SELLING our Apartment Abroad?!

[Music] good morning guys welcome to another video new vlog we are back home and these two are off for first day actually not first day third day third day at baby college you two have fun thank you it should be good we'll be learning about today yeah what's on that what's on the curriculum today no idea i have to catch you up later and then yeah fill us in fill us in with how you're doing is he is he up and raring to go ready for us he's really ready to go he's nice by the way he's well up for it yeah so basically we signed koda up for something called baby college which is kind of development skills for a period period of 14 weeks i think i think it runs with like the school terms so we've actually made every session so far haven't we i went to the first one um but i don't know i was the only dad there and doesn't bother me at all but um today i need to george just didn't like the dancing okay i didn't really like the dancing it was a lot of like dancing with your babies and um i did it but today i'm gonna go and um get some work done and stuff catch up with you guys we've got some if you've seen the title there's some things to chat about definitely some things big life things to discuss are you off yeah all right so we're gonna go and find a coffee shop see you soon have fun love you good well done see you soon um so cody's going to go and see some of his friends there as well so nice making baby friends like people on the same wavelength going through the same journey but anyway i'm going to take you guys we have some big things to talk about big things to discuss we're going to go and find a coffee shop coffee shop i haven't been to for years but that i just realized there's a dog who've been in the background of all these shots that's so lovely um so let's hop in the car we've got about an hour probably get some food probably get some coffee there get a little bit of work done catch up with you guys and talk about talk about this condo in manila let's let's have a chat [Music] [Applause] so i want to say a big happy monday to everyone on the day i'm filming this it is currently monday and i'm in a very very good mood i hope you all had a good weekend i hope whatever days goes out you're having a good week let me know what you're up to in a comment when youtubers say that i think most 99 of youtubers actually genuinely mean that and actually want to know because it can be i mean i'm lucky i'm lucky because i do this with lucy and now coda as well but some youtubers some vloggers are it's just them if you think about it so i think i think when they ask their communities and things to leave comments and tell them what they're up to and things like that i think they are fully interested as am i so please leave a comment below leave a little try and write three full sentences on what you've been up to this week i would love to read some of that because we watch from all over the world on this channel and we all have such different lives so anyway i'm gonna drive to this coffee shop now we have been um i need to go straight i don't know where i'm going this is my this is my area but we've driven into town today for this thing with lucy and koda but we were away for so long that i don't even know which road to link to which roads anymore but um yes if you've been watching the videos lately we have been in the cotswolds which was super lovely that was like a real break for us with some of our good friends and we didn't do much work we filmed one vlog often when you see us on these trips um it might look like we're just kind of like on vacation all the time but we're often working a lot behind the scenes on our laptops and phones and doing all things we do behind the videos but this trip we filmed one vlog and i filmed a video for more george which is my other channel which i'm absolutely loving it feels like i'm kind of like doing youtube as a hobby again on that channel it's a lot of fun um and trying to slowly build it up as well that's my car related channel my car content if you're interested big plans coming for that soon as well yeah that was like a full break it felt like a really we just we didn't do much we went for walks in the countryside on this hill if you saw the vlog we ate some amazing food at some classic british pubs and walked around some old towns which was super lovely and i feel like we've been reset i woke up this morning and it was raining and i went to put some recycling out the front of the building met my neighbor had a chat and we just stood in the rain neither of us were too bothered that it was raining we didn't even acknowledge it often the weather dictates my mood or i've let it dictate my dictate my mood in the past i've realized that it's all down to me but today nothing was stopping me after that reset some goals for the week which we'll talk about and some big things going on this is a good monday this is a very very good monday so we'll get into the coffee shop and then we'll have a chat one of the best features of this car parallel parks itself that never gets old thank you another good thing about hove is that you can pay for parking on an app which our town that way doesn't have yet you should have to carry around coins and things but i never have coins on me [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] all right got my coffee and ordered my birthday and ordered some breakfast this is reminding me of when i used to work in an office kind of thing like that monday morning well it's nearly 12 but that kind of monday morning start to things everyone's here like he's having a meeting next time there's loads of people working on laptops and stuff and it's good to get i like to do this sometimes get out in a different environment from my home to do my work feel way more productive wow my breakfast has arrived and this is a lot bigger than i was expecting but it looks amazing we've got a veggie breakfast so some sourdough toast it doesn't look like salad but apparently there's some halloumi some spinach hash brown some garlic pesto mushrooms and some poached eggs as well and of course the oatmeal flat white wow look who joined us after baby college [Music] please thank you no it's fine thank you [Music] time update it is 4 30 p.m today has gone so fast um i've just popped into nando's as it was on the way home just a little food shopping waitrose pick up a few essentials for the week now that we're back from our trip and we have no food in the fridge so we just picked up a little food we do have hello fresh arriving today so that's all good but we thought for a quick meal now pick up nando's because as we're [Music] yeah be great yeah thanks appreciate that oh that's very kind amazing thank you so much thank you have a good day wow such a lovely lady in there as well took my order and then she gave me like a million sauces and a nice big smile so thank you to her okay we have the nap what's that it's math but it's been squared that has been mashed and then put into a cube but here is our nando's we're gonna tuck into this and then we're gonna talk about our apartment in manila because there's been some some decisions some update i suppose some things we've had to discuss as a couple was like a big life thing um but we wanted that but we do i'm really sorry we do need to eat this first because we're very very hungry we don't want to be those vloggers that talk about like it's hard with our vlogs because from the start of our channel we have filmed our day that is what our vlogs are but you have to give a title that is either like the main focus or the main point of the vlog or the part that we think is most interesting or that we think you think's most interesting we can't just call the vlog like monday the 6th of may yeah cause that's not how youtube works youtube wouldn't show the video to anyone and none of you would see it um so yeah we will talk about it firstly we'll eat firstly willie and yeah this is what i said lucy it was the friendliest woman in nando's really smiley really happy to take my older and then she was like johnny sauces are like oh maybe just a few like whatever you recommend one of everything and she goes ah i'll sort you out i'll look after you and she just went to the drawers and just got me so many sauces what's the option maybe better than had garlic wild hair maybe a bit of garlic cool bit of [Music] in garlic trashy bar another class and i am going places makes me laugh okay i've come down to the beach it's actually really quiet such a nice day but for some reason there's barely anyone here and i'm worried it's a bit windy so i really hope you guys can see me uh hear me okay i'm sure you can see me they've got coda in the carrier here georges is back at home editing a video for his other channel more george and actually i'll quickly say about that now um just while i'm on the topic because george is um hoping to upload loads more videos to it soon and um grow a bit more of like an audience on there that's kind of more car related content i would say um so he has filmed quite a few videos on there recently and the most recent one while we were in the cotswolds he did a video there about um our friend's car and also going to jeremy clarkson's farm shop which i guess is kind of car related as well if you're into cars and that's your thing then there'll be a link below and you can go and head over there and subscribe but yeah it's something he's quite excited about and there's like developments on that with other things coming soon as well which we're excited to share with you guys so um yeah so just while we're down here i thought i would um quickly touch on our condo manila because the way we've purchased it there's basically and the way it's done you can sell at certain stages depending on what you want to do you can like you can keep it obviously or you can pay up to a certain amount and sell it and it's all like um all different levels basically depending on what you want to do with it yeah so basically the options are sell it and well basically the reason we're thinking of selling it is when we go back to manila when we visit um our condo there it's gonna now be almost too small for us because i mean it probably right now it's one bedroom right now it would be okay because code is in the same room as us when he sleeps but once he's six months old you're meant to put them in a different room to go to bed so it might be that we need to look at somewhere with two bedrooms um or this with a bit more space like a bigger bedroom at the time we could put a wall up or something i'm not sure um yeah so so basically got a decision to make whether we sell it and get somewhere bigger we keep it we carry on sort of with the payments until um until they finish and then we just have that um i don't know if any of you guys um have got any suggestions and of course as always let us know in the comments but i'm excited to go back and see it because we didn't actually get to spend that long at that condo because we weren't really there for long after our rented place before flying back to england um and as you guys know we're really hoping to get over there for a little vacation a little trip and hopefully later on this year so we're gonna see how it goes but fingers crossed and it'd be so nice to see the condo and we miss our view there and we missed like the venice mall with the blue water and just on a lovely day the balcony it's so warm in the lovely open plan kitchen and dining area and yeah we just really miss it so it's going to be so nice to get back over there at some point and of course if we are going to sell it then we need to make the most out of it before we do because i feel like we haven't spent enough time in there yet we haven't slept enough nights there so we'll keep you guys updated on that but um i feel like i haven't given a like coder update in the vlogs for a little while so i might set the camera up in a second and we can have a little chat about that because i think a lot's changed um i think he's changed quite a lot since i last kind of like updated you guys i mean we filmed him in the vlogs but i feel like we don't often say much about him and his like development and the skills he's learning and things like that so maybe we'll find a nice little spot to have a chat [Music] but he has been wide awake eyes wide open his entire walk so far um but normally he actually falls asleep he ends up falling asleep every time i take him out in the carrier this is the first time he's actually been in the carrier and just stayed awake um but it's so nice because it means that he's like looking around loads and hopefully taking in all the sights so that's really good so i think i found the perfect spot i had the shelter from the wind although i'm a bit backlit we've got this like stained glass stuff behind it's very nice very nice on the pier here hello mate good day oh he's so cute i don't know if any of you guys have got babies or know people that have babies have like heard of leaps where um basically there's like a big development stage that the babies go through and they're like more and they're more like i guess irritable okay this isn't very good it's backlit isn't it it's very dark so let's do this that's better okay basically they go through these stages where they learn loads in one go like it's like a growth spurt but for their brains their bodies for everything and there's like a calendar i've got this app called wonder weeks which basically shows you all of it and it's like a huge calendar that blocks off these sections that are these leaps and um he's basically going through one now which is always exactly on the day when it is gonna happen it's always exactly to the day that it does and um he basically means that he's he's very like he cries a lot he's more clingy he needs me more and he needs george more he might have more food or less food basically his behavior really changes for that time you can tell he's going through it like honestly i think oh he's in a bad mood today and then i look at the app and it says he's going through a leap it's always so accurate but yeah anyway he's going through that now um but it does mean that he's sort of learning loads of new things he's um amazing at tummy time now i feel like he's about to roll his heat's like almost twisting around a little bit he's holding his head up so much and we can just have him sort of standing on our laps now obviously i've still got to fully support him and he does like wobble to one side and stuff but his head can move forward and he can he can support that himself it just it does still sort of flop back so i still got to have my hand on the back of his head all the time but it definitely has the support sort of front ways now which is amazing and what else has changed with him he's he's definitely like sleeping way better during the night now he's doing at the moment his current thing is going to sleep around 9 00 pm and then he won't wake up until about 5 30 um and then he'll need like a nap again in the morning sort of he'll go down again for about another hour and then we're up about seven o'clock or something altogether and then he has a nap in the morning and then one around like afternoon time we don't really have a routine yet um he's kind of sort of getting himself into one but we're very grateful for that extra sleep but yeah he's really he's really changing all the time look at these amazing colors behind me this is beautiful i'm so glad i decided to come out tonight um and apparently george is headed to the gym later so nice amount of exercise to start the week off right guys thank you so much for watching this vlog i've just edited it up to this point um please do let us know what you think we should do with the condo in manila as lucy said we do both miss that place a lot um i don't want to sell it i really don't want to sell it but is it an opportunity to upgrade is it an opportunity to try and get into like a two-bedroom condo we've been speaking to our contacts at mega world as well and in bgc and the surrounding areas there are two bedroom places available although that location with that view with that balcony apparently that's the only corner unit now that's left in that building for sale so if we sold like it i feel like we should hold on to it um i don't know if you have
