Our little aerospace company has a new high today.
We are honored to have with us the President of the United States.
This is the most important effort in which you're all involved.
And I can imagine no adventure which is more essential and more exciting.
I think about what John F. Kennedy said.
We don't do these things because they're easy.
We do them because they're hard.
And that's what attracts me to the job.
I congratulate you on what you have done.
And I congratulate you.
The United States has always led the world when it comes to space exploration.
So I think that is the reason why I wanted to be a part of that.
I want to change the world.
Looking at space shuttle flights on TV, that inspired me.
And here I am working on the commercial crew program that will be setting the future of space exploration.
I have never seen an industry that drives more passion in the workforce.
We're pulling together the collective capability of this company.
Partnering with NASA to make sure we are successful.
There's no better team activity than human space flight.
They work together really seamlessly.
And they figure out ways that you share what you know and you share also what you don't know.
They see the goal.
They understand emotionally and in their heart of what they're trying to go do.
We get to do amazing things that you just don't get to work on every day.
All different skills.
Many different personality types.
They live it.
They breathe it.
You wouldn't know them walking down the street.
That's for a fact.
But they have something special.
They really do.
