Today I want to show you guys how I do my everyday makeup at the moment,
since it's something that's been requested for a little while now.
Alright, so I always have a cup of coffee while I get ready just to feel more awake and also
because I think it's so relaxing to pamper myself in the morning while I drink my coffee.
Today I'm doing my hair first and I decided to wear my hair like I do most days,
with kind of a beach waves texture to it.
For this way of curling it, I just make my hands wet and then I hug my wet hands
into the lengths of my hair, blow dry it with a diffuser and curl some random sections
and that's actually it. And then I like to finish off with a bit of texture wax.
I've already cleansed and nourished my skin and if you'd like to see how I do that,
I'll make sure to put in a link that will direct you to my current skincare routine.
So I use this foundation from Clinique called Even Better, which is a light coverage foundation.
Some days I only wear concealer under my eyes and around my nose and on blemishes.
It kind of depends on how uneven I feel my skin looks.
Next I use a concealer, this one is just from L'Oreal and I use it under my eyes,
sometimes around the nose and to cover breakouts.
Then I like to set my under eye area around my nose and on my chin,
basically everywhere I tend to get oily during the day.
And I use this setting powder from Youngblood.
Next up, I like to brush up my eyebrows before using a brow pencil
to enhance the shape of my eyebrows.
And then I finish off with a clear brow gel.
These products are from a Danish brand and I really love using these.
The next thing I'm doing is actually something I've gone back and forth to
since my teen years and I recently started doing it again.
And what I do is basically just put on a bit of dark eyeshadow
in the outer corner of my eye along the lash line.
I think it gives my eyes a nice lift and just gives a very subtle like cat eye effect.
At the moment, I like to skip putting on mascara on my bottom lashes.
It's something I like to do sometimes because I think it looks more natural
and again it lifts my eyes upwards to leave the bottom lashes bare.
For blush, I'm using this Suave palette.
I like it because I get to choose the color that fits my mood or my current tan.
I like to be light-handed with it and just tap a little bit on the apples of my cheeks.
Then I'm finishing off my look with some highlighter.
This one is from The Balm and it's called Cindy Luminizer.
And this stuff is just amazing.
A little goes a long way and it just gives such a nice glow.
I apply it to the cheekbones, my brow bone, in my cupid's bow
and sometimes in the corner of my eyes.
My lips looked a little dull so I decided to tap on a little bit of lipstick just using my fingers.
And that's it guys.
I hope you enjoyed it and found some of my little tricks useful
and I hope to see you in my next video.
