to pick up some coffee beans to get a nice bit of a walk in it's very hot already it's still morning time but it's super warm today and uh oh so it's supercar sunday again today there's a few just here got an m2 leading the way is it going to pull off fast this is the newest model wow it's so so nice cool yeah we're heading to arabica in a bit to get some beans i need to get some potassium fertilizer for my tomato plants it's like adulting 101 with lucy someone told me that my tomatoes might not be growing plants because no might not be growing flowers and actually fruits firstly because it's growing too tall so i need to snip the top i'll show you when we get back later but maybe also because there's no fertilizer in it i've just used like normal soil so i'm going to try this out i'd love to be able to grow my tomatoes the plant is super tall so it's definitely like growing well but there's certain conditions it needs to actually bear the fruits so fingers crossed well there's some like classic cars here you can hear it already so cool i love it imagine doing a road trip in this around the philippines oh one each that'd be amazing that'd be awesome good morning good don't know if the yellow the yellow clashes we'll get you a different color super nice though so i found a fertilizer here i didn't find one that just said potassium but this is 14 potassium so i feel love you and tagalog no tell [Music] we all love each other nice to come out for coffee today is like bittersweet because around this time my parents were due my mom and dad were due to fly to the philippines and spend three weeks with us here in the philippines and obviously everything that's been cancelled so we don't know i don't i can't say it's like today to this date because they never even got as far as booking flights but september was going to be the month that my mum and dad finally after years of us talking about the philippines they watch all the vlogs they've seen us traveling from the start we go home we talk about the philippines we it's all we talk about um and they were both so excited to come out here and see a little bit of our lives here we had like plans on where to take them we were going to do a road trip like a road trip because my dad grew up in canada and i want to show him like the north of cigar and the trees mountains i want to show them all of that we were going to do like a beach island trip and we had this three weeks kind of like planned we were getting excited for it but that's what happens in life you can't you can't plan for these things we're not going to get too upset we're going to hopefully do it next year yeah so yeah it's a bit strange mom dad if you're watching you will get here one day we'll show you around we'll take you to this coffee shop we'll bring you right here or get a coffee yeah imagine having them here like how crazy that would feel walking around like just showing them lucy and i's life we obviously have friends here but um for people at home it would be so interesting to show people at home friends and family i mean our life here if you've been watching the videos you know that also my sister and her boyfriend were due to come to the philippines in april may april may so that trip got cancelled and now in this september trip for my parents that's also been cancelled when all this happened i i thought like maybe your sisters and mike's would have still happened let alone this one i didn't think yesterday we'll be in this for this long so um i'm gonna give him a call later and say hi catch up everyone home we miss you i miss you so much yes and we're looking forward to seeing you when we can amazing thank you right on time beautiful coffee here this morning also picked up another kilogram of beans because we got through like a whole kilogram of beans in under two weeks which we've been told is quite fast for two people but we do drink a lot of coffee also the lamborghini we just saw turns out that it belongs to a friend of ours the guy we met um on our one of our supercar sunday videos first one the first ever one like probably a year i don't know maybe not a year ago oh yeah over a year ago i'd say um we chat on instagram maybe january and we bumped into him he was having breakfast and coffee with his friends so if you're watching good to see you i said we can maybe do some car content very soon and get out and about a little bit more so that would be very very cool also another guy's just started a youtube channel he had an insane car as well so far this sunday is going very well seeing some great cars we've had a nice walk in the sunshine done some exercise and we've had some coffee all that's missing is some food but lucy's on that we also got some fertilizer yeah that was cool as well oh hot hot hot i think i might got some there in that like hour we were walking around for but just got back and george is doing a washing up woohoo reluctantly luckily as we always moans about um i'm going to quickly show you what charm from arabica gave me so it's this here oh wow it looks so good it's a chili garlic oil from her new company that started yesterday she started sending this on instagram so go and check out the instagram just here to put an order in she sold out on the first day so it's going very well which i'm really really pleased for her and she also gave us some dumplings because apparently it's a perfect match for like dumplings and ramen and stuff also some by watson's got some bleach for the toilet lovely and some conditioner so just made us a little omelette nice cheese and some raw onion in there looks good so i'll show you guys now how huge this tomato has got there's actually two plants here uh i need to i think i need to repot it because the two are very close to each other you see here they're the two uh like root uh the stems that go into the root to the bottom um and they're like winding around this and i've tried to help them like stay upright by tying them onto this um plastic thing and then because because it wasn't tall enough i've now with a bit of sparkly ribbon attach it to the air conditioning unit which now hangs down and then again it can kind of grow into it's kind of growing up again um but apparently if it's uh if it's growing too tall and focusing on growing too tall the nutrients in the plant focus on that they don't focus on growing the fruit so i need to chop it a little bit so that it can focus back down on the fruits and also i've got the fertilizer here i'm just going to pop some into the soil and turn it around a bit hopefully and then one day what was that sounded nice whatever that was um hopefully this will help and we can get some actual tomatoes soon [Music] it smells so bad so apparently i have to put tablespoon in like three inches away from the root and then mix it around [Music] crazy all right it's a few hours later now guys we've come out we're meeting mike nelly for dinner this evening heading to they're gonna let's go yes thank you we're we're heading to la pacara who have a new menu so we're gonna go and try out some of that meet mike and nelly have a nice little sunday evening i thought you said try out some of that meat like no i did not say that it does feel like more of a saturday night for some reason because we've dressed up i think yeah very busy here lucy's got a really nice outfit on thanks [Music] nice dress with the blue zara shoes that she picked up i've gone standard all black with the white trainers if in doubt all black okay we've just arrived and we've been greeted with this you're not ready to see what i'm about to show you [Music] it's a white russian apparently with coffee on oh yeah i'll pop it up here basically because it's a face the instagram filter works on it and it looks really creepy but i'm gonna give it a go nice yeah it tastes christmassy for some reason oh yeah that's nice what is this one white restaurant no that's fine okay very nice apparently this is a mysterious drink because you can't see what's in it yeah it's not a vase but literally i've got no clues so it's for people who don't know what to order so they get this i don't know what that is i couldn't even tell you cool no idea is it nice [Music] [Applause] [Music] keep my yeah light teeth on my brain you like to put it up shiny came through she like a big night like crispy eggplant the potatoes this place is really known for tapas these are some new menu items i love food thank you and cheese so much i love food it's all
