Part 2: Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene Explains Her No Vote on Speaker Pelosi's Extreme Rules Package
Basically taking the guardrails off where your taxpayer dollars don't matter.
The debt does not matter.
And they're going to be able to ram through these big socialist programs,
like the Green New Deal, Medicare for All, by just forcing a vote,
majority to minority.
Well, they have the majority, so if they vote for it, they can win.
Another thing they're going to be doing that really, really bothers me
is they are pushing these woten gender words,
taking away our correct pronouns,
taking away the fact that God made male and female, man and woman,
and they want to take away family names, father, mother, sister, brother,
grandmother, grandfather.
They want to take away those terms out of our rules.
They want to take away he, she, him, her, all of our correct pronouns,
and we won't stand for it.
We won't stop recognizing that God created man and woman.
I refuse to do that, and I'll be voting no.
They want to push diversity and inclusion,
not only in our offices, but also on the committees.
Instead of focusing on people's character and the job that they do at work,
they want to make it about identity, and that's absolutely wrong.
Basically, the bottom line is the Democrats have a disgusting agenda
in their rules package.
I'll be voting no on all of it,
and Republicans will be fighting back as hard as we can.
I just wanted to give you a heads up on what's happening on day two
in the 117th Congress.
Thank you very much.
