As she opened that up like it was a bunker shot.
Really creating a lot of law
took a nice big swing with soft
hands and put herself in a great
position to be able to be a little
bit more aggressive with that
putt coming back as well.
Another look at what you were describing.
Yeah, you can see she even kind of put
her hands a little bit lower as well,
which would even help pop the ball up
even more and one of those classic flop
shots this long putter is helped
with getting her backstroke more
straight back and straight through.
From 12 feet and she buries it all.
And I've noticed too with her broomstick
putter that she's gotten so much
better with tempo as well.
Her putting stats biggest improvement.
Takeda should be able to get
something up there nicely down
when a little coming out of the left.
There's a slip on the right side
that you can use feed something
closer to this hole.
Oh, I mean that could not be more perfect.
That was absolutely the way.
Every player on this field
wants to write this up.
Oh my goodness, only been one
Eagle here at the first this week.
Takeda excellent chance to make that too.
Come out here with an Eagle today on the
first slightly downhill moving a little
right to left. This would be a great
way to start her third round.
No wow, money for Takeda.
She jumps up to five under
share a second three back.
Full the Greens here at 8th.
Erin Hills now up at 7 for
Birdie Julio Lopez Ramirez.
She gets one so she climbs
within four of the lead.
113 yards for Minji Lottie.
Woe just went and doesn't know
that she's over the Green.
She was surprised no one clapped.
Blind shot into the screen to
land was short of the flag.
Pieces on it off the left side.
Pretty solid shot for Minjee
Lee below the cup.
All three rounds so far at
7 Minjee Lee for Birdie.
And she makes it.
To see some birdies going in from after
holding the big birdie part at the 5th,
now 14 Lopez Chikara.
Flag that is on the front of the green here.
She's going to try and charge that up the hill.
Oh it is tough to get it close.
Oh my word. Now 14.
Carolina Lopez Chikara for Eagle.
Yes, nicely done.
It's going to be a good battle
this weekend for low amateur.
To honest. This is 13 and Takeda.
She's an interesting swing,
just a little bit across the line at the
top has to reroute it coming back and down,
but it sure leads to some tremendous
shots as long as you can time it up.
This is Takeda 13 to tie the lead at 6 under.
How many times we've said that already today?
Just the first 30 minutes of the show,
it went in and it's a birdie second of
the day that opening Eagle for Takeda.
She's such an aggressive player.
OK, take dead aim.
Well, this is back into little breeze.
Good line. Oh, is it ever stark?
Lined up to join the pack at 6 under.
Back at the 10th, all that's left for start.
To join the top of the leaderboard.
Lopez Ramirez at the part 316
186 yards one back had some
struggles this year in China.
Earlier in the year she felt
like she had food poisoning.
Flew home after missing the cut and ended
up having emergency appendix appendix
surgery forced to take about a month off,
but has come back in really great form.
Tied for the biggest championship in
the world played by the women.
Lopez Ramirez.
There to tie the top at 6 under par.
She likes to hit a fade to
start this well left with the
wind off the left as well.
Smart play right there.
Right at about 13 on the stint meter.
Played about a foot of break.
Oh played it perfectly.
And Maya Stark is tied for the lead.
At the US Women's Open late on a Saturday.
This looks pretty good,
especially if it gets a little kick to the left.
Hang on.
She likes to take that wedge
those closely bone areas.
She's so good from that.
Needs to slow down a bit.
It's about as good as you could do.
Ending Saturday for.
