Treating Herniated Disc with Classical Mechanics & Boyle’s Law | Non-Surgical Spine Relief
This video explains a physics-based treatment for lumbar disc herniation, grounded in Classical Mechanics and Boyle’s Law.
By understanding the pressure-volume relationship, we introduce a safe, drug-free, non-invasive approach to reposition the herniated disc.
Based on Structural Pathology Theory with medical diagrams and animations.

Our lumbar spine is composed of five vertebrae, annulus fibrosus, nucleus pulposus, and ligaments.
However, this structure is also extremely fragile and liable to lose its balance under the action
of external forces. When the annulus fibrosus ruptures, the nucleus pulposus is pushed out
under pressure. The height of the intervertebral disc is significantly reduced, which is a standard
physical deformation. Many people rely on massage, acupuncture, plasters, oral medications, and may
even choose surgery. However, none of these methods can generate an inward-restoring force
F1 on the nucleus pulposus. The first step is to use an ultra-high-frequency meridian dredging
device to relax the lumbar muscles and create space for reduction. The second step is to pre-relieve
the small joint entrapment through large-angle rotation. The third step, the doctor makes an
instantaneous explosive upward pull to generate a reverse force F1 on the nucleus pulposus.
The pulling causes an instantaneous expansion of volume, leading to a drop in pressure. A pressure
difference is formed between the spinal canal and the intervertebral disc, generating a reverse
acting force F2 that sucks and pushes the nucleus pulposus back into its original position.
This is in line with the concept of work in classical mechanics, where there is force
and displacement, there is the possibility of cure. After the nucleus pulposus is reduced,
the annulus fibrosus restores its elasticity under the relief of pressure,
actively wraps the nucleus pulposus, and activates the body's self-healing system.
In acute pain, horizontal pulling by a helper from the ankles may relieve symptoms.
This is a solution that relies neither on surgery nor medication. It is based on physical laws and
derived from the body's structure, reshaping the future of lumbar spine treatment. Thank you for
