Apricus Skin Care (Honest Review) | #1 Influencer Skin Care Brand For Men

So I've received this skincare system a couple of days ago and I've tried it out for a few days and now in this video I want to give you my honest thoughts and feedback. So if you are someone that's looking for a review in regards of this product, this is the perfect channel because on this channel we've covered a lot of different skincare brands where we've initially unboxed the products, reviewed them and then checked them out for 60 days and after that I've given my honest thoughts and feedback. Anyways with that said, let's jump into the video. It's on the Apricot Skincare website which I will have linked down below. It says superior skincare simplified, refreshing application, non-greasy, formulated for everyday use. It then follows up with Proficiency Series, a simple, effective skincare ritual designed for the modern man. And just generally scrolling through the website, you can definitely tell that they've put a lot of effort and time when it comes to the design because one thing that really stands out in my opinion is the letter font and the aesthetic design that they've created on the website. So from a branding perspective, in my opinion, they've done really well. And on the website they've offered three different products that combined all the Proficiency And the Proficiency Set is a simple, effective three-step skincare ritual designed for the modern man, comprised of a face wash, exfoliating scrub and moisturizer to cleanse, exfoliate and moisturize. Simple is not basic. The benefits are that the cleanser removes dirt and oil, the exfoliator promotes skin cell growth and the moisturizer battles skin dryness. And the first product that you receive is the face wash which is packed with an invigorating scent and nourishing formula that will instantly cleanse and energize your skin. Ingredients like aloe vera and jojoba oil leave you with a bright, clear complexion while effectively removing acne-causing bacteria. The second product is the exfoliating scrub, formulated with powerful pumice-based scrubbing beads that strip away dirt, unclog pores and sweep away dead skin cells, leaving only healthy, radiant skin behind. Hit the reset button on your skin by using this breakthrough scrub up to three times a week. And the final product in the Proficiency Set is the moisturizer. Hydrate and lock in moisture and brighten up your complexion with a moisturizer. Keep a youthful charm with wrinkle-fighting ingredients. Future you will thank you for using this lightweight, non-greasy moisturizer. So those are the three products in the Proficiency Set and now I'd like to talk about my experience when it comes to these three products and after that I will give you my honest thoughts and feedback. So the first product I want to talk about is the Apricot Skin Care Face Wash. And a quick thing before I even talk about what the face wash does itself, I do have to acknowledge that when it comes to the product packaging, it's phenomenal. Because compared to quite a lot of other skin care products and brands that I've checked out, I can definitely tell that this top is made out of extremely high quality and that's something that you only see in premium brands. Another thing that I think is quite cool is this white colour and this greyish colour because the colour combination is phenomenal. But anyways, enough about the branding because I know most of you guys watching this video want to know more about the experience and my honest thoughts and feedback. And thus, when it comes to this face wash, when I initially smelled this product, it did give me that cooling scent and thus, after applying it on my face, it was very easy and quite smooth for me to circulate all around my face as you can see on the screen to get rid of all of the dirt on my face. So when it comes to other face washes, sometimes they recommend you to also use a little bit of water but when it comes to this face wash, I don't necessarily feel like that I have to. Because although if you apply a little bit of water, it does make it a little bit more smooth. You can still use this face wash without even adding any sort of water and it will still be very smooth and this way, you can get rid of all of the dirt and oil build up. And when it comes to this face wash, it isn't particularly a face wash that's extremely intense and thus, if you're someone that has quite sensitive skin or if you're someone that always feels like their face wash dries your skin out, this one isn't that intense and thus, for those individuals, this might be very useful. Another thing that I noticed about this face wash is that it has some sort of cooling effect. So after using this face wash, the skin on my face feels a lot cooler and this is due to the aloe vera and jojoba oil that's in this product and thus, if you're someone that feels like that you're more acne prone and you want to prevent it rather than actually trying to fix it, this face wash will do that. Because of the aloe vera and jojoba oil, it will minimize the risk of acne for those individuals that are acne prone. The next product that I want to talk about is the Apricot Skincare Exfoliating Scrub. And when it comes to this exfoliating scrub, it comes in this small tub and the interesting and quite unique thing when it comes to this exfoliating scrub is that it has pomace based powerful beads and that's something that a lot of other brands don't have because when it comes to their exfoliating rub, they tend to have more artificial beads. And from what I remember in regards to a lot of other skincare products that I've checked out, I don't remember any of them having pomace based beads. I do recall that the brand Lumin has it as a body scrub but I actually don't recall any of the brands having that for your face. And I understand that you might be confused as to what the difference is between artificial beads and pomace based beads. And the thing about pomace based beads is that it's a lot smaller rather than the artificial ones because when it comes to the Apricot Skincare Exfoliating Rub, as you can see on the screen, the exfoliating rub is made for you to give your skin a deep clean and a new fighting chance just like a lot of other brands do. But the difference between this exfoliating rub relative to the other ones is that the way this exfoliating scrub attacks your skin because compared to the artificial beads which are bigger, the exfoliating scrub by Apricot has a different way to attack your skin and the way that it attacks your skin is by having a lot of mini attacks rather than the artificial beads. And because of this the Apricot Skincare product doesn't do extreme deep clean but does do a better job at resetting your skin on the surface level. And thus the difference between a lot of other exfoliating scrubs and the one from Apricot is that other ones you can only use once a week because they are too harsh and it takes a longer recovery time because the pomace based beads are smaller and thus it only attacks on the surface level allowing your skin to recover a lot quicker. And I know I've probably talked too much about this product because I'm not even sure if people care about the science and behind the scenes when it comes to this product but basically when it comes to my experience with this product, when I initially used it, after using this product I did get a few red spots because the pomace based beads are really good at penetrating my skin on the surface level but at the same time it quickly recovered and after that my skin was good to go. So far when it comes to the exfoliating scrub it looks very interesting in my opinion and I would love to see what this product can do in the long term and I will definitely make a 60 day review video when it comes to Apricot and thus if you are someone that would love to see it, please consider hitting the subscribe button to be notified. Moving on to the next product is the Apricot Moisturiser and when it comes to this moisturiser I actually just applied it before making this video and this is how it looks like on my skin. So when it comes to this moisturiser when you initially put it on your finger it does feel quite heavy but for some reason after applying on your face it is lightweight and non-greasy and the thing that definitely stood out for me when it comes to this moisturiser is the non-greasy part because although it isn't the most lightweight moisturiser that I've ever tried out but it's still very good because after applying this product on my face it just gently feels refreshed and it feels like I'm good to go. And if I have to be honest when it comes to moisturisers I can be quite picky because I want them to be extremely lightweight, non-greasy but at the same time give my skin a glow and now that this moisturiser doesn't particularly make my skin glow it does make my skin look brighter which is great and thus overall when it comes to this skincare brand using it for a couple of days has shown me that it has a lot of potential. So obviously I'm still going to review this product over the course of 60 days and after that I will give you my honest thoughts and feedback but so far it looks really promising and this is one thing that I do have to give credit to Alex Costa Paul because pretty much when it comes to every single one of his brands so far, so Aedos Apparel, Forte Series and now Apricot Skincare, the products are extremely premium and well thought out. You can definitely tell that they've put a lot of time and effort when it comes to these products because when it comes to Forte Series it's an extremely premium brand. Aedos Apparel is also made of extremely durable quality although in my opinion the fit was a little bit off but I've still continually worn it over the last few months and I will give you an update about the product and the quality of the product is great.
