What Happened to our Car?!

just smiling himself in the mirror coda just koda just smiled at himself in the mirror that's a milestone good morning guys welcome to another vlog you joined me in full dad mode [Music] oh wow okay i'm going to quickly go and film that wow again yeah again yeah she joined me right now in full dad mode sterilizing bottles that is how today has begun actually the day has begun hours ago we've been up lucy's already had a meeting this morning from home in our office koda is now four months old so we took some photos of him with his little four-month cards and we've been uploading them getting them edited i've been filming some stuff for brands this morning and edited that sent that over so and it's only like 10 a.m so we've had a pretty productive morning i think it's friday today so we've been trying to kind of do all our work as quickly as possible all of our computer like admin computer editing indoor work as quickly as possible so we can hopefully get outside because we can't obviously like filming these vlogs is our work but the actual filming of the vlog sometimes feels like less work than the other stuff it's the fun bit yeah not the other stuff's not fun i actually enjoy all of it um but sometimes on a friday when the sun's out we want to be out there so i feel like we are going as quickly as we can so let me finish up with my dad duties my sterilizing and then we will crack on with the rest of the day hope you guys are all doing well please leave a comment what you up to where you watching from what time is it are you going to bed are you waking up what are you eating today what are your plans for the weekend we would be very interested to know so please do leave a comment been seeing so many people lately commenting for the very first time saying hey george and lucy i'm a silent viewer for three years this is my first ever comment on a vlog so loving seeing those been replying to a lot more comments recently as well i've been really trying to take time to sit down and reply to comments because you guys take time to leave them so we want to read and reply to as many as we possibly can okay that is on quick coffee chat i've been trying these from a brighton roaster pelicano big fan also picked up these this may only be relevant if you kind of do live in our area comment below if you do because we meet people all the time out about walking in worthing in brighton in hove in london so comment below if you are close to us geographically [Music] [Music] man [Music] lucy has another appointment today so she's just gone off to that now and i am having some father-son bonding time which is nice because of what we do our work and stuff we really actually get time separately with koda lucy takes him to some classes that i don't go to but i rarely get i mean i've taken him to like go grab coffee a few times but i really get time on my own with him so this is pretty nice and it's a beautiful day look at this blue sky weather check someone commented where's the weather check you guys haven't done a weather check for like five vlogs so there is your weather check 10 out of 10 today cannot complain people are out it's busy people out about it's friday so we're heading for some breakfast at a local coffee shop and get some work done before the weekend [Music] [Music] now [Music] okay i'm all set up here just ordered some breakfast and the timing is perfect code is having his nap now which i'm hoping will last all the way through me getting a little bit work done and eating my breakfast but so the last vlog on the channel was showing you guys our new car or lucy's new car the range rover and after that vlog we had loads of messages and comments from you guys asking actually what happened to our car our bmw jose in manila so i thought in today's vlog we could answer that because what we've been doing in vlogs lately sometimes like these question blogs and answering if we see enough people i think i've said this before if we see enough people asking questions then we feel like you guys are interested in that it like gives us data market research sounds a little bit too corporate for what we do but it lets us know that if enough people are asking then it's probably worth us making a vlog about it or at least including it in a vlog and answering the question because it suggests that enough of you are interested or want to know these things so jose if you don't know i mean most you do because that's why you're asking but jose was our bmw 3 series in the philippines which took us i mean to be honest i had bigger hopes and dreams with that car i wanted to take it all across the philippines and see how far we could push the limits of a non-suv but it all happened we had the car all around kind of pandemic times really in the end so i never quite got that like amazing week-long philippines road trip with jose which i dreamed of but we did manage to do what we could with jose in the time that we had named after jose marie tran by the way because we got inspired after we met jose mourichan um a filipino a legend a christmas legend so that's where the name came from if anyone was wondering and yeah to answer your question of what happened to the car when we left manila jose went back to bmw went back to um rsa motors who who basically whilst we were there gave us use of jose for our road trips and things if you're an og viewer you would have seen us do a similar thing with volkswagen we had uh waggy was it wacky oh man it's been years waggy i think yeah waggy vloggy waggy [Music] someone remind me in the comments um some of those early road trips of mike nelly were done with volkswagen and then you saw maybe more george i started to film car videos out in the philippines so mitsubishi got in touch with us and um let us see some of their cars and tried them out maxis and that is actually what i'm starting to do on more george now with our range rover with our new bmw here i'm starting to make more car videos over on more georgia if that is of interest to you then please go check it out but yeah when we let bmw know that we'd be leaving the philippines obviously jose couldn't sit around so i believe jose is now with a new owner so if you see jose driving around try and get a little photo for me actually maybe you shouldn't take photos of people's cars but yeah you may see jose out and about on the road again i believe there is a new owner in the driver's seat by this point i still miss that car i luckily did get a chance to film a car review video with jose that is here if you want to check that out yeah absolutely loved hozo such an i love that incarnation of the three series such a good being but we've got the newer model now but there's still things i kind of miss from the older model some of the driving feel and the looks i think they got that model so right it was the luxury edition so it was in silver with the chrome the car looked really great it was so fun driving that around with mike nelly's x1 it's like a bmw convoy on some of our road trips so yeah missing jose i hope that answers the question i think we did mention it in a vlog when we left but obviously not everyone watches every minute of every vlog so it was just a small section so that is where jose is i don't know if i'll ever see jose again but that is why we vlog we have the memories [Music] [Applause] [Music] so this thing just arrived okay this has taken up the entire kitchen so i'd better get to work and do something with this before lucy comes out here because she's not gonna like that in the kitchen very much but a very very exciting delivery from this company toulet i've always said toulet i think i'm pronouncing it right tell me if i'm wrong in the comments if you know for sure but anyway the team at thule have been very kind enough to send us for the new car well i don't know it's for the new car but we can probably use it on both cars a roof box to make our road trip life easier because as you know i did take this coffee machine with us on the last road trip we've got all the stuff we travel with with coda now all of our clothes we want to start doing bigger longer trips but for a two night trip in the bmw definitely we're kind of maxed out at about two or three nights with the amount of clothes and things we need to take with the range rover it's gonna be a little bit better but to still have a roof box is gonna be awesome they have also sent us over this is gifted products by the way this is like pr products so a huge thanks to toulet for sending these over to us very very kind and we do not take this kind of thing for granted when you start youtube a lot of people these days want to start youtube to like get the free products and and like the rewards i suppose but i'm just super grateful after like five years on the platform we've built up and companies like touley want to work with us that's so so cool and forever grateful not taking it for granted and excited to get this open we've been chatting with the team there they've sent us their buggy as well they wanted to send us there what is it called on here urban glide 2. for this kind of job i always like to use secateurs don't try this at home this is like the biggest unboxing video ever let's have a look we have what wow that's a big old roof box yes okay i feel like i owe you all a very quick apology for being so absent in today's vlog i've had a very busy day of sort of cool phone calls and meetings and um [Music] stuff that took all of my focus and attention away from the vlog today so i think you've been in more than capable hands with george but i'll be in the next vlog more i'm sure um but yeah i've had a really good day actually i just went for a nice walk as a sunset and i put some chicken in the oven while it was cooking i went for a walk george has done a bit of cleaning on the car um coda's just had his final change about his final feed before bed and it's a friday night for us here today so um it's actually coda's first swimming lesson tomorrow morning which is very exciting um it's something that i wanted him to do sort of as soon as he could swimming is one of them life skills is just so important and the fact that he's gonna hopefully be confident in water from a young age is just like a real number one thing for me in terms of things he can do like hobbies and clubs and all that kind of stuff so very excited for that and we'll let you guys know how sorry it's gonna be really nice to see him in the water he likes his bath so hopefully fingers crossed he's gonna take to the water um obviously not actually swim yet but i don't know what they do and they like paddle them around and put their ears under and even eventually he'll go like head under but i don't think that obviously in the first lesson um but yeah really looking forward to it so we'll let you know how that goes and we hope you enjoyed today's vlog it's a bit of an early one it's like eight o'clock tomorrow morning so we need to probably go to bed since it's already about 9 00 p.m and we actually have quite a lot to do still quick question at the end of the vlog has anyone got any netflix or series recommendations we feel like i've been so busy recently we haven't actually had the time to uh watch anything but we're gonna take a full day off tomorrow for the first time in a long time um and it'd be nice oh no the vlog's not gonna be out we're taking a day off tomorrow but we'll probably take another one off in a couple of weeks the next time we have a day off comment below because i'd love to get my get get into something get like a binge watch like like a six episode or like something that's got short episodes i can just sit and watch we can all watch together like in a day like a real relaxed thing i just love doing that i don't know why maybe it's a bit unhealthy but i just love a binge um i don't watch much stuff very often but when i do i really do if that makes sense so thank you for watching today's video um if you did enjoy it don't forget to smash the thumbs up button and subscribe if you're new around here uh and yeah so yeah someone commented saying you are good at my vlogs really guinea vlogs and you're good at all the stuff industry oh so nice thank you um that's good to hear although i still don't think i'm very good at ending that i don't know how to end this now i might just stop talking and just stare at you i might just fade to black but wait because i'm back can't i so i'm really tired and this has been an awful clip anyway because the dishwasher and washing machine are on at the same time behind me real life real life man yeah okay well i'm gonna go before i say anything else because it's not going very well is it um look at my little delirious as well see in the next video guys thanks for watching and the end [Music] you
