My wife and I inherited this house about 15 years ago,
and it wasn't in very good condition.
There was water coming down everywhere,
and a lot of roofs were gone.
And then, little by little, over the years,
we restored the house, the castle, the interior.
There were big trees that were protruding.
There were trees inside?
Yes, and we even had to dismantle some pieces of the wall
because they were going to fall.
Magnificent.
Daubussons?
Daubussons.
Which is very rare.
It dates from around 1770, 1780.
And what is also quite rare is that there is furniture that goes with it.
The armchairs, in particular.
The armchairs.
So we're going to go see another room where you made another discovery.
Originally, in this room, there were wooden lambries.
They were removed.
So it was restored and revived.
It's a decor that dates, that we find difficult to date,
but we can estimate around 1750, more or less.
Italian inspiration?
Without a doubt, due to an itinerant Italian artist.
These are not frescoes, but mural paintings.
We will open next year, starting in June.
So a tasting walk.
With hundreds of varieties.
Hundreds of varieties of raspberries.
The largest French and perhaps European collection of raspberries.
So we come and we taste.
It puts water in my mouth.
So here we are on the edge of Vienna and we enter a cabin.
And this cabin will be green over the years.
That is to say that the dry part will be replaced by the living part.
And it should stay there for about twenty years.
So we will really be in communion with nature.
Guillaume, thank you very much.
Thank you very much, Martial.
For opening your doors here at the Omonerie with your wife and children.
