He doesn't yet know that he has a brother. He doesn't yet know that Remy has been born.
This is the moment we've been waiting for. This is the most exciting part of the whole
thing.
Good morning everyone. Welcome back to a brand new video. Do you know how old Remy is, Coates?
No.
He's two weeks.
Is he two?
No, not two years old, two weeks old. So in today's video, we thought we'd show you the
first time that Coda and Remy met. Do you remember when you went to see him in the hospital
for the first ever time? You went with daddy, didn't you? He's looking at himself in the
screen.
What did you think the first time you met Remy in the hospital, darling? Comment down
below.
Good. I met him in hospital, at school.
And they basically haven't stayed away from each other ever since that moment. Coda is
absolutely obsessed with him. You love your brother, don't you? How much do you love Remy?
What? That's so big. All the way around you and behind you.
Yeah.
That's crazy.
So we're not going to speak much more. We're going to show you that clip right now of their
first meeting. It's such a special moment. And it's one that, I don't know, it's like
my favorite thing that we've ever captured and that I've ever been a part of. And I think
their bond is already amazing. Like Coda being near his face literally calms him down. And
they just, you can tell their brother's inner idea that's like a bond. Oh, a monkey cat.
So we're going to go straight into that now. And yeah, we hope you enjoy watching this
special moment. And honestly, he's slotted into our family so well. Like it just feels
very normal that he's here and that we're a family of four. So yeah. Welcome back to
the channel. Please enjoy this little clip here of Coda and Remy meeting for the first
time.
I am currently on my way to go and pick up Coda from my parents. He's been with my parents
whilst we've been having Remy. He doesn't yet know. He doesn't yet know that he has
a brother. He doesn't yet know that Remy has been born. This is the moment we've been waiting
for. This is the most exciting part of the whole thing. Introducing Coda to his younger
brother. And the fact that it is a boy or he is a boy because Coda just wanted a brother.
That's so bad from the start. Do you think it's a boy or a girl? Boy. Do you want a brother
or a sister? Brother. This I think will be one of the most special moments of our lives
seeing this. Lucy's incredibly excited. Right. Picked up Coda. You don't know where we're
going yet, do you? No, I want to wait here. You want to wait here? Yeah. Well, mate, do
you know where we're going? No. Do you want me to tell you? Yeah. So we are going to go.
We are going to go and see mummy. Yeah. And do you know where mummy is? Yeah. Mummy's
in the hospital. In the hospital? Yeah. Why? Why do you think? Because baby. Yeah. What
will the baby do? The baby? The baby's been born. Huh? Yeah. Baby's been born? Yeah. Is
that good? What do you think? Is it spring? It's spring. Yeah. Yeah. The baby's been
born because it's spring. Yay. Are you excited? Do you think, do you think it's a baby boy
or baby girl? Boy. Do you think? Yeah. I can't wait until I see the baby. I think mummy's
got the baby. Yeah, I think so. Do you? Yeah. Do you think boy or girl? Has it been born?
Yeah. It's been born. What do you think? Boy or girl? Boy. What do you think? Might be,
might not be. It might look like a boy. Yeah. Or it might look like a girl. Yeah. It might
look like Lottie and them. It may look like a boy but it might look like Coco. You think
so? You think it's going to look like a dog? Yeah. Okay, it might do. A tiny dog and a
tiny baby. Okay, a bit like a tiny dog and a tiny baby. Yeah. Okay, cool. This way, which
way do we go? This is the way we came, isn't it? Yeah, you came here once before, didn't
you? Was I born here? You were born here as well. Was I? Yeah. Is that cool? Yeah. Or
baby Koda. Yeah, baby Koda was born here. Yeah. Amazing, eh? Did you take me here? Yeah.
Was I in mummy's tummy or daddy's tummy? You were in mummy's tummy. Oh. Yeah. So I've just
got Koda in hospital. Lucy's said to hold off a second. That's not a chair, it's just
a light. Said to hold off a second because they're doing some checks with the baby. So
Lucy was like, wait in the car, but we were already out of the car. Yeah. Maybe about
10 kids. You think 10 kids will fit on this bench? Yeah, maybe about 10. Maybe someone
here and someone there maybe. Yeah. Yeah, that's a good idea. That would work, wouldn't
it? So luckily they have this kind of really nice garden area here and we can chill here
for a second until I get the green light from Lucy that we can come on. Phoebe can come
on. Yeah. He's been having a great day. I want to go back in. Sleep over at my mum
and dad's and then he spent the morning with his cousin. So he had the best possible morning
ever. That's lava. Oh, that's lava? Yeah. Okay. What did you get? Did you get mummy
a drink? Yeah, and for me. Are you going to share it? That's so kind. It actually is for
me. Oh, it's for you, is it? Yeah. So we actually have to go that way, mate. We went
the wrong way. Yeah, we did, didn't we? He said he wanted a brother. He said he wanted
you to be a boy. This is mummy's room. Give me your drink. Give me your drink and then
you can come in and see mummy, okay? So I can see the baby hiding. It's a boy, not
a girl. What do you think, darling? Yeah, you're right. Look at that. What do you think?
Pull him back. Side to side. Side to side. Pull him back. Pull him back. Pull him back.
He's just a bit hungry or tired. Maybe he wants to see you. He's talking to you. He's
zero. He's zero. Do you want to know what his name is? Yeah. Is that right? Yeah. Do
you want to say what your name is? Your brother's name is Remy. Remy. No. No? I don't want to
call it Remy. I want to call it Patrick. Patrick. Hello, Patrick. You don't have to
call him the baby anymore. You can call him Remy. We don't need to say the baby anymore,
do we? Because we know his name. It's a baby. And you know there's someone else. You've
got one now. It's quite cool, isn't it? So cute. Mummy's going to keep this forever.
We're a baby? Yeah. Of course we are. He lives with us now. Does he? Yeah. Aw. Aw. Hello.
Tell him your name. I'm a big brother. I'm a big brother. I wish you were my brother.
Oh, I missed you as well, Tommy. Did you have fun with Mummy and Gramps? Hello. Hello, Remy.
Hi, Remy. He sneezed. Bless you, Remy. Bless you, Remy. He loves you too. Do you want to
say I love you? Is this metal or glass? It's plastic. It looks like glass, doesn't it?
But it's not. I'll hold him and I'll pass him to you, okay? Are you excited? Oh, mate.
He's so cute. Do you want to take some pictures? Is that to smile at Daddy? Say cheese. Aw,
darling. Can I always eat a bit, Johnny? Yeah, of course you will. I'll show you. Do your
really big smile. Oh, goodness. Do you want to show them another one? You're so cute. That's
amazing. You look so cool as a big brother. Come on, Remy.
I'm moving closer to you now. I can't get close enough somehow. And I was down until you
saved me, until you set me free. My eyes were closed. Now I see clear as day. And I just
wanted to say that you can take me high. Feels like I can fly. I don't need anybody. I don't
need anybody else. You'll never take me. No one will ever take me away from you. I promise
I will hold on to you. I don't know what I'd do without you. Without you. You can take me
high. Feels like I can fly. You can take me high. Feels like I can fly. You can take me high.
