So, my name is Selma. I go under the pseudonym Selma Hare, which is the pseudonym under which I write. And I have started having very intensive, very perfusive astral projection experiences, also known as OBEs, since the start of 2012. I'm an anthroposophist, I'm an interdisciplinary social scientist, and an educator. So, when I first started having these experiences, it was a bit confusing to me, being that I come from a very scientific ethos. So, as for the details of my experience with astral traveling, the first experience I had while I was living in Hong Kong, I had just gone through a bit of a trip through Southeast Asia. I'd been to Vietnam, and I'd been to Cambodia, I'd been to mainland China. And I didn't know back then that I felt attracted to those regions because I have past lives in what is now China. And the experience, I think, started in Hong Kong because of that. I was going through a very rough period where I was completely on my own. I was a bit tired of traveling on my own. And it was the first time in my life, ever since I started traveling on my own, and living in other countries on my own, at 25. This, around 32, 33, I was, was the first time in my life that I actually felt lonely. And there were things happening that enabled this experience for me. Obviously, there are always exterior factors enabling, but I do feel like there was an energy shift at the time that kind of made the veil fall for a lot of us and enabled this remembrance. Because all of a sudden, I go to bed, and I remember my first experience, I went to what I now know to be an astral city. And it's an astral city that hovers on top of that part of the world. So according to my experiences, every city of the world has its sort of correspondent in the astral field. And so basically, in every region of the world has a few of these astral cities. And I went to one, therefore, that looked very Asian, because I was in Hong Kong. But what was very interesting is that I tapped into an astral city at the time that was closer to India, actually. And so I saw myself dressed as this Indian lady with a long side braid. But, and I was wearing some sort of sari, some sort of Indian sari, but one that was also quite different to what we see here. So it was almost like an astral version of what a sari would look like. And I started understanding through my experience, whether I've seen someone on the other side, many people, and I call them people, you will notice, because here we call them aliens, extraterrestrials, right? But most of the contact that I've had with individuals through the course of my astral projection experiences, has been with humans, people who look very much like us, but live in other planets. So when some of these experiences were my flying into or falling, literally falling, I see myself flying into space, down the rabbit hole, down the wormhole, into another planet's stratosphere. That was one of the experiences, many experiences that I had. And what I've come to understand is that, through that one experience, is that every planet has an outer layer, which is an astral layer. And a lot of anthroposophists, people who study spiritual science these days, speak of it as the fourth dimension, or the dimensions. Quantum physics now speaks of multi-dimensionality as well, fourth dimension, fifth dimension, so on and so forth. But if we want to keep it very simple, and not too sciencey, because we can get lost in all of that, right? Because there's so many theories on it as well, and not too many certainties. I call it an astral layer, where you can meet souls, the souls of that planet, the consciousness that inhabits that planet, consciousness units or monads of that planet. A consciousness monad is what a spiritualist would call a soul, right? So I would fall into this planet's stratosphere, that outer layer of the planet, and I would have conversations, discussions with these souls that inhabit the planet, and they would show me around sometimes. I've had plenty of discussions, I remember. And in this other planet, it's an exoplanet, I went to a lot of exoplanets, and I'm talking to people that look exactly like us. And this is one thing that I noticed, I haven't yet come across a planet, over the course of these experiences, where we've had the ethnic variety that we have here. And this is something that really caught me off guard. Because on this planet, we all look very different, right? We have Africans, Asians, Europeans, this and that. In these other planets, it seemed to be more homogeneous. You didn't have the ethnic variety that you have here. So that told me something really important about how special our experience is, and how tough, how complicated our experience is. I've learned through visiting those planets where everybody looked like the same, like in one planet, everybody looked Caucasian, for instance, like European Caucasian. In another planet, but with dark hair, no blondes. So you know, everybody looks very much like the same. On another planet, everybody looked brown, but with different noses, like people had these triangular shaped noses, like an upside bell. And those people actually, they didn't like me very much, they looked at me and they were a bit alarmed, because they understood that I was an alien. They weren't a very advanced civilization, so they were scared, like, huh, who is she, right? I remember being very curious about them, and they were kind of scared. But in other planets, they were more evolved than us. So they knew even who I was, like, oh, you're an earthling. You guys still have currency. I remember at one point, finding this man at a coffee shop in his planet, because in the 4D, we mimic what we have in our planets, like coffee shops, restaurants, this and that. And I'm calling it a coffee shop, but it's not a coffee shop. It was more like a coffee place, because they didn't have currency. They didn't have money. So they lived in communities, and the communities organized themselves in such a way that some would cook on a given day, some would cook and the others would eat. The day after that, I would cook and you would eat, or we would eat together. It was communal life, as how we do with our families, right? These people from this planet did it as community. They divided tasks. They split tasks. And at one point, I'm speaking to this man, and there are people eating around us and drinking something similar to what here I would consider coffee. I don't know, drinking something, some sort of beverage. And I'm trying to tell him, oh, I come from earth, and this, and he's like, I know. And he was a bit of an arrogant. So even though they were more evolved than us, they were not exactly Buddhist monks. So that's always interesting also to see the stages, the several stages of evolution of these species. So it tells me something like, oh, I know, you guys still have currency. And he's laughing like you are so un-evolved. And I remember I'm like, yeah, I know, yeah, and we still have this, and wars, and famine, and whatever. And he's like, yeah. But he was also relaxed. He couldn't escape being a bit of an arrogant about it, but it wasn't ill-intended. I could not feel ill-intentioned in him. He was just being very matter-of-factly. Yes, we are still part un-evolved back on earth compared to you. It was just a wonderful, gorgeous place, this planet. Incredibly green, because people lived in perfect balance, and people would build in perfect balance with nature. So I would say that mentality-wise, this was a fifth-dimensional civilization, right? And mind that people sometimes ask, but in order to ascend into 5D, won't we have to drop the body, die? And yes, that's in order for your full consciousness to transit into 5D. But when we say, when we talk about planets ascending, the planet is not going to ascend into the astral. The 5D happens inside you. It's our mentality that shifts into 5D evolutionary mentality, right? So when planet earth, this experience has also taught me that when planet earth ascends into 5D, it's not like we're all going to be spirit and consciousness. It's not like we don't have to die in order for that to happen, to die to the physical in order for that to happen. It's our mentality that will match the 5D vibration, right? Of things like sustainability, community life, and building a socioeconomic paradigm that is in accordance with the environment that we live in and that we are part of because we are not separate from nature. Because in 5D, the lifetimes, they are all parallel. There's no past, present, or future starting from 5D. In 4D, you can still have some sense of linearity, but in 5D, there's no linear time like here. Regarding the question of where these extraterrestrials were, I have to say I'm not 100% sure, but I feel where I've met their monads of consciousness, where I've met their souls, I feel like it could be always between the fourth and the fifth. I may have come across higher dimensional beings also, but I wouldn't know exactly which dimensions they were in because I didn't ask, simply because I didn't ask them. In some experiences, I feel very tangibly that I could feel that I was speaking to really advanced consciousness, really advanced civilizations, and beings which were probably astral beings and not physical beings. Those would be in the higher dimensions. For some reason, I'm being the number seven. I'm being given the number seven because ever since this happened to me, I also have these downloads, like someone is speaking to me, ever since I started having these experiences more profusely because I've had experiences before, but not like this. I'm getting the number seven, so some of the beings that I was in contact with, some of the people that I was in contact with, may have been seventh dimensional as well. I'm talking about incredible consciousness, like you communicate with them telepathically. Actually, starting from the 4D, you start communicating telepathically, but with some types of consciousness, their energy also is so different. Their vibration is almost hypnotic. I'm still, I'm in a daze, but I'm very inquisitive, so I'm still asking all sorts of questions. Funnily enough, I didn't ask them from which dimension they were, but when they said Saturn, I was like, no, excuse me, but Saturn is not inhabited, and then I start going, instead of allowing them to get back to me, I start going on a whole rampage, and I'm like, oh, wait a minute, it's not inhabited here, but could it be that you are from Saturn, but from another dimension of Saturn? And the lady, she smiles at me like, you got it. So, they're trying to tell me that they are from Saturn, but not from 3D Saturn, but from a higher dimension of Saturn, and again, I'm getting the number seven, so I feel like they could be seventh dimensional. I managed to put a lot of things together. As I narrate these experiences, I start getting downloads, and I feel like it's spirit, like it's my light mentors, my team of light mentors feeding me information, and when I tap, ever since I started having these experiences, when I tap into someone's energy, I get information. Like, if I were to really tap into your energy, I'll get details about your life, and it really freaks me out, or your history, or something about you, and these started happening ever since I started having these experiences in 2012. So, now that I've tapped into them, and as soon as you said higher dimensions, I'm like seventh dimension, oh, and I think these experiences, this couple, this specific couple, they're a couple, and they introduced me to their son, and when I saw the son, I noticed something very interesting also about these people. Their skin was thick, thick, thick, like I'd never seen, like human skin is not like that of any ethnicity. Their skin was so incredibly thick, that it's like marble, it looked like marble to me. Also, the color was very marble-ish, so they weren't Caucasian, like Caucasian people on earth. They were marble white. This to me was very insane, and I'm like, I have one point, I'm like, can I touch, and I'm touching one of their arms, and I'm like, it's so thick, and I could feel how thick the skin was, and marble white, incredible. So, you see, they look very human, but at the same time, very, very different, and there was something dense of density about them. I could touch the skin, so there was some degree of density, but at the same time, they were very astral. It was like dense astral bodies, if we can put it like that, if I can put it like that, but it's also so hard to try and find the words to describe these experiences and the things that we see on the other side. So, yes, I've seen higher dimensional beings, definitely. Now, I started researching. As the researcher that I am, I had to start researching, so not only did I look into the and started making notes into what quantum physics said about already consciousness, because there's already a subfield of quantum physics called the field of consciousness, the science of consciousness, and it's been a thing for a few decades now. A lot of people don't know this, but the science of consciousness is a recognized scientific field now, and I started also looking into New Age philosophy. I had to surrender to it, and I ran into a book called The Alchemy of the Nine Dimensions by Barbara Henkel that had been written in the 90s. I think the first edition is from 1993, where this lady describes 12 dimensions. This anthropologist woman was also incredibly interdisciplinarian like me. A lot of social scientists are very interdisciplinary like that, and I recognize myself in her as well. She's describing in accordance with her own astral projection and interviewing shamans, interviewing tribes people, and witch doctors from North American tribes. She understood that there are 12 dimensions, and sure enough, a lot of ancient witch doctors from ancient people, shamans all over the world, describe dimensions, and most of them more or less describe 12, 11 to 12. So to me, it made sense. The book is called Alchemy of the Nine Dimensions because she says that most of us go as far as the ninth dimension, and that the tenth, eleventh, and twelfth dimensions are the dimensions of what we call God, of the creator, of source. She speaks of how every single universe has its creator, and it's interesting that she speaks in those terms, every single universe. There are many universes, I'm asking while reading the book, and sure enough, I'm reading that book while quantum physics through string theory and M-theory is also beginning to talk about the possibility of their existing several universes and not just ours. It's what we call multidimensionality, right? And she says that every universe has a creator, has a source, and then there's a source behind that and behind that and behind that, and it turns into a whole yard that never seems to end. So I've never gone as far as those questions. I try to stick to what I've seen through my own experiences so that I don't lose my mind, literally, whilst going through the rabbit hole. And because that's the thing, once you start having these experiences, you need to practice a lot of grounding and a lot of earthing so that whilst you're, okay, I'm plugged into the quantum, getting all these astral experiences, but I need to ground myself so as not to lose it. So what happens after we die? Do we go to other dimensions before we reverse to this dimension? That's very much it. That's the sum total of it. But it also varies literally from person to person where you go to after this, right? And this is what I try to tell people is that it's not cookie cutter. There is definitely a process put in place by the light spheres, by what we call here the ascended masters that look after us. And because this is something else that people need to understand that we are not alone in this experience. We couldn't possibly be as rough as it is. We couldn't possibly be here in the density without having a team working with us. And I feel like I was given these experiences while I was in Hong Kong as well, remember, because I was feeling lonely. And I think that spirit also wanted to tell me, there's no reason for you to feel lonely. You are not alone. We are here with us and look at all of these experiences and things, and you can speak to us and go to other planets and things. So what happens after we die is one of many things. Let's say that you, this is the standard, you drop the body. And usually if you're not, if you are not too dense in vibration, you can see members of your astral family around you. Some people will, during NDEs, will describe these as angels or a family member that passed away, right? That helps you go to this other dimension. And in my experience, what I've come to realize is that you go to a lot of these astral cities, light astral cities that I've seen during my dreams, sometimes to spend some time because you like these places. You've been there before between lifetimes, like that astral city that I went to that looked like a Mughal India of sorts, an astral heavenly India. It was like a heavenly India. It was absolutely gorgeous, blinding. And you can see that the country of India was nothing but a projection of that, right? A dense projection of that. Apparently, I go to this place a lot between lifetimes. So you can go to an astral city of your choosing, a place that you've been to before, or a new place, depending on some new lesson that you have to learn. Because we are learning here, and we are learning there. For instance, the Christian idea is that you go to heaven, or you go to hell. It's not too far from reality, but it's more layered than that, and it's not as black and white as that. When the Christians speak of heaven, they're talking about the astral light cities that look very heavenly and absolutely beautiful and peace. So when you go to these places, you go to do a few things. To rest from this dense experience. I mean, we need it, right? When we're done with this, we need to rest. But also to learn. I've come to understand that a lot of these astral cities have things like schools, but not schools that you have to wake up at 8 a.m every morning to go to. No, you go to these places at your own pace. There are conferences. These are astral colonies, so we live lives there that are quite similar to these ones, but without the density, without the negativity, right? And it's the astral, so we are astral bodies, then those are the main differences. There are hospitals, energy hospitals, where you are healed energy, where you are healed energetically, sorry, by these light mentors, by these souls that are more advanced in consciousness awareness, and a few of them have developed healing skills. That's why we have healers on earth as well. Those healer souls that we have on earth, when they are in the astral realm, they continue to operate as healers, right? When they are in these astral cities. And what I've come to understand is that you start seeing these astral cities starting from the 5D, 5, 6, sometimes 7D, depending on your own level of consciousness, right? But most of them are in the 5D, these astral cities. And there are astral cities in the 6th dimension, 7th dimension, but because we are 3D, most of us go to the astral cities in 5D, right? Because it matches our level of consciousness better. We are not prepared for the higher dimensions yet when you are in 3D, when you are having the 3D experience. So, we go to heal, we go to rest, and we go to learn. About the future of humanity, yes, because I've had access to what here we would call future lifetimes. When we are in 5D, that's something else that I've noticed through my experiences, that when you are in 5D, time no longer exists in the sense that we know it here. It's no longer linear. And it's more like a computer cloud when you are in 5D, where you can literally access whatever time frame you want. Oh, let me look at that lifetime that I had in the 1500s in Europe. Okay, let me look at that lifetime that I had in the 1800s in Africa. Oh, okay. Now, let me look at that lifetime that I had in the 18th century in China as a fortune teller, which is my case. I remember that lifetime. Oh, okay. And then, oh, okay. Let me go to 2093. Oh, there's me having a lifetime on Earth again. That's the 5D. You can go back and forth. It's like the computer cloud, and you have access to all these files, right? It's very odd. It's not linear like here on Earth. But now you'd ask, but when you see the future, Selma, does it mean that the future is set on stone? No. And I told you that in another lifetime, I was a fortune teller in China, which is why in this lifetime, I was in China all this time. And I didn't know why, what am I doing in China? And I'm there. I lived in a city where it seemed like I was the only foreigner in this lifetime in China. So that was the pull that I had towards Asia and towards China because of this lifetime where I'd be the fortune teller there. And at one point, I'm looking also in China in this lifetime at these Yixing symbols. And Yixing is a Chinese fortune teller system. And I'm like, I know this. They look like coins, like metal. And I know this. So all of this to say that the fortune teller in me, because it's still here, I've read tarot cards since I was 20 years old in this lifetime as well, long before I knew about this past life. The fortune teller in me, so I've been a scientist in other lifetimes, but I've also been a esotericist, which is why in this lifetime, I'm trying to bridge both because I know that the truth lies in bridging those. The fortune teller in me tells me that the future is not set on stone. Any fortune teller, any card reader, tarot, letterman, whatever, the Yixing, any fortune divination system will tell you the future is not set on stone. We cannot make accurate predictions. That does not exist. Why? Because your future depends on your free will. If you do something today that you weren't planning on doing yesterday, that will shift, that will change your future. It's as simple as that. That's why usually when you go to fortune tellers like tarot readers, and you ask about the future, will I get married? Will I ever get married, right? This is the question that fortune tellers get a lot. The tarot reader, if it's a serious tarot reader, for instance, if it's a serious card reader, they'll say, let's read for the next year. Let's see, over the course of the next year, you will meet someone. Let's ask like that. Because you can't ask something for the rest of your life, because the future is not set on stone. But the nearby future, that we may be able to guess with some degree of accuracy, so long as you don't do anything that shifts it. A serious card reader will talk to you like that. A serious fortune teller will talk to you like that, right? And will approach the oracle with a time frame, whatever the oracle is, be it bones or coffee mugs or tarot cards. And there's truth to these oracles as well, I've come to understand. I've seen them on the other side. And when you handle things like tarot cards or bones or coffee mugs, there's an energy pattern going on. And your spirit guides are there, and they are manipulating the energy so that you draw the card that will, you know, show you what's going to happen in the next six months or the next year, whatever the time frame may be. So the future is not on stone, because it depends on your free will. I haven't seen all the future lifetimes that I've seen myself having in this planet. I've seen us here very much. I've seen the planet ascending into 5D. I've seen the planet as a regenerated school planet and the planet in regeneration. And I've seen the planet regenerating from something that had happened in the past again. So I asked spirit after seeing these lifetimes where the planet was regenerated. And where also there were very few human beings, there weren't many of us in my future lifetimes, the population has substantially decreased also. But that's mostly because the souls of density will get kicked out and won't be able to reincarnate into this planet anymore soon enough, because they won't be a match to the vibration of an ascended regenerating school planet. They will have to continue their dense vibration 3D experiences elsewhere, and that will be a whole other video, those souls. So that's why the population of the planet will decrease also substantially in the future, because only the souls that are matched to the 5D will stay here. And I asked spirit, why do I see the planet almost like starting over, like regenerating, these new societies looking so different? A planet that will be very focused on science and technology, that's what I see. I see human beings in the future being incredibly focused on science and technology, but also on the arts and culture and music. It will be science and technology first, and then the arts and creating. Architecture also, a lot of people creating new types of architecture. I've seen societies that will be incredibly sustainable, and where people will be more concerned about creating, and again will return to a more inquisitive thinking, where we will have huge leaps scientifically. But that's starting already, in the next few decades what I get is that science will give huge leaps, and actually string theory I've seen will be proven. Yay to Brian Greene and all those string theorists right now, who are quite desperate about the fact that they can't verify string theory. But very much like gravitational, Einstein's gravitational waves have been verified, like only a few years back, string theory is going to be verified as well. But it looks like we're regenerating from something, so has there been some kind of nuclear disaster? And what I get is that right now there's a high probability for a small, small nuclear situation. I've literally been shown this, one of my life mentors looked at me and did this, and he winked. But at the same time what I'm downloading from him is, it's a probability, strong probability, but for a minor nuclear thing, where minor he said, where there will be some population displacement. And then he showed me people coming from Europe to the south, people moving from some part of Europe into the south, like South America. He literally pointed like this, like there's a map, and he does this. So there'll be population displacement, there'll be shifts. But nothing that, I mean, you could tell me, but Selma, any nuclear thing is not minor, because you know, lives will be lost, and things of the sort. But if you look at the big equation, if you look at the big equation, and if you ask me, will people still be here after that? Oh, for sure, yes. We are like cockroaches, right? We survive everything and anything. There'll still be enough of us to keep going, and to regenerate, and to learn from that tiny little incident. Again, which is highly probable, but only probable. Again, until then, the decision makers have the power to not make it happen. If they change their minds, we may not even have that. But there's a, because in every single, but facts are that in every single future lifetime that I've seen, and I've seen three future lifetimes of mine, the planet seemed to have been recovering from something, and regenerating. But the way I see it is, if it has to happen for us to learn, and become a more evolved society, so be it. I've seen it, I've seen that being very avoidable. We are going to see more wars in the next few years. Like, you know, a bit of a war here, a bit of a war there, but not a big massive world war. I feel like we've learned that lesson. My message to you would be, this is the transition, this is the ultimate transition. What all those religious texts would call the apocalypse, this is it very much. So that's both the good news and the bad news. The bad news is that this is it, what a lot of religious texts would call the apocalypse. But the good news is that it's not the end of anything. It's only the end of the old, and the beginning, the start of the new. It's only the old having to crumble, so as to make way for the new. You have a tough job, because your job is to be right in the middle, right in the epicenter of that transition. So, but believe me, hang in there, because what you are doing right now with your lives, it may not feel like it, because you may feel like, I'm just surviving, I'm just paying rent, going to work. No, what you are doing right now, especially if you're watching videos like this, is that you are working on expanding your consciousness awareness.
