SURPRISE GETAWAY!!! She did NOT expect this gift!

I'm doing something crazy I planned a surprise getaway and I know she knows I would never plan anything like this which is why it's crazy that I'm planning something like this today's Danielle's 30th birthday she doesn't think we have anything planned we're going to dinner tonight that's what all she knows she's like oh we're gonna dinner great that's what we do every year but it's her 30th birthday this year I wanted to make it really special for her so I planned a surprise getaway I'm freaking out about it because she doesn't know I've been planning this for like a week and a half two weeks now and I know she knows I would never plan anything like this which is why it's crazy that I'm planning something like this so this is how I'm doing it got a card I'm just gonna put our hotel reservation print it out and slide it in there and give this to her right at dinnertime so I'm excited this is like two weeks of planning coming to fruition so here we go okay Danielle's feeding the baby so I'm taking this opportunity to sneak out with all our stuff and put it in our car we're leaving now it's about to be go time she's good happy birthday you picked a card because I remember on Valentine's Day you said that they were all ugly. Oh my gosh I didn't even think about clothes! I packed you clothes. and I packed just stuff for the baby and everything that I think we need and if we did something I just just get it while we're out. okay I'm still a little nervous is gonna do it me too ok that doesn't make me feel any better we're just gonna do it well I was gonna go like to the mountains or something like that but I was like you know what I like we'll just stay local do a little staycation if you will so if anything goes wrong we're right down the street and we can go home if we need to but hopefully everything goes well so that's the plan okay I feel excited I feel a little nervous leaving the kids always makes me a little nervous but I do feel like I'm finally at a place of like being maybe I need it yes you said it like 3 or 4 times in the last week and I was like YES I'm making the right decision. I feel like I've been saying that a lot I just want... well this is your birthday weekend extravaganza and this is just the beginning of it the melting pot we ate at melting pot okay I like that now especially because I've always wanted a birthday weekend. Does your mom know to message us if she needs anything? yes I will text her tonight too and just make sure that if you have anything that needs to be said we can send it over. Are you happy? Well let's go Where we going? the Renaissance yep North Hills yeah okay next stop the Renaissance in North Hills two nights guys. it says two nights! and it's amazing how many grown-ups are oh my goodness look at that look at that there's no kids in here looking at some of the good stuff babe it's look at this room Wow yeah look at that oh my gosh oh my gosh it's big quiet and baths are my love languages they baby that's gonna be hungry but all my goodness okay I want to like I just took a shower today I want a shower this is awesome this I'm like officially about a thousand times more excited very nice hotel I said Barry my voice went all crackly because I'm like excited this is why all these adults are up late they're all party so I picked this area because it's North Hills Renaissance Hotel and there's like shops and all kinds of stuff around here so we can kind of like just hang out we don't have to drive anywhere if we don't want to we can literally do exactly what I said I always like I just want a day you know during the day or we can go just do whatever like in my head that looks like going shopping walking to just stores that I could never go with my kids in tow and we just don't have enough time when we have a sitter for two hours like right this is literally my dream I couldn't even have thought of it cuz I didn't think of it I couldn't remember thought of this thank you thank you something I'm just so excited I'm a million times excited now lit this is gonna be the most epic staycation well we're here for two days so let's enjoy it all right guys well thanks for hanging out with us I think I did a good surprise you know good surprise at first I wasn't sure how I felt about it okay I'm gonna be honest here I was putting on a happy face for the camera because I was like you know how I feel about this it stresses me out a little but being here and really thinking about it on the drive or like I can just text your mom whatever yeah she needs anything we're close enough like Hello that's the benefit of a staycation if you'd been like working on mountains I would be like no we're not considered um no we're not but yeah I want to worry this is way better oh this is amazing and like I say even just walking in the doors here like I any like anxiety that I felt about it he's gone I was checking just there to see if there was a little bit it's nothing there's not all right it's exact well I'm gonna cut off because I'm ready to enjoy this so we'll see you guys next video make sure you see the next video because there's another surprise yet to come that she is most likely completely unaware of so surprising or - thank you remember
