Villa Awasi House Tour | Tampah Hills

Welcome to a new house tour. This is Villa Awasi. It's designed by Caseres and Toews. It's a three-bedroom villa with a separated TV room that can be converted into a fourth bedroom as well with an en-suite bathroom. So this is actually one of my favorite villas. So please come and have a look. So entering the villa, you're coming into this large space that just shows the architecture. The inner ceiling is with ironwood strips and what's unique with the entire villa is those screens both inside and then also screens for the shades on the outside. And coming into the master bedroom, you have your little working desk behind the bed, a private terrace out here where you can just read a book, enjoy the view. And another two lounge chairs here overlooking the ocean. Yeah, it's a good spot for a master bedroom. I'll tell you that. And en-suite bathroom, of course, with a large wardrobe and two sinks and a separated toilet here. And then out here, a beautiful outdoor shower, rain shower and the private bathtub overlooking the ocean. A nice detail is this frame walking out from the bathroom into the master bedroom where it just frames the view in an incredible way. So walking down here to the heart of the villa, you have those recycled ironwood stairs flying with this beautiful handmade screen. And yeah, wow. Coming down, the whole villa has built-in speakers, Sonos system connected to the Wi-Fi so you can play your favorite music in any of the rooms. Yeah, coming down to this with your favorite music is amazing. Out here, we have a 20-meter lap pool that turns into a shallow section where you can just chill. There's a kid's section as well for the kids. We have a few lounge chairs and sun lounges here and an internal garden in the terrace. And behind, we have a beautiful sunken sofa for the nice afternoons. And an outdoor dining and good barbecue in the back. Nice outdoor shower with a bathroom. And coming in this way, we have the beautiful kitchen. Nice landscape in the back. You can open the windows, get airflow. And yeah, a beautiful, nice, large, comfy sofa. It is good. Up here, we have a private petanque field that we're going to go and check out in a minute. But I just wanted to show you guys this beautiful shallow section with different levels, some stairs in the pool where you can sit and have your coffee or juice and just soak up this amazing scenery of mountains and oceans. Nice. All right, so I will today compete with myself. Then I know I'm going to win. Normally, I do win. But this is a certainty. All right. Yeah, you can have fun up here. Guarantee. Walking past the stairs, we're coming down to the private sleeping quarters where we have a TV room that can be converted into a bedroom. And two more master bedrooms. In here, we have another toilet. Here, we have the TV room with a large, comfy sofa and outdoor terrace and a frame. You can watch Netflix or any of your favorite series and suite bathroom if you convert it into a bedroom. And two more master bedrooms here. Separate toilet, you have sinks in the back, one indoor shower and another nice outdoor rain shower here. Sliding doors, you can open or close whatever you like and some seating arrangements on the terrace. Coming into this corner master bedroom, you have a sofa here, sinks in the back and rain shower inside. Large terrace, great views, sunset here. And also this beautiful rain shower outside surrounded with this reclaimed ironwood. It's beautiful handmade screens. So in my opinion, an architectural masterpiece executed very well. So I can highly recommend a visit to Villa Ahuasi.
