Hello, today we prepare some Chinese-style sautéed tallarines.
I'm cutting the loin into strips
and remind you that I have left all the ingredients written below in the description and also at the end of the video.
Now that I have the loin already cut, I'm going to put it in this bowl to prepare the marinade.
We add a little pepper, cornstarch, soy sauce
and oyster sauce.
And now we have to mix everything.
Once mixed, we will let it rest for 20 minutes.
We cut an onion and now I'm going to reserve a little of the green part for the final decoration.
Actually, the Chinese what they do is use a type of onion that I have not found here in the supermarket.
And these others we will use to cook.
We will also need green pepper and red pepper.
As these peppers are very large, what I'm going to do is use only half.
We clean the seed pepper well and also remove this white part.
And we will cut the pepper into strips.
We put the red pepper next to the green one.
In a pan we put a little olive oil.
And here we are going to fry the beans.
We let them cool and as soon as you see that it starts to brown, add the meat.
We are taking it off and we are going to cook it.
When we have the meat already cooked, we add the peppers.
And we are going to sauté them for a couple of minutes.
To sauté, the fire has to be strong, that's why I put it at number 9.
After two minutes on high heat, we remove from the fire.
In a pot with plenty of water we cook the pasta.
In this bowl I am going to prepare the sauce for the spaghetti.
We put the sugar, the soy sauce, the vinegar.
The Chinese use a black vinegar, but I am using Modena vinegar.
The oyster sauce and a pinch of white pepper.
It is mixed and we have it ready.
This pasta has to be cooked for 8 minutes.
Anyway, you always have to look at the container because the manufacturer recommends the cooking time.
When the pasta is already cooked, it is taken to the pan.
And now we are going to mix everything.
The sauce is added and when we have it well mixed, we can turn off the fire.
To decorate, we put these green slices of the scallops that we had reserved at the beginning.
Well, we have finished today's recipe.
These Chinese-style scallops are spectacular, so I encourage you to make them.
