I'm writing Jimmy plates because like George said earlier we had three workouts for this morning that totin around one hour we did one and a half of these workouts and then we were just so hungry we kind of felt dizzy and faint so we were like let's cut it here grab some breakfast and so I made the pancakes and then we've got the shower and ready but we said we would get on with some work now and do some filming do some editing get some stuff ready for tonight's video and then maybe tonight we're gonna finish off these workouts but if I'm wearing the clothes I feel like I kind of have to so that that's the thought process behind why I'm wearing a gym outfit today because it means that then don't have to get changed to current major it sounds ridiculous but I feel like it might help quick weather check today absolutely boiling it's really warm it's like 3637 but my phone I think it's like 38 degrees today but my phone says it feels like 43 or something it's crazy nice blue skies a little bit of cloud and yeah that's today's weather check we did actually get some news this morning we're on this telegram app thing that gives us all the updates the ec cube and everything going on and metro manila has been the east ezq it's been extended for another 15 days but it's now a modified e CQ which means 50% of like some workplaces can start working again at 50% of the staff in the workplace it is but in terms of for us it hasn't really changed anything like you can still only go out for getting essentials for groceries and medical supplies you harness that got four runs and stuff so it's pretty much the same thing for us so that's now until the end of May so then at that point I did a little count on my calendar it would have been quarantine for 78 days so it's gonna be at least that and then I can I should imagine that after that it would then be either extended or gcq and like a modified gcq and then that's it I guess I don't know that I don't know how long these little extra things will be I don't know what to expect really I think it might be another couple of months it's my prediction of some sort of lockdown whether it fits or might look more relaxed and actually eat one meal is William stuff so good today we're going to show you where we're buying our groceries from in this quarantine because we feel like we've got it quite a pre nailed now yeah we've done it quite well I think in terms of where to get what from yeah we're not going to go out as much yeah and how much things cost as well we're going through prices for things every actual just like a six o'clock updated weather check oh my god the Scot I'm going to show you the contrast right now okay look at the colour of me yeah there's a really weird so many so guys look of giving it away but look here look how lovely and blue that is and a pink as well on in the clouds and then we slowly get more cloudy I've got some yellow stuff and then the darkest cloud ever it's really really really stormy I hope we get an insane storm I think we will if you've been asking for like an updated grocery shopping haul slash how much things cost so I'm gonna do that now go through what's in our fridges that might might go through some prices where I've got some stuff from and like we said earlier I thought that we've kind of gotten better during this quarantine we I haven't been to Ruston's for weeks and weeks now actually because we've been ordering a lot of stuff online which obviously better the less going outside the better I guess in the situation so once that time I have for going on so we have an order that comes from hi Fred we dissolved fruit and vegetable supplier and have you work with and who and we spend 1,200 pesos per week and we get a load of fruit and veg that that basically I mean we're waiting on a delivery in a couple of days so we're kind of getting a bit lucky but normally it fills up a whole one of these and it also often overflows into this part just here we've got a few just random things here like some pesto it just great for our pesto pasta we make some big eggs and some chilies and stuff in there lots of loads of beer actually it's Lares and we've got some cheese and some mustard and stuff but I want to just go through some prices with you guys because I do to a landed shop recently and they were able to deliver I mean it was literally like two days or something it was quite a quick turnaround let me try and find make an email so I can get the prices up and I think we did a line of delivery quite as soon after this lockdown began many screens ago and got a few things from Landers and that I can find here but I think that we did one a while ago and literally like less than a half of the stuff came but this time everything apart from one item Keynes I think it's getting a little bit better now we've got some almond milk from Nana's we've got two of these I normally like the one that is just like no flavor at all just like normal but still unsweetened but I only have vanilla available and that was two hundred and fifty pesos for two of them and we get this this isn't Landis this is just directly from Holly's it's our favourite milk to use for our coffees and we get this and we messes these people on Facebook and then then we send a grab to them to pick it up so it's a bit of a lengthy process but it's worth it we normally get like two one litres at a time and it's whole milk and we just yeah we arranged that through Facebook the eggs were around 120 pesos for six eggs and we got two lots of them because we get through quite a few eggs and in this cupboard just here we've got some other bits including some pasta we've actually had my sis already put some penne pasta and they were quite low on time so to be honest so this was actually the only one they had left so we described there was 119 pesos for a quite a big bag it was like 2 here and then we also got some different sauces these are great for spaghetti bolognaise and stuff like that and they were 150 pesos each these oats for 100 each these are great for our porridge and smoothies and I hope you can see it's okay we also managed to get this huge 2 litre extra virgin cold-pressed olive oil and that was like think 600 so it's quite expensive but it's really good for the high quality stuff and it's a huge quantity as and then another company we've started using is rare food and they deliver frozen meat and seafood so we got one kilogram of ground Angus beef so 660 pesos which looks like this much is here and this makes up like quite a few portion so I'd its frozen I cook it well in one go and then it will make it last us like two or three days like the portions which is good and we also got two kilograms of 210 which is like this one here and this is huge and it lasts ages and ages and this was 625 days then we got some beef steak just here which was 245 for this much which is about 500 grams and then we also got one kilogram of pork if these pork today it's too lots of this size for that price these are really good they're like thick juicy pork steaks and it could got really reunited in the pan I'm just kind of it price-wise is to give you an idea of so we've got a few other bits at Landers there just to give you an idea and I'm really pleased if you've been able to find these ways of shopping like this and getting stuff delivered so that we don't have to actually go out and of course it's great to support these local businesses as well that do these smaller deliveries and we might do another bread delivery soon for that company we mentioned a few blocks ago and you know that's kind of it so I'm gonna finish my workout now the workout that we missed earlier we're gonna pop it back on the TV and do the second half of it which is unlike us to actually do something that we're gonna say we're gonna do like that normally I feel that I will finish the workout later we just won't so wear any outfit all day has definitely worked but when I'm crackin with that now and then I think we're gonna have some dinner [Music]
