MALAYSIA is the World's Most UNDERRATED Country! Why Don't People Come Here?

[Music] good morning guys welcome back to a brand new video Welcome Back to another day sorry I'm multitasking here in Malaysia in qual limpa we have just got a grab over to thean Fu Temple which is one of the most beautiful Chinese temples here in qual Lumpa and umse yeah this is perfect it's like a zoo for him wow it's amazing have you seen this view up here it's absolutely stunning especially against the blue skies yeah today we kind of had pretty much a free day in quala Lumpa we've been here a few days now we've settled in made some videos if you haven't seen them check them out on the channel been really really enjoying our time here and we are starting to think that we want to come back again we want to spend some more time we want to tell our friends people from the UK I don't know we I've never heard growing up my friends like no one said oh I'm going to Malaysia for like a vacation or holiday it seems to be like a place that people skip a lot of people go to Thailand or place places like that but starting to really really enjoy spending time in Malaysia it's different to us it's new it's fresh so we went on Google this morning and typed in like classic tourists what to do in koala Lumpa or the top things to go and this was a 10-minute ride from our hotel and here we are beautiful Temple it's free to get in as well it's completely free just rock up look at the size of that Mouse coder yeah it's a lot bigger than you so apparrently doed around the Temple You've Got um animals for all the different Chinese years so Cod is a tiger I'm a rat are you a pig have I made that up you a pig well have been called that in the past but I'm a rooster you're a rooster believe so yeah Sor yeah you are am I a pig I am I'm a rat yeah and and it was so funny our grab driver he comes here he said and he said I'm a lazy person I'm a back entrance guy actually with his words and George said I'm also a back entrance guy um and he basically said that if you go around the back you don't have to walk up three flights of stairs and he thought we had the buggy the stroller and stuff then it'd be easier so we've got like a shortcut here no one's here no tourists here we're completely on our own and we''re just able to go into the temple without having to go up loads of stairs so if it was just George and I we wouldn't be doing this we generally do like to keep fit yes but always get the local knowledge as well from your taxi drivers and stuff like that welcome to a new Vlog hope you guys enjoy spending the day with us here in koala Lumpa today yeah I cannot forget koda's stroller he's now at an age where we're starting to need the buggy we call it a buggy some people call it stroller pram push chair whatever you call it if I say buggy that's what I mean we have viewers from all over the world calling it all different things we're at an age now where we're kind of needing it less and less and we kind of only mainly use it for either his naps when he gets a little bit more tired and for strapping all of our bags onto it it's kind of like our vessel and like we said in the previous Vlog we never did anything like this here before in quala Lumpa and we are seeing a whole different side to the city this time last time to us it felt very kind of corporate and businesslike because I think we went to some very different areas kind of around the petronus towers but yeah this time with oh that's a nice view the city's pretty beautiful as well in my opinion with the buildings you got a lot of different looking buildings if you're a city person I know not everyone is a lot of people prefer beaches Islands stuff like that but we are definitely City people we do love a good [Music] City this is really lovely it's h super bright with all the different colors there's loads of yellows and Golds and reds against the bright blue sky it just looks incredible absolutely love all these patterns and stuff on the wall as well and the corners of these roofs are just crazy so this was actually buil in the 80s which although it looks very old it's not actually that old uh but it seems to be a fairly popular tourist attraction although not as busy as I imagine but it is a Tuesday that we're here so maybe on weekends it's probably a bit busier but definitely recommend it if you guys are coming to col olympo because it's uh yeah something to do doesn't cost any money and it's um really really beautiful and you do also have some very nice views of the city which you can see behind me just here so they have this Garden here with kind of everyone's Chinese birth animal I am the year of the rooster and it kind of gives you a description of what you're supposed to be like and to be honest I quite do agree with this myself so a rooster me should be intelligent yes honest most of the time diligent yes careful most of the time amicable yes liberal very humorous incredibly sociable most of the time proficient yes passionate always and tenacious yeah 1993 the next year of the rooster is 2029 momy take the rrap Sheep where's the rooster we need to go get a picture of daddy with the rooster don't we where's the chicken yeah so the rat is what I am and it's meant to be intelligent pragmatic diligent stable competitive temperamental sociable energetic love of family materialistic and unpredictable probably bang on really isn't it yeah although you're not materialistic true I'm not materialistic and I don't think I'm particularly stable either okay guys it's a bit later go do asleep so I have to whisper we ordered Nando as I can't talk loudly right now but very excited for [Music] this thank you okay guys guys we have just arrived at our next hotel which is Sunway Resorts they are kindly hosting us for the next few nights yeah did you see some elephants elephant where are the elephants yeah this Lobby is this is probably the most impressive Lobby that I've possibly ever been in it's it's all golden it's all sparkly had a very very kind warm welcome here by a girl who has been to our hometown in England Brighton she studied that so that's very cool o they have a Gordon ramsy Bar and Grill look at this good job and do the handle push oh wow very [Music] nice oh nice so we weren't too sure what to expect with Sunway city which is the area that we're staying in Sunway Resorts it's unbelievable it feels like it's like a whole city so there's the huge Hotel here that we're staying in there's then a university the lady was telling us that there's even a hospital there's a water park a theme park so much going on in one place I don't know if there's a casino but if there is it's kind of feeling like the Vegas of Malaysia we've never even been to Las Vegas but it gives us that kind of resort Vibe especially when you drive in from what we've seen in movies and stuff like that but yeah never never knew there was anything like this in kalal Lumpa yeah really eye opening very very cool indeed looking forward to exploring over the next few days how cool it's amazing isn't it there's so much to see and do all within this one complex it's really cool very [Music] impressive so they also have a completely different area oh wow nice we're going to check out a little room they have here like they have these Villas thank you yeah we suddenly feels like we're in some kind of um Countryside Resort now it's completely changed we've taken a short buggy ride going this is not our room we're not staying here but they're going to quickly show us where we could I don't know potentially stay in the future oh private pool very cool all right we'll be coming back and staying here next year this kind of feels like um places we've stayed maybe in barley I would say it's reminding me of barley you feel like you're way out in like a province or something with nothing around but we're right in the heart of qual Lumpa you do not expect to see this in a city this kind of accommodation silent outside I need to get on Google later and find out about Sunway Sunway City when it was made how long it's been going I definitely want to know more about this cuz it's huge and it's endless it's crazy taking a look at the gym which we will be using 100% we do like to keep as fit as possible when we travel you got a nice view of the outside you can actually if you're running you can see the water here this is like a high-end gym that you would pay money monthly to come to some Hotel gyms are super limited super basic but this is like like people would pay good money monthly in the UK anyway to come to a gym like this and it's all Under One Roof okay wow Blown Away by that you want these treats it's like back in Disneyland sorry the camera is a little bit stroby but Koda has his eyes on these treats that they kindly left us and look here beautiful strawberries for the first time in ages favorite fruit Disney L said Disneyland is that from Disneyland um did Mommy say you could eat that is that for you I think that for him that's like kid stuff isn't it Tech so sweet okay as we always like to do on this channel it is time for a juicy Vlog room tour this is a very nice hotel guys super excited to show you around properly tomorrow but for now yes room tour time we walk in we've got our wardrobe here straight away something I like about this baby slippers and baby robe very cute into the bathroom we've got a Japanese style toilet in case we're missing the toilets in Japan we have one right here same brand as well then we've got a very nice walk-in shower I've also been told that there is some lighting some like what do they what do they call it ambient no like LED lighting yeah you can tell koda's been here see bits of apple skin on the floor yeah very very cool a cute little baby products for Coda that's so sweet look this little sponge it's a little ducky sponge look you your duck yeah cool you have that in your shower later super nice and really nice products as well then we go into the main area where we've got the luggage area we've got to unpack and stuff obviously still we thought we'd show you around first like George said earlier all these lovely fruits and treats out for us for later excuse [Music] me [Music] um hi buddy hi coda and then we've got two double beds which is very nice for George and I we don't have to sleep next to each other for a few nights um also something I've also say look at this luxury as well by the way it's just really beautiful here five star hotel by the way lovely everything is controlled with these lights just I didn't even touch that wow it's motion sensor so we've got things like calm o are you feeling calm uh the camera's not it's gone very let's go back to radiant anyway oh NightLight what's NightLight oh that is just a nightlight being on yeah blackout where's blackout no that's the curtains blackout is to close the curtains it's all electric wow very cool why why are we doing this like there's an amazing gym here but also L M&M no way Kats macadamia cookies hang on wait what I did not see this stuff wow um yeah fully stocked mini bar here a coffee machine which is very pleasant surprise we haven't had a coffee machine in a hotel for a little while and um yeah we miss it fridge fully sockt fridge those of water as well that's handy I feel like when hotels give you lots of water that's always good kodai is very excited for this because there's a kid swimming pool outside our room and some Sunland a bit hazy actually is a little bit I take take a quick look wa it's gone super humid huge TV as well if you in the size of the TV on the wall that's huge just stand there that looks like a 60 to me it's massive I have abnormally long arms if you meet me in person you'll be like wow she's got long arms um but anyway the only thing bigger than the TV in this room is the fruit bowl yeah that that is a impressive fruit ball and a cool stocked fruit ball dragon fruit and stuff this amazing very cool and that concludes the juicy Vlog room tour quala Lumpa is just impressing us over and over again having a great time here I feel like it's just underrated like yeah I don't know I think I heard you saying it earlier on the Vlog about how people don't always think to come here and if you're from here or if you come here all the time you're probably thinking what she talking about but in our small town in England in our little bubble it's not a country that comes up in conversation much and I feel like everyone goes backpacking to Thailand and I now feel like the Philippines is becoming more popular for that but I feel still like Malaysia isn't up there with UK tourist I know loads of people from the UK come here and I'm not saying that that's not true but I just mean it's not that spoken about as being a really really amazing place to come so hopefully through these videos we're encouraging more people to come and visit Malaysia because we really like it here and we'll definitely be back in the future another stroll through this lovely Lobby amazing Lobby hi and we are on our way now to dinner it's like a fancy cruise ship isn't it it is like a cruise ship like it's so highend here I feel very underdressed I've taken my hat off to try and be a little bit more formal but my hair is in a state at the moment moment anyway we're heading to a place called black tap for dinner which is craft Burgers now I haven't had a good burger for a good few weeks now so and that might not sound long to you but for me that is quite a long time because I'm a burger guy you're a burger gal nearly fell over I'm so excited about Burgers squeaking all over the place we're going to stop embarrassing ourselves heading to Black tap and all look steaming up cuz so humid it's really humid today thank you okay guys so this menu is is one of those menus where you just want to eat everything on it and it actually makes it hard to order because you're just wanting everything there you eat it you have it burgers and so we've ordered a couple of shakes a couple of burgers and a couple of sides I'm going to show you all when it gets here we've done our usual and ordered kodas early and the burger for Koda is already huge it looks incredible and he's tucking in now but honestly isn't this menu amazing if that's the kids Burger I'm excited that looks like a burger I would order and this black Taps from the US I didn't realize and it's American siiz portions as well he was saying they haven't like toned down the portion sizes for being in another country they've gone with like the US big portion sizes you guys know George and I have never been to the US so this is like a little taste of that for us as well cuz we are going to get over there soon hopefully yeah can't wait for these Burgers to come very excited [Music] keep [Music] yeah yeah perfect up with all right nice thank you it's the most work for yeah oh I bet even though you see it every day never gets old thank you very much okay they uh give you wipes here because it's going to get messy we know that so got my burger here this is this burger is W Awards this is wag you beef I'm going to have I'm definitely going to have a pickle that is size of that pickle okay thanks I'm going to skip the Tomato I don't like tomato don't come at me in the comments but I will have the lettuce and then I'm just going to get in there look at that put the sauce yeah not all of it I'm going to see how it is I might add more look at that bad boy nice ready for the first bite yes this is exciting M [Music] wow that is so good you can trust George on Burgers he would never lie to you the flavor in that Patty the wag you beef it's salty it's beefy the cheese crispy onions the crispy texture the sauce isn't it's the sauce that adds the saltiness really that is perfect it's a steak sauce and it goes so so well the bun is soft unbelievable I've gone for the one with the blue cheese sauce it also looks amazing and something I'm really liking is how toasted the bun is you have to toast your bun when you make Burgers guys even if you're making burgers at home you don't need any soft buns at barbecues you don't need like cold soft buns you have to toast your buns so I'm ready wow it's amazing what I really like is how it's not too thick do you know the amount of times when people Go Fancy with Burgers they stack it and they stack it and they stack it and you can't actually fit it in your mouth this is not too thick the bun is amazing the burger yeah it's a really good Patty isn't it really salty that bluei Sal is epic so yeah it's hot marks from us I'm also very interested in these chicken tenders because they are huge we've got a buttermilk sauce with them so I'm going to go straight in with that if this is what the portions are like in America I need to get on a plane right away M so good crispy fresh it's kind of like a McDonald's chicken select but 10 times better M now the thought of eating this shakes quite stressful because I don't actually know how to eat the cake off toit without dropping it all over the floor so I'm going to just try the actual Shake first with the straw so this is this is basically a cake batter shake it smells like cake batter Funfetti cake on top sprinkles everywhere cream a cherry on top it's just perfect look at it it looks like a magazine it looks like something you would see in a magazine this does not look like a magazine wow that's so good and there's loads of sprinkles throughout the actual milkshake so you're like crunching on these sugary little bites amazing texture so delicious and moish I'm so full from the burger we' had to get all the sides to take away cuz we feel sick from eating so much and now we've got these I'm going to try the cake in a second but first let's give the New Yorker a go which is basically strawberries graham crackers cheesec cake that's really good as well what's nice is it's like a a fresh strawberry taste it's not an artificial strawberry taste which you might expect from something like this wow so yummy I feel like a little debrief after that that was such such a good night and what a cool guy at that black Tap restaurant such a character really really got on with him if you're watching this shout out to you thanks for making our night special good to meet all the
