We Have A Confession, What REALLY Happened in LIPA (ft MARIKIT DANCE)

We have spent the majority of this day in this amazing hotel room which we love so so much. If this hotel wasn't as comfy as it is I don't think we would have spent all day here but the TV has Netflix so we've been watching The Crown. This is New Year's Day for us so this is how we've welcomed in the new year. A very very hungover day but we've been in this very comfy bed watching TV pretty much all day. We've just had a family quiz with my family back home for like new years. My grandparents were on there, my sister and her boyfriend, my mum and dad and my other sister and her boyfriend. A lot of people on a Facebook call. Hectic but a lot of fun. This evening we are off to, I love these chairs so much. I love these chairs. We're off to an Italian restaurant I believe which is owned by the same people who own the hotel and they've been very kind to take us down there but we're about to meet Mike and Nelly. We're about to, actually we need to go as always. Somehow, we've been in this hotel room all day loose, somehow I'm running a bit late. We're doing a quiz aren't we? We are doing a quiz. Fireworks, we have fireworks. We didn't actually, I don't even know if we filmed the New Year's Eve fireworks yesterday but there's been fireworks going on pretty much all day. I wonder if I can go out here. Evening, hi. I've got this outside little terrace here. Let's see if we can see any fireworks. I can hear them guys but I can't see them. It's still windy down here in Batangas, in Lipa. Very, very windy. I can't see any, oh my god, it's nice to have some fresh air. We've literally been inside the room all day. Isn't that nice? So, so different from Manila. It's cool here. It's windy, it's breezy, it's fresh. I actually feel like I need a jacket which I hardly ever say in the Philippines. Lucy, no, can I borrow yours actually please? Lucy is wearing a jacket. Our friends were saying last night that it gets, was it 14 degrees? They said it gets too hot sometimes which is so cold in the Philippines. I've never known that. So it'll be cool to experience that. Maybe they can text us when it's really cold again and we'll drive down. We'll drive down quickly just to stand in it. Ah, so nice. Is it? Where? It's gone now. How nice is it? So nice. Really nice. That would duck our heads a little bit. Yeah. Really cool building. So we've ordered an array of dishes. The first has come. Simple Caesar salad but it looks really good. We were just saying how we feel like the, explain it. You'll probably say it better. So this vase is huge. The proportions are really cool. Really nice atmosphere. It carries on from the hotel with like the arches and the black, like metal across the windows and stuff. And the terracotta, that's my favourite style and colour. And such like a serious like chat about the design. Usually you go to a restaurant and it's like more about the food. Yeah. But here it's like you're impressed as soon as you walk in. Yeah. Really low ceiling and we actually have to duck to get in here so it feels cool. Explain the proportions thing a bit because that's really cool. I was just saying how big that plant pot is. Yeah. And then how big that one is as well. It looks like everything's oversized or undersized. The plant pot makes that look small. The lamp makes that look huge. Yeah. And the low ceiling, it's cool. It was very quiet atmosphere in the restaurant and when you're like vlogging, sometimes you don't want to really be shouting and stuff. There's a thing that your hair's gone so funny. Has it? I don't know, it's just a thing. Yeah, vloggers do shout and sometimes when you're in a restaurant, you don't want to shout but we did have a really, really nice meal.
