When it comes to glamour, grace, and a
little cabaret flare, Land Delesups
knows how to live. The Real Housewives
of New York City OG has had quite the
real estate journey. From upscale
apartments on both sides of Manhattan to
a chic Hampton's retreat and even a
little drama with a missing upstate
house, Lann's taste in homes is just as
bold and fabulous as she is. Let's take
a tour through Lann's many homes over
the years. And yes, we'll be stopping at
the iconic Upper East Side apartment
with the Florida ceiling windows and her
white piano, even if she doesn't play
it. Guys, I have an important
announcement about this channel. There
is someone trying to take this channel,
Famous Entertainment, Down, and have
everything that I've worked so hard on
deleted. Click the link in the top
comment, and I'll explain everything at
the end of this video. So, please stay
tuned. First up, Satch Harbor. A fan
favorite location from Real Housewives
of New York and Lann's longtime weekend
getaway. Lann purchased the waterfront
home back in 2013 for just over a
million dollars. She fully renovated the
19th century Greek Revival House into a
stylish seaside escape. The 2,500
ft 3-bedroom, three-b home included a
charming white and navy color palette,
nautical decor, and of course, plenty of
space to host her fellow housewives. The
outdoor area included a large back
patio, perfect for summer cocktails or
morning yoga. But in 2018, Lann ran into
legal trouble involving this very home.
After her children and ex-husband sued
her over the use of funds tied to the
property, she was court-ordered to sell
it. Despite the drama, Lann still refers
to the Hamptons as her peaceful escape
and has spent time renting in the area
since. After selling her waterfront Sag
Harbor home, Lann decided to trade
coastal luxury for rustic charm with a
property in upstate New York. In 2018,
she purchased a secluded retreat in the
Catskill Mountains for a reported $1
million. This cozy and private getaway
located roughly 2 hours of NYC served as
the perfect escape during her recovery
and transition period. Lann moved into
the Catskills full-time in July 2018
following a second rehab stint in the
change of pace offered the serenity she
needed. The home itself was nestled on 6
acres of land and features three
bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and
vated ceilings that flood the space with
natural light. The spacious living room
includes a stone fireplace, while the
large windows provide scenic woodland
views year round. Lanne has shared
glimpses of her time there on Instagram,
often showing off her cozy reading nook,
morning coffee on the porch, and
peaceful nature walk. Lann also updated
the kitchen with modern appliances while
keeping a country chic aesthetic,
combining wood beams with sleek counters
and farmhouse touches. Her bedroom here
featured a canopy bed, while her outdoor
deck space became a favorite spot for
entertaining friends or simply unwinding
with a glass of rosé. While the
Catskills home was a grounding space
during a pivotal time in her life, Lann
has since shifted back to full-time city
living. But for fans, the Mountain Home
still holds a place in the Countess's
ever evolving real estate journey.
Following her stint in rehab and some
time away, Lanne officially returned to
New York City full-time in August 2018.
Moving back to New York City, as NYC
ready for Countest, I hold the city
down, she joked on Instagram, though she
didn't reveal exactly where she'd be
living. Over the months that followed,
Lann gave fans a peak of her apartment
on social media. A galley kitchen, large
windows, hardwood floors, and a cozy
dining space. Then in August 2019, she
revealed she was moving once again, this
time to the Upper West Side. In a video
tour posted to her Instagram, Lann
showed off a bright white kitchen, a
comfy living room, and a view
overlooking Lincoln Center. But by 2021,
The Countest was back in her old
stomping grounds, the Upper East Side.
This time, Lann upgraded in a major way.
When she's not on the road with her
cabaret show, Lanne unwinds in her
bright modern upper east side apartment,
which offers floor to ceiling windows,
marble counters, and eclectic glam. Lan
loves the natural light and the sweeping
city views. Her living room also doubles
as a rehearsal space complete with a
white piano, which she proudly admits
she doesn't play, and bongos. There's
even a makeup chair she's kept since
season 1 of Real Housewives. Talk about
vintage Bravo memorabilia. Her kitchen
is sleek and simple with white marble
counters, silver hardware, and top tier
appliances. But it's the personal
touches that make it feel like home.
Pink art deco chairs, tropical plants,
and artwork made by her daughter
Victoria. Plants for me give it life,
Lannne shared. They're so important to
make it feel homey. She also has a
massive walk-in closet, which stores
sparkly cabaret looks, her Real
Housewives reunion gowns, and the
signature sequin velvet jumpsuit. Her
marble bathroom features a freestanding
tub and glass shower, and her bedroom
includes a Hollywood style vanity mirror
for full glam sessions. She even has an
entire cabinet full of just jewelry. And
we can't forget the apartment's crown
jewel. A private petite terrace, a true
rarity in Manhattan. "It's so nice to be
able to walk outside New York and just
take in the city view and figure out
what kind of coat you need," she said,
especially in the winter. Lannne may
have been born a countest by marriage,
but she's truly earned her real estate
crown in New York City. From Hampton's
charm to Upper East Side elegance, each
of her homes reflects the glam, sass,
and stage ready energy she brings to
everything she does. Whether she's
rehearsing cabaret, sipping wine on her
balcony, or walking her dog down Fifth
Avenue, Lanne knows how to make any
space feel fabulous. Don't forget to
like, comment, and subscribe for more
celebrity home tours. I'm Cara the
Vampire Slayer. Find me on Instagram if
you want to chat, and we'll see you next
time. Hey everyone, first of all, I want
to say a huge thank you to my 500,000
subscribers. I absolutely love you all
and your support over the years has
meant everything to me. It's kept me
going through the loss of Shirou, the
economy crashing, and lots of other ups
and downs. Now, I have a little favor to
ask. I've created a backup channel for
Famous Entertainment. So, that's going
to be linked in the top comment and the
description box, and this is where I'll
be continuing to bring you the celebrity
real estate videos you know and love.
But this time, I'm going to be bringing
you into my world with personal content.
I live in a historic house, and I love
doing home rens. Well, at least I've
been learning the last year. I have
three dogs. I do daily workouts. We go
to events. You know, there's trips to
the hairdresser sometimes. I also have
three amazing rescue dogs. I've foster
dogs before. I do daily workouts. We go
to events. You know, maybe I'll even
someday have a big wedding that Michael
promised me. Anyways, I've been posting
this stuff for years on Instagram. But
with me having to start all over again,
I'm going to try to merge my personal
content with the content that you come
to watch here, mainly house tours.
Regardless, if you love this channel or
have watched it over the years, I need
your support to get the new channel
going. So, please, if you enjoyed the
content that I've created, hit that
subscribe button for the new channel in
the description box and comments and
check out some of the new videos. It's
super important for me to keep our
amazing community together. And in case
anything happens to the main channel,
this is where you're always going to be
able to find me. We've recently had some
hiccups that have affected both life and
business. So, there is someone trying to
take this channel down. Like I mentioned
before, and I've honestly put so much
work into famous entertainment over the
years, I want to keep my passion for
creating content alive and not let the
drama or bullies bring me down or affect
my ability to work. So, we're starting
fresh, keeping it real, and I promise
you're going to love what's coming next.
So, let's make this backup channel
something incredible together. Subscribe
now and join me on this exciting new
journey. I can't wait to see you there.
