WHOLESOME! PSG fans honour Luis Enrique's late daughter Xana after Champions League Glory ❤️ #UCL

If you could picture and pose the perfect performance it was PSG tonight. They've not done it easy as well in in terms of who they've had to face Rio throughout the league phase and throughout the knockout stages. Yeah they've had to be they've been England's best in whatever England had to offer they dispatched and they've you have to play the hard games to get to the final to win trophies you've got to be big teams and and for heavy to have heavy games at every moment. This moment here you can see there this flag that the Paris Saint-Germain fans have brought along in tribute to Luis Enrique's daughter Sanne. We mentioned her earlier on and and we said how he wanted to plant that flag in the ground just as he had done and just as Sanne had done with him when he won the treble with Barcelona in that Champions League final and he said look she's not going to be here physically but she'll be here alongside me spiritually and what a fantastic moment and a really heartfelt tribute from those fans to Luis Enrique's daughter Sanne passed away when she was just nine years old I mean it is absolutely heartbreaking he has one of the most incredible attitudes when you hear him speak about his daughter and how special he she was to him one of the things that you said which really choked me up is is I'm grateful for the time that I did have with her and that really I think for any parent that's watching and that has children that they perhaps are still here or perhaps that they've lost I mean what an incredible heart oh I'm actually catching my own breath what a heartbreaking but a really heartwarming moment Rio yeah I mean he's a remarkable human being because I think listen I've been in a position where I've had loss and it's very difficult to know how you're going to react and he's actually continued and he's gone on from strength to strength working and used that as something that's pushed him on and propelled him into a position here where he's so demanding of his players but he maybe have used that as again as an inspirational moment for his fans look at the fans coming on there look Fitch Invasion with also of his players sort of looked at that and they've used it as inspiration and motivation to try and win for the manager it's a very emotional story it's difficult to put into words I can only imagine I'm not even sure I'm in the place to speak about that but the strength of the man to work under that situation and them circumstances I mean credit to the man forget the coach I mean these fans you can see that have come onto the pitch to celebrate with their team they adore Luis Enrique they adore what he's done they stood by him in terms of what he needed to do with this club and they just must be so grateful to have someone like that at the helm that's finally brought them this trophy I mean imagine having him as your boss you know leading like he is as a human he is as the manager he was a brilliant player by the way he understands the boys he can relate to them but everything that he's been through still have a smile on his face I know he's smiling today but what's a man what a brilliant manager he just that's what it's about look at these incredible scenes lifting him up with a trophy above his head I mean I can't believe it they could go on like we said they've got so much more to gain in the world of football they've got such a young team and they're so talented and this experience that they've had tonight would just set them up perfectly look it wasn't all plain sailing at the beginning of the league phase for Paris Saint-Germain was it yeah they could have been out you know and again the new format of the new competition that could have been out in in the time when the junior delegates Man City they found a way and like Ali said since that they've been by far the best team in every phase it is they are a privilege to watch yeah I feel that we are privileged to be here but I think this has been a club it's been a city that's been desperate for this competition you can see the reaction with the fans the connection with the fans and the team now they've been desperate they've been disappointed at many occasions they've had like they've had belief that was warranted when you buy supersized you expect results at the top level they've never been able to deliver and they've done it now and this team I think go on from strength to strength and become an actual a team that could steamroll this competition for a while now
