This is a video on 5 Ways To Use AI in Your Real-Estate Business. If you are looking to integrate AI into your real estate business or sell AI to other businesses in real estate, this video will provide real-world insights to get started. Some examples include AI Phone Callers & AI Website Chatbots.
AI is changing how businesses operate every single day.
From e-commerce to accounting to real estate,
AI is giving businesses
a significant competitive advantage.
In this video, I will break down five genuine ways
that AI is benefiting the real estate industry today.
If you are in the real estate industry,
this video will give you insights
into how AI is being used in the industry today.
If you are not in the real estate industry,
these systems can be adopted
across many different businesses
and will give you great insights
as to how AI could be used in your business.
And if you are an AI agency
selling these types of systems,
this is a great video to improve your offering.
My name is Brendan and I run Inflate AI,
where my team and I help businesses
integrate the latest AI solutions.
I'm from Melbourne, Australia,
and dived into the AI space with the release of ChatGPT,
identifying the significant impact
that this technology would have on businesses.
The first use case is an inbound AI voice qualification
and appointment setup.
Businesses get inquiries every single day
through their website.
These leads are then left to wait for an email
to follow up with that inquiry.
Usually, this will lead to some sort
of qualification questions or qualification call
that then books them into an appointment
to take further steps.
With AI, we can now build AI voice callers.
An AI voice caller is a realistic sounding,
quick to respond, human-like phone answering system.
Here's a quick demo of how they sound.
My name is Brendan.
I'd like to book a call on Monday for 2 p.m.
Hold on a sec.
Your call on Monday at 2 p.m. has been booked.
So instead of manually responding
to each website contact submission,
we can capture a phone number through the website
and then set up an automation
that calls this person several minutes later
and asks a couple of qualifying questions.
We can then have the AI analyze the responses
to decide if we want to book them
into an appointment or not.
If we decide that we do want to book them
into an appointment, we can ask for a day and time
and automatically create that booking for them.
This system saves both time and money.
Rather than paying someone
to answer all these inquiries manually,
we can set up this system at a fraction of the cost.
The experience for those actually making the inquiry
is gonna be quick compared to waiting hours
or days to get a response back.
We've built this exact system for clients at our agency.
So if you are interested, don't hesitate to schedule a call
with the link in the description.
The second use case is an inbound AI voice caller
for property valuation and question answering.
For any homeowners that are potentially interested
in selling their home, they can call our phone number
and be guided through a property valuation assessment.
We can provide them with an estimate on the call
or make them book into an appointment
to receive that valuation.
This system can also convert more leads
as we can directly book them
into an appointment during the call.
The third use case is once again,
an AI voice caller but for cold calling.
Not only can we create numbers to be called,
we can actually set up automations
that automatically scan through large lists of leads
and calls them with our agents.
Let's say we have a large list of homeowners
and we wanna find out which ones
have some level of interest in selling their home.
We can go ahead and configure our agent
to ask several qualifying questions
to determine if they are interested
and suit our requirements.
And if so, we can automatically update a spreadsheet
or database to either say yes or no
for their qualification status.
From here, another member of the team
can call the qualified owners to make that sale.
Now at Inflate.ai, my agency,
we typically start with systems
that have the least risk with the most impact.
So the reason that we wouldn't automate
the entire sales process right away
is that AI as of today is not 100% reliable.
So to risk high ticket sales with an AI caller
may not be a risk worth taking yet.
Cold calling is usually done by teams in the Philippines
and is a very mundane task.
So it sort of suits the needs and risk profile
for these AI caller systems.
So whilst we do see the potential of this technology,
we also need to be smart in how we approach
and apply it in our business.
The fourth use case is a lead list reactivation
outbound phone caller.
Whenever a real estate agency gets a new property listing,
we can build an automation that automatically scans
through all of the details of the property.
It can then take the details of this property
such as the bedroom or bathroom count,
and then we can scan an existing lead list
to see which leads have shown interest in similar properties
and if they're located actually near that property.
It will then identify the potential leads
and automatically call them with our AI caller
to see if they would be interested in that property.
We will then record all the startup once again
for the sales team to close.
Now, lastly, the fifth use case
is an interactive website chatbot.
This is something that I've built here on the channel,
which you can now see on the screen.
AI website chatbots have grown a lot in popularity,
enabling website visitors
to essentially talk to the website.
Rather than searching through several website pages,
we can just ask a question to the chatbot
and get a response back immediately.
For real estate agents with several property listings,
we can build a dynamic chatbot
that knows when a user has clicked on a specific property.
This chatbot will then be able to answer any questions
about that specific property,
whether that's the bedroom count,
land size, property age, et cetera.
Additionally, we can integrate the chatbot
with Google Maps.
This then enables us to answer questions
such as where is the nearest bus stop
or where is the closest school.
It can then find these exact locations
and tell the user exactly how far away they are.
This chatbot will make the home searching experience
far more interactive and easier.
If you are interested in getting any of these systems
built out for your business,
