communication so when it comes to both
of them sometimes it feels like that
you're speaking a different language if
you're a man speaking to a woman or a
woman speaking to a man and that's why
in this video I want to talk about the
main differences and when it comes to
these main differences it will allow you
to understand the other gender better
something that will make you better
Communicator in general and with that
said let's get started number one direct
and indirect communication so when it
comes to men communication they like to
be straightforward and to the point we
like to have a quick exchange and only
communicate the important information
whilst when it comes to women
communication they like to be more
indirect involving more nuances so you
have to read between the lines and also
if your man trying to decode women
communication sometimes it can feel like
that you need to be Sherlock Holmes but
all jokes aside this does not mean that
women won't be direct communicators or
the men can't be indirect communicators
because both of them can be like that
but when it comes to the innate and
preferred way to communicate for men
it's Direct whilst a woman is more
indirect number two emotions on the
table so when it comes to women they
like to communicate their emotions so
instead of saying what they did talk
about the facts talk about the rationale
and the logic behind what they're saying
women like to communicate to build
connections so instead of saying yeah I
went to this park something that men
would say a woman would say yeah we had
such a lovely time when we went to this
park both of them are literally saying
the same thing whilst when it comes to a
woman she's communicating how she felt
was going to the park was the man is
just being rational and saying yeah we
went to the park and the reason this is
extremely important is that if you're
someone that's a man and you're trying
to connect with a woman trying to have
the communication language to speak to
her try to use the same way of speaking
instead of keeping it all about facts
and solutions thinking that everything
needs to be logical no don't do that try
to involve connection try to involve
emotions so instead of saying yeah we
went to the park saying yeah we had such
a lovely time at that Park talk about
the positive and the negative emotions
and this will allow you to connect on a
deeper level and actually get women to
understand you and the same goes for if
a woman wants to understand men so a lot
of times men are like yeah these girls
are giving me a headache it's doing my
head and that's because there's too much
emotion involved towards when it comes
to those men we just want to have the
facts we want to be rational and that's
pretty much it number three listening
Styles so when it comes to your
listening Styles this is a very
interesting one because when it comes to
women they tend to be more empathetic
listeners try to understand you not and
show empathy whilst when it comes to a
man we're looking for a problem
analyzing it and trying to fix it plus
when it comes to love women they just
want you to listen to them they're not
telling you to fix stuff they just want
to see whether you care well when it
comes to those men the way we want to
show that we care is by fixing stuff
we're like hey yo I care about you let
me fix it whilst she will be like that's
not what I need and that's pretty much
it those were the three differences
between men communication versus woman
