As you know, my friends, I have been recently talking a lot about the longevity practices
extending what we call health spine, making our final exit from this so-called physical body
through salivary or transcendence without any disease or even manipulations.
There are several practices that can potentially help extend body spine and health spine.
And here are a few.
Number one, regular exercise, engaging in regular physical activities such as aerobic exercise, strength training,
my favorite, yoga, and improve body vascular health and strengthen muscles and bones and boost overall well-being.
Number two, healthy diet, consuming a balanced diet that is rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats
that provide essential nutrients and antioxidants that support cellular health and reduce the risk of chronic disease.
In my opinion, a diet that has maximum diversity of plant-based foods is the best.
Number three, stress management. Chronic stress can have detrimental effects on health.
Practicing stress management techniques like meditation, deep breathing exercises, or engaging in hobbies or activities
that bring you joy and relaxation can help reduce stress levels and improve overall well-being.
Number four, quality sleep. Getting sufficient and restful sleep is crucial for overall health.
Establishing a relaxing bedtime routine and ensuring a comfortable sleep environment can promote better sleep and contribute to longevity.
Five, social connections. Maintaining strong connections and engaging in meaningful relationships can provide emotional support,
reduce feelings of loneliness, and improve mental health, which can positively impact overall well-being.
Then there are mind-body practices like meditation, mindfulness, tai chi, yoga, that not only help reduce stress,
activate the vagal nerve, improve mental clarity, enhance emotional well-being, and promote a sense of inner balance and harmony.
Okay, now that's very standard, by the way. Nothing new, okay? Absolutely nothing new.
But I have also written two books. One is called Ageless Body, Canless Mind, which is a quantum approach,
a consciousness-based approach to what I call an ageless body, canless mind.
And I've also written another book, No Younger, Live Longer, which is a universal journal where you can get available and read every book.
But now I want to take you through something that is not usually addressed in most of the literature I see,
that is the metabolism of time, okay? So I want to share with you what that experience can be,
how to slow down the metabolism of time, and also how we can actually experience timeless awareness and find the true source of all experience as unbounded and timeless.
Okay, so basically what I'm saying is that if you really want a consciousness-based approach to extend lifespan and healthspan, it is necessary to slow down the metabolism of time.
There's a Vedic phrase that I've quoted it many times, time is the consumer and we are its food.
So how can we slow down the metabolism of time? This can be achieved by practicing consciousness meditation, mindfulness, becoming aware of sensations, feelings and thoughts,
but then identifying with the witnessing awareness, which is timeless.
When we make that our internal reference point, self-referral, the formless being that we are, the witnessing transcendent being that we are,
then we can transcend the fluctuations of time and tap into the self-regulating, self-organizing and self-evolving nature of consciousness.
So if you're ready, let's sit down and quietly practice a meditation in a timeless body.
Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to relax your body and mind.
Just by observing the breath, your body and mind will relax.
Now bring your attention to your breath. Notice the sensation of the breath as it enters and leaves your body.
Shift your focus to the present moment. Be aware of what we call now and then become aware of any sensations, feelings, thoughts or images that arise.
Allow them to come and go without judgment or attachment.
Now gradually expand your awareness to include your body as a whole. Follow it.
Become aware of your body as a whole. Notice any areas of tension or discomfort and gently release them with each exhale. Breathe into these areas of discomfort.
Now bring your awareness to the space of witnessing awareness within you. Identify with that which is witnessing this process.
Consider yourself as the silent observer of your thoughts, emotions and physical sensations.
As you continue to observe, notice that these experiences arise and pass away in the realm of time, but the witnessing awareness remains constant and timeless.
Stay in this state of mindful awareness for as long as you wish, allowing yourself to experience the peace and stillness of your consciousness.
When you are ready to end the meditation, gently bring your awareness back to your breath and slowly open your eyes.
Now remember that consistency and regular practice are the key to experiencing this meditation and its benefits.
So enjoy your meditation journey, but in any time, put your stress or have the experience of time grazing.
Shift your awareness from that which is time bound to that which is timeless.
I hope you enjoyed this. Give me a feedback.
