SURPRISING HIM WITH A HOUSE ON HIS BIRTHDAY!!!

and so on his birthday we're gonna surprise him [Music] [Music] hi [Music] [Music] [Applause] here I'll help you up you could say happy birthday did here and I'll give you a big hug too come on so yes today is my birthday you know I want to see how old everybody thinks I am I'm gonna do a poll right now I do a few different ages I want to see how old you guys think I am or how young do you think I am yeah if you know don't send the answer you can say you know just don't say how old okay I want to get a good sense of how old people really think I am okay you guys I just talked to Jon into helping me clean up the house real quick on his birthday which he was not super happy about but it's because our realtor is coming in like she should be here any minute and we are going to so I have a contract for the house I've been talking to her so she's coming and so on his birthday we are gonna surprise him I've been going back and forth on stuff like run ahead with some of the things that he kind of wanted told her like let's just go for it let's get a contract and that's because we don't want to lose a lot okay we got the lot we don't want this off that's not to happen he's upstairs now we're trying to put him down for now that way excuse me okay you could just pull her hey Jon yes come downstairs per minute I gotta tell you something there's somebody here it's Michelle it's Michelle oh she does we're gonna thank you okay I know it's like hits money so it's kind of like you get a birthday present that you have the paperwork but excited wait till you see I told her to go ahead as elevation you wanted no you - yeah I did and after talking my dad I told her to go ahead with the third floor and the bathroom that might be something we need to talk about we did we're just going back and forth on it so we I went on the inside but I were going to turn in our paperwork so it's really official ready ready ready we got the goods we're here for the birthday contract delivery well you think Mary in you a new house yeah happy birthday dad okay this is where our key Jerome is doing right behind us we're so decided we sign the papers we're building a house it's gonna go on this lot the stakes are representing a different house because someone else was looking at the slot but we got it first good that's my birthday we got it first so let me tell you exactly what we're doing because this clearly is in a very good picture of it so we are gonna do a third car garage which will go somewhere around here John is walking back this is our yard you guys just gonna go all the way back to that fence from where I am it's like maybe where the back of our house will be all those expert John is is our yard I do want to have them stake it out because we're trying to decide between a couple of different elevations and so to do a certain one on them we have to set the house back further so obviously we'll lose a little bit of the yard which is not a big deal because we still have a lot so that's kind of where we're standing but we gain like maybe five to ten more feet like maybe five six seven more feet with the other elevation where we can put it closer so I would just like to see them stick it out just to see we've already made a choice we have seven days to kind of change our mind on that so we wanted to get the ball rolling on other things we went ahead and just like knowing that we're just kind of trying to sort everything out we are gonna have a third floor with a bathroom so that's gonna be amazing for the kids something I think we really will need especially as they get a little bit older you know another space it's a little quieter then it's gonna have what is a five bedrooms turtle yeah it has a big rec room and then a loft area is slash office it has a rec room a loft it has a study a K office I think we might use the third car garage s studio space and I don't know we're trying to decide on some other things like adding windows we obviously have a budget that we need to work within so we're just trying to throw it all out there and then take off what is not the most important if that means that's not one sided yeah so all right we're gonna go so we can grab some dinner something to make for dinner tonight for the kids we need to pick up a cake because it's his birthday happy birthday we bought a house hey thanks so much for watching if you want to make sure you don't miss any of our videos click follow follow again and then tap see first to make sure you stay up-to-date on what's going on with our family remember
