love it I'll stay here forever okay welcome to Mexico everybody go everybody everybody I finally made it to my bucket list destination and I'm so so happy to be here I am currently in Los Cabos in the secret Resort and I am on a bike tour starting the day with Sunshine the ocean Good Vibes lovely people and later on I will show you around a little bit I'm so excited for the food I am dying to try all of the foods here I am happy to take you along on my little journey here as always thank you for tuning in let's get right into it Safety [Music] First all righty back at the secrets Hotel I'm going to show you around a little bit and yeah I was actually supposed to be here with a friend but she couldn't join anymore so I'm here by myself it's not a problem I'm a big girl and I'm making friends along the way so today is going to be an exciting day because I'm going into town I'm going to eat some street food Mexican food drink tequila with the locals and make some new friends so that's exciting and now I'm just going to the pool area to soak up some sun and get a 10 because after all this should be something like a vacation right look at my view this is a really nice spot to relax okay I told the staff here that I would love to have some Mexican food although they have all sorts of different food Italian uh Japanese they have American but you know me I'm here for the real deal for some beautiful Mexican food m I'm so excited yeah it's a perfect dish for this hot weather delicious it makes me so so happy to read your comments about my transformation and how I seem very joyful very happy very at peace and I've been also receiving a lot of messages asking how do you do it Nelly and the simple answer is your therapy with better heal and I know this topic comes with a Adventures it is the next day and I made my way to Cabo San Lucas which is a very different vibe with a lot of activities I guess I'm currently doing a gour I want to see the arch and um you the spinning beaches the water meet some people along the way this is my captain captain or Captain yeah let's see how this goes okay it got a little bit cloudy but we made it to the ark and it is really rough the ocean is just going like this so I said can we jump in the water and he's like no so I guess I'll stay on the boat and yeah this is the view phenomenal all righty what do we say to this view it's nice huh beautiful W I think I'm getting [Music] seasick Mass Mexican massage okay I off for it so here I am going for a swim so the boat is leaving and they're coming back in 1 hour I hope I mean I'm out by myself there are plenty people here so I'm just going to go for a little swim enjoy some time by the the [Music] [Music] beach so spa treatment is over and we made our way to San Jose of the best Tequilas that I've tried because usually when you drink tequila you kind of like do this and it's disgusting but you drink it anyway but this one I didn't flinch like that was so good and should we get and she's said can I surprise her I'm like yes so I'm going to do it she's going to do it full of surprises this is interesting I love it it I got some tootes tootes so I'm going to let you know what is this so this is a Mexican brand of chips yeah so they set up some corn mayo cheese and sauce okay it's finger looking good okay promise you you're going to try this ones but in a looking forward to for the longest time because I have heard that Mexico City is one of the top five countries to come and try different foods so today I am on a food tour with get your guide trying different things I already had phenomenal Foods here um it's a little bit cloudy but we will bring Sunshine into the Vlog [Music] I think we found our spot oh yes yes yes yeso City and never tried the street food it's like if you have never been here well nowadays you're going to find many street foods with for example tacos Tamal quesadillas and many other food and I think that the secret of this place is that H they don't use strip recipes they just use the the way they like to prepare the food like homemade and well they have a saying that is that if today is good tomorrow is going to be even better all right here is our dish it's a mix of different kinds of seiches We Have octopus we have shrimp we have crab andal octopus octopus fish crab and shrimp okay don't drop it Nelly don't drop it there we go M dropped half of it now very fresh flavors Red Onion tomato salsa we have the lime the fish is Super Fresh soft nutty avocado super [Music] delicious this is right yeah so that's your guys are always looking for me because I get so easily distracted by food yeah you will find a lot of food here think about the a lot of things yeah okay there are a bunch of Street vendors here you can buy anything you want can find it here and we're crossing the road it's a little bit hectic here lot going on in this area what is this area called lasaro okay I made to work in my pronunciation on in every corner it's so [Music] tempting we just made our way to a traditional Cana and we got some drinks I mean look at that this is as big as my head I don't know I mean I can watched this video it was a beautiful video and everything is fine but I felt like I was not honest with you guys specifically I was talking to a friend and said you know what this trip was so exhausting so much happened behind the scenes that caused like a lot of emotional turbulence for me um it started off with the flight being rescheduled or let's say six FL flight because there was a mistake with the agency they uh made a mistake with my name so I couldn't board the flight I had to board the flight 2 days later uh six flights had to be rebooked I had to sort out so many things my friend cancelled two weeks before which also caused kind of a little bit of trouble in terms of my work in terms of my planning everything is fine but you know I was just hoping to travel with somebody to Mexico because I was not ready to travel solo I heard from so many friends that I should not go by my myself I also have local friends from Mexico who said Nelly you're crazy if you go and travel the country by yourself I didn't feel as safe as I felt um everywhere else my gut feeling just told me not to do too much so I had to cut my trip short which was a bummer of course there are places like the resort that I stayed at that are super safe and you're well taken care of and you have tour guides and everything but other than that you have to be careful with you know when you move around as a solo female traveler I just wanted to be very honest with you because don't cry I just don't want to pretend that everything is fine when actually it was not things are not always effortless and easy especially when you are just by yourself and I just decided that I want to show you more than just the Highlight Reel of my trips I promise you from this point on that I will film uh everything The Good The Bad and The ugly it's just important to me to stay authentic and have this connection with you guys as well I'm just a human I make mistakes my life is not perfect and um I just wanted to communicate that and that's it I had no intention of getting all te eyed but it just feels good to speak from the heart and also to be a little bit more vulnerable with you guys yeah nevertheless I want to end this video on a positive note so life is good again I am back into a healthy routine I've been working so so much on establishing my social life I really missed seeing my friends on a regular basis on a day-to-day basis and uh that's something that I have been working on in the past few weeks or months and it makes me really happy it makes my heart full and also with you guys you share so so much love that I feel so supported and you are my motivation you are my inspiration to uh continue doing this channel continue also traveling uh there's a trip coming up soon
