The fastest land animal in the world - CHEETAH IN ACTION! Runner, sprinter and homing missile!

Hello, my friends! Today I'm going to show you one very beautiful cat It's also the fastest cat in the world What's wrong with a cat? It's the fastest animal in the world You're on ZNAI TV channel And today we're reviewing a cheetah Subscribe to the channel if you haven't already And don't forget to rate the video And we're already starting Cheetah is probably one of the most beautiful cats Dry, scorched body, which has almost no fat Small, even a very small head with very small ears And a long, massive, fluffy tail Well, who's handsome here, huh? Spotted color makes a cheetah very similar to a leopard and a jaguar However, it's not difficult to distinguish animals The simplest is the spots that have a point shape A leopard has a spotted color in the shape of rings And a jaguar has spots in the shape of a socket with two points inside In addition, a leopard and a jaguar are much thicker than a cheetah Which looks like a cat-vegetarian And of course, no one except a cheetah has such beautiful black stripes Everything in this cat is created exclusively for super speeds Cheetah reaches a body length of 120-140 cm And the weight is only 40-60 kg Which makes it smaller than the other neighbors on the savannah But despite its relatively small size, it is a real athlete in the world of cats Its body is so powerful that you can see its musculature through the wool Long and very strong limbs accelerate the predator to an unimaginable 110 km per hour And here it's all about the unique structure of the cheetah's body Approximately 60% of the muscle mass is located near the spine Thanks to this, it stretches very quickly and shrinks when running Allowing you to overcome up to 8 meters in one jump At the same time, the hind legs touch the ground in front of the front ones Based on its biomechanics, even special robots with the same name are being developed Although at such a speed, it is probably impossible to focus on the goal However, the cheetah has its own trick It has an excellent natural stabilizer for the neck The long and elastic neck allows the head to stay in one place Without paying attention to the terrain and speed But not only the cheetah is famous for its speed It has the fastest acceleration among all land animals The cheetah is able to accelerate to 95 km per hour in less than 3 seconds This, by the way, is faster than a jet plane and comparable to a Formula 1 car Not bad, right? Only its prey is unlikely to run in a straight line And to catch up with it, you need to turn fast at such a high speed And this predator is helped by a huge tail and claw-like claws Which, by the way, never pull into the pillow completely Thanks to this equipment, the cheetah achieves just incredible maneuverability But still it has one significant drawback Endurance The cheetah simply physically cannot pursue its prey for more than 30 seconds After all, when chasing, it makes 150 breaths per minute And the heart pumps 16 liters of blood during this time Heating up to 39 degrees When the blood reaches 40 degrees, it has a choice Let the victim go or die from the pursuit Such a hunt takes a lot of strength And for one pursuit burns about 300 calories And if we take into account the fact that there is practically no fat in his body Then every unsuccessful hunt can become the last for the cheetah After the hunt, he is so exhausted that he is unable to eat the prey The cheetah needs time to recover his breath and rest At this moment he is very vulnerable, and the neighbors on the owl do not know this About half of the prey is taken away by larger predators They are not created for fighting and often cannot defend their lunch The cheetah himself never does this And eats only the prey that he caught In addition, he never eats a paddle The cheetah does not hide the prey for reserve Unlike, for example, a leopard And in nature there are no known cases for him to return to it And it is unlikely that the cheetah has any chance to do this The remains of his short meal immediately attract a lot of lovers to come to life at the expense of others The life of a cheetah is hard, even by the standards of Africa And if males often unite in clans for joint hunting and protection of their territory Then females are always single mothers And she needs not only to get food for the whole family But also to ensure the safety of the children And every time when hunting, the female leaves the children alone and does not know if she will see them again For example, here the female cheetah hunts African antelope Rapid pursuit and prey caught The cubs are far away, and the cheetah has no strength to drag the prey And therefore the mother calls the kittens But a completely different animal comes to the call Hyenas often follow cheetahs and hide while they hunt If the hyena marks itself earlier, then the cheetah will stop hunting But now you can open all the cards This female preferred to give the prey and save the family Give prey to the hyena is a common thing in Serengeti If the hyena is a lot, then even adult cheetahs are in danger And successful hunting immediately attracts unwanted guests The cheetah immediately throws the prey, but the hyenas do not stop at this They go on the offensive, and the cheetahs escape In terms of endurance, few people compare with hyenas, and cheetahs are very risky Fortunately, on the way there is a lonely tree, which is a salvation Cheetahs are not adapted to climbing trees However, in case of danger, they can do it What is there hyenas? Even wild dogs feel like masters when meeting a cheetah They surround the predator, and while some distract him, others drag the prey Such is the African justice And even the provocateur jackal tries to steal his piece He bites the cheetah by the tail, but it does not go far from the prey This cheetah managed to defend his lunch Cheetahs have many enemies among other predators They not only take food, but also often kill kittens For example, lions always kill cheetah cubs, but not for food It is believed that this is how they kill competitors for savannah 9 out of 10 cheetahs do not live to maturity Leopards also often hunt cheetahs And knowing his love for the attack from a tree, cheetahs need to be very careful But this time the cheetah was lucky, and he managed to escape from a larger relative But anyway, cheetahs are very beautiful and graceful animals Which spend exciting chases during hunting Let's take a look at them Antelopes are a favorite prey of cheetahs But it is very difficult to catch them An antelope can accelerate to 80 km per hour Plus it is much more durable than cheetahs In many ways, a more advanced animal cooling system plays a role Allowing the blood to heat up to 42 degrees, without harming This is ensured by the fact that the blood coming to the brain is cooled by the air flow during breathing Which means you can run longer without overheating This young cheetah noticed a herd of grazing antelopes And began his slow movement And here's a throw The antelope is gaining speed, but the cheetah is moving very fast His head is still, which helps not to lose sight of the target A cut and the antelope falls to the ground This hunt has brought its results Another chase at mind-boggling speeds Look how quickly and skillfully the cheetah turns for the antelope And here is the prey already in the teeth It took no more than 20 seconds for the whole chase Females of cheetahs hunt almost all their free time They need to get food for kittens, which in the litter can be up to 6 And today its target is the antelope Springbok In a matter of seconds, the cheetah catches up with its prey And now you need to get rid of it The job is done, and now you can call the cubs that were nearby But not everything is so simple And sometimes the prey is a resistance For example, here the cheetah saw a young antelope Gnu And of course he ran after Standard trailer, but something went wrong And the antelope remains on its feet It quickly turns around and goes on the offensive Unfortunately, the video breaks off at the most interesting place But I think the cheetah has no more strength for further pursuit But not always antelopes are so lucky And often they become the prey of these fast predators Attacking an adult was a suicide But you can try on a young one And even if the prey is caught, it still has a chance to escape Like here, the cheetah grabbed the young antelope Oryx But the mother did not leave her, but showed her long horns who is in charge here The cheetah had nothing to do but let go of the prey It seems that anyone can take the prey from the cheetah Even when there are several Here the cheetahs are not in a hurry to dine with the antelope But next to the tree there is a griffin and he sees everything But while he is alone, the cheetahs have nothing to fear Gradually there are more griffins And they become braver And finally they drive away the cheetahs and cover the remains of the carcass But the cheetahs are not in debt And if possible, they also attack birds Even on such big ones as ostriches The ostrich runs great, but working in a team increases the chances of success So today the three brothers managed to catch a huge ostrich And this is a serval, a wild bush cat And he entered someone else's territory Cheetahs immediately surround him But the cat does not give up and is worthy of protection Realizing that the cat is not dangerous for them, the cheetahs leave the uninvited guest alone If there is not enough food at all, then you can hunt everything that moves Even if it is a small mouse Although probably here the cheetah spent more calories than he received And these cheetahs are completely crazy After all, they decided to attack a rhino I wonder what they were counting on That's all, friends, how do you like the cheetah? It would be interesting to hear your opinion in the comments Also write about which of the family of cats to make the next video Well, of course, I will be glad if you click on these buttons And I say goodbye to you, not for long
