Flamengo vs Los Angeles FC ｜ FIFA Club World Cup Highlights

And he, or Flamengo, find a way through in the early stages. Fenced into the near post, off the woodwork, here comes Flamengo. Mara Uso firing over the bar. Gutiérrez-Cayeta going to go straight for goal here, and he does. He's looking to just tuck it in the back post. And it nearly gets met. Nick won off of a set piece. Buanga, short towards the cusp. And Delgado! He's just been consistent through his time in MLS, and here he has acres of space, and all it needed is a little extra bend. Doesn't quite get the whip on it that he would have needed. So Buanga, short to Del Rosson to change the angle perhaps. Delgado, goalkeeper came a long way, Rossi got something on it. Marlon! Referee has blown the whistle. Run from Buanga here, he just button hooks, tries to get in behind. And this is where the offside was called. It's this challenge with the goalkeeper, because that from Marlon is always counting on himself. Can't put it away there. So then here come Flamengo again. Numbers in their favour. Everton! Fabulous save from Hugo Lloris. Everton's ball in. It's Pedro! Oh, that would have been quite something. Alexandro into Mikael. The forest of LAFC players wriggles through. Díaz-Escaleta now. Díaz-Escaleta! Once again the woodwork plays its part. And this one goes over. It's through now here for Danny Buanga! Onside! Goal! And a first of its kind for LAFC! They have their goal at the FIFA Club World Cup! So Junior through. It's Wallace-Yan in behind! Instant response! Two goals in two games from one of their own! Interrogates. And so there goes the final whistle. It may only be a draw, but amongst a sea of celebratory reds, Flamengo can now really get the party started. Group D winners. And on to Miami and via Munich on Sunday.
