single crochets to the corner. Here we made increments with you twice, now we knit to the corner.
Here we had 14 loops, the first we made an increase and knit another 13 loops.
We finish the last corner loop, we need to make an increase, two loops on one
basis, go to the other side, here we also immediately make an increase, two loops on one
basis, and then we continue to knit, insert the hook behind the side edge loops and knit
single crochets to the corner and knit another 13 single crochets. Also here on the corner we
make two increments and knit to the end of the row. We finished, at the end we make two loops on one
basis and one more loop in the very first loop to make a pair for it. And we knit
another row with connecting posts, we insert the hook only behind one half-loop.
So we continue to knit in all the circles and meet at the end of the row.
Finished, made a strapping. Here we have one side left untied,
we will now tie it to the backpack. Here we highlighted with you 16 loops, I marked with markers.
We open the backpack and here we have 16 loops marked on the back. Let's measure the valve.
It turns out that the height is approximately 18 centimeters and the width is 19 centimeters.
Now we do not cut the thread, we make an air loop,
apply the valve to the backpack, to the front sides of each other. Here we marked 16 loops
on which we will tie the valve. We remove the marker, insert the hook into the first loop,
make an air loop and then insert the hook into the loops on the side of the backpack and on the valve.
Under both half-loops and we knit with single crochet stitches only 16 loops.
Please note here for better symmetry, I knit two loops
in one base, two loops of the valve on one loop on the backpack.
This is where it ends. Cut off the tip of the thread and hide it inside the loops.
strap. We stretch the yarn well, leave the tip of the thread about 20 centimeters.
We collect a chain of 141 air loops. We continue. Done. We scored 141 loops.
Now we knit the first row. We skip the first loop,
insert the hook behind the back half-loop of the second loop and knit a connecting post.
So, we continue to knit to the end of the row, a total of 140 connecting posts.
We finish the first row. At the end of each row, we make an air loop to lift the next row.
In the second row, we insert the hook only behind the back half-loop
and knit 140 loops to the end of the row with connecting posts.
We finished the second row, we make an air loop and continue to knit two more rows,
3-4 rows of 140 loops in each row.
And now our backpack is completely ready.
We are finishing this video master class. Let's measure our backpack.
By size, you get a height of about 29-30 centimeters, a width of 26-27 centimeters.
In the description under the video, I will leave a link to the video master class,
in which I tell and show how to sew a lining for such a backpack.
I wish you a pleasant knitting, do not forget to note me on your works on Instagram.
All the best, see you soon!
