I still remember who we are, who we are, as we stare into the sun.
I can't believe we've come so far.
And there we are, I still remember who we are, who we are.
Now these days have come and gone.
We've given everything we've got.
And there we are, I still remember.
Look at you. It's the birthday guy and the baby sitting in high chair.
Hey, I was doing my birthday dance.
I'm sorry, go ahead.
Go ahead.
The EPS guy is like, he's doing his birthday dance, I've got to get him.
Oh, look at all that stuff. What is all that?
It's a thing that says glass.
Guys, I love mail day.
It looks like we got our diapers and I got something else that I can't wait for my Unliving team and I'm so excited.
Okay, come on, Tyler, Judy, bring that in.
Put it down in the playroom.
I see, you can do that. Put it down.
They're looking. Put it in the playroom.
Alright, put that in the playroom.
This?
Yep.
Is it my birthday present?
No.
Put that one in Jude's hands as your birthday present.
Judy, you're going to give daddy his birthday present?
Oh my goodness.
Whoa, at least I didn't have to wrap it.
Be careful with that.
Look!
What is it, daddy?
It's my Copa Evo Vanilla moisturizing shampoo.
Okay, he really did ask me for some shampoo.
But this one is a surprise present.
What is this?
Oh, would you look at that?
Hey, cool dude.
Look at that, it's got roller balls and everything in there.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, do you know what it is?
It's my Active and Fit Kit.
Active and Fit Kit.
Wrap up your workout with each of our panel of Young Living brand ambassadors and athletes
that's come together to design the first of its kind fitness kit,
which includes Cool and Zool Sports Gel,
Peppermint Vitality,
and Copa Evo Bar.
So, John has been running, you guys have seen that.
He's been going running in the morning and Young Living has a ton of
like, workout stuff, like pre-workout, post-workout, they have supplements,
they have protein powder, like all the stuff.
But I found this Active and Fit Kit and so I was like, that is perfect.
It's the perfect little patch for him to take to use the oils before he runs
and then after he's done running, like during his cool-out period.
And so I thought you would love it and I hope you do.
I do, I got Cool and Zool.
He's not going running again until Friday.
I went running today.
I know, I wish you would have come.
This morning.
Well, yeah, or yesterday, so you could have.
I had to pay for like, two-day shipping on this.
Oh my goodness.
But it shows you, look, where to put each of the oils and what part of the body they would support.
That's cool.
Super cool.
Yeah, it's a nice case.
Look, it's a super manly case.
It's my man case.
And you can put the roller bottles right on.
My man oils.
Yeah.
Thieves, Copa Evo, Peppermint, Narcy.
And these little roller bottle cups.
I'm Gary Young, and I'm being an essential oil.
And I'm wearing a cowboy hat.
What is that?
It's Daddy's.
It's for his running.
Yeah.
Yeah, that's a birthday present to Daddy from you guys.
What do you think?
It's so pretty, those oils.
It's oils?
Does it smell good?
Yeah.
It smells like peppermint, huh?
That's not air.
Oh, it's fire.
Where?
I think we should like scan this picture, and then I'll do like, we'll do a video of
my mouth, and I'll talk like I'm Gary Young, and then I'll impose it on his face and make
a video out of it.
Hi, I'm Gary Young, creator of Young Living Essential Oils.
Essential oils are awesome, and so am I, because I made them.
So, I got Adelyn some new diapers.
I love these designs, you guys.
I went back to the hearts, and then I got Everly some more diapers and wipes.
Parasol diapers, a couple people had asked me about them.
I actually have, they have a referral program, and it's like $20 off, like if somebody uses
your link, whatever, you get $20, and they get $20, so we did pay for these.
These were not free, but I'm going to put the referral link just in case anybody does
want them.
You can get $20 off, and then you can share it with your friends, and then you can get
another $20, and they can get $20.
Anyway.
Okay, and then this last box, it's like a really random, I know you don't even know,
do you?
I know exactly what it is.
Not just because I ordered it, but because I know what it is.
That doesn't make any sense.
I think that's why, that's exactly why you know what it is.
I didn't have the shipment notification, but as soon as I saw the box, I was like, oh yeah,
I remember.
I know what that is.
Oh yeah, I remember that I ordered that.
I remember what this is.
It's glass.
It's just pieces of glass.
Watch out.
What is this?
Watch out.
Don't look.
Alright, close your eyes.
Close your eyes.
Ta-da.
Look at these little cleaner bottles.
So, there's a lock too.
So, we are actually putting, we're going to put vinyl on these, and these are for all
my new Young Living team members.
I'm going to mail it out with these cleaner.
Super exciting.
I have these welcome packets I'm putting together I'm trying to mail out.
Like that's, I don't know, you guys might not even care.
But, this is like what I'm doing in my life.
What I'm spending my time on.
And so, I haven't been able to do it because I'm waiting for all this stuff to come in.
So, yay.
Another piece of the puzzle.
I just want to like spoil the people on my team.
I just want to like, you know, be friends and like spoil them and just make it fun and
awesome and a cool like adventure together.
So, I'm excited.
I know, it's like a bunch of glass bottles and we're probably like, okay.
But I'm really excited.
John's like, okay.
He's even looking at me like, great day.
But, I'm excited.
That's all.
That's all that matters.
Good morning everybody.
Hope you're having a great day today.
Um, we are all up.
Danielle's getting the other kids dressed.
Bringing them downstairs.
Um, got some stuff to do today.
I got to go to the post office.
We have some things to send out that have been waiting to be sent out for a long time.
And today's the day to make sure they get going because I'm so bad about that.
I just don't like going to the post office all the time.
You do?
We're going to make pancakes.
So, let's not crack the eggs just yet, okay?
Okay.
Let's make pancakes.
Careful, that's hot.
So, I wanted to show you a real life parent moment that all of us have experienced at
one point or another.
Um, this is just like, this is called, this is called things are crazy, life is crazy,
and I don't have time for this right now.
Check it out.
Tyler, calm down.
That's another thing we got to get done today.
The dishes.
The rest of the house isn't too bad, but.
See.
But the dishes are looking cray cray.
And kind of gross.
But I just wanted to show you a real life parent moment to show you we're real people
too.
Because we have dishes piled up sometimes.
Not all the times.
Not most times.
But sometimes we just do.
Y'all say good morning.
Say good morning, Evelyn.
That's her Patsy.
Adelene.
Is that her Patsy?
Can you say good morning?
Say good morning.
What are you doing?
Mommy's sweeping up all the food we got on the floor from dinner, and dinner's passed.
Oh my goodness.
Alright, I gotta get some more of this.
Uh oh, what happened?
She said her ear hurts when she swallows.
Oh yeah, she did say her ear was hurting earlier.
Um, so I'm about to make some pancakes for these kids.
We like to use our Nest Fresh free range non-GMO eggs.
They're kind of expensive, but that's what Daniela likes to do.
And I like to do that too.
Certified, humane, raised, and handled.
Don't want no nasty hen eggs, you know what I'm saying?
Adelene is putting Everly's makeup on.
Are you putting makeup on Everly?
You're so sweet.
Oh, thank you.
Thank you.
You gonna put it on Everly?
Yeah.
Put it on.
She's so cute.
Oh, all done?
I saw her carrying all the makeup in there, and I was like, what is she doing?
And I thought that might be what she's doing, and it was, and she's so sweet.
So sweet.
Here, I got something else you can use.
Let her have it, Tyler, don't take it away.
Go ahead and tell everybody what you're doing.
How you took over my pancake job.
What's more fun, to wash the dishes?
Lies.
Judy.
It's hot, look.
See the butter melted?
That's because it's very hot.
Double trouble.
Hey, hey.
People are sleeping.
Don't do that.
When people are sleeping?
Uh-huh.
Let me see.
How do you do it?
You do that when people are sleeping?
Uh-huh.
Double trouble's at it again.
Now it's my turn.
Now it's your turn.
It's my turn.
Adelene, it's Judy's turn, get up.
Let Judy have a turn.
You're gonna push Judy?
Here, let's push Judy.
Here, watch.
Judy, get in.
Get in, Judy.
Now you push Judy.
Push.
Put your feet up, Judy.
Put them up, Judy, put your feet up.
There you go.
Oh no, right into the wall.
Oh, just barely missed it.
Oh my goodness, there's a police officer.
Judy, it's a police officer.
All right, so I'm heading to the post office now.
Daniel's staying here with the girls.
We have like three things that need to be sent out today.
They're all things that needed to be sent out like over a month ago,
if not like two months ago.
We're just really bad about sending stuff out.
I think it's because I hate going to the post office.
It's literally like all I can do when I think about going to the post office is in my head,
right now think about going to the post office.
What did you just think about?
See, when I think about going to the post office,
I think about long lines.
I think about having to get all my stuff packed up in a box,
shipping it out.
It just takes time.
The bug on me.
It takes time, and right now time is a precious commodity.
I feel like I don't have enough time in my day,
so going to the post office is annoying,
but when you got to send stuff out, you got to send stuff out,
so that's where we're going now.
Let's see what this line's looking like here today.
Here we go.
Line's not too bad at all today.
It's all in your head, I guess.
It's usually really not that bad ever,
but now I have to do all this,
but then probably by the time I'm done with it,
I'll have a full line.
I'm pretty sure I forgot my wallet.
I can't freaking believe I did that,
and there's freaking road construction on the way here,
so it took forever to get here.
This is why I don't come to the post office.
Yep, so unless it's in the car, I forgot my wallet.
Luckily, they were nice enough to let me just take the stuff with me,
and I can pack up at home and send it out.
What you eating?
My sun chips, foe.
My veggie chips.
Here, she's trying to share them.
And my friends,
that is exactly why things don't ever get shipped out around here.
That's not the first time I've gone to the post office
and forgotten either what I needed to send
or money to send it with.
That's my life.
Can't get anything done except for my wife.
Just kidding.
Love you, babe.
Nope, what?
The only form of safe sex is no sex, people.
It's true.
At least for us.
Hey.
Hey, guys.
It's me.
I'm just here to say it's been a crazy day.
The girls have just been bickering today,
so we've kind of just not had the camera up
because we've been dealing with that.
You go to that corner.
Anyway, yeah, we're in that season again.
Can't wait for school to start.
And it's kind of like ebbs and flows, you know,
where I feel like some days that they're, like, fine,
they get along really great,
and then some days they really don't.
So we're, like, alternating, okay, watch a show,
then go outside and play, watch a show,
go play somewhere else.
Like, just trying to keep things moving today
because John is working, and I'm working on some stuff.
I have a live video that I'm getting ready for.
And so, yeah, we're just trying to keep the flow going,
keep them doing different things
so that they're not getting bored and then fighting.
But we are trying to do that on the weekends now.
We're trying to, like, recommit our weekends
just to family time
and just make, like, a cleaner line between home and work,
especially since we work from home.
So it always kind of complicates things.
Like, a lot of people are like,
I wish my husband was home so much.
I wish they were so flexible, blah, blah, blah.
But sometimes it's harder.
I think because John being here,
the girls, like, for whatever reason,
their neediness amplifies by, like, 10.
And it's not just needing him because he's here.
It's, like, also me.
And then I'm trying to keep them away from him.
And then, I don't know, it just gets crazy.
So I love having him here and I love the flexibility.
But I do think some days it makes it a little bit harder.
Yes, what's going on with you guys?
I'm thinking we should do a question and answer video soon
because I feel like it's been a long time.
So leave your questions below if you have any.
If you're new here, leave your questions below.
Let me just answer one ahead of time
because I know you're going to ask.
I drive because I get car sick.
And it's just easier for John to reach back and help the kids.
Because he's taller than me, his arms are longer,
and he doesn't get really nauseous if he turns around in the car.
So that's why I always drive.
I knew you were going to ask it.
I read your mind.
Look at this baby.
She's so happy.
Let's show them our baby.
Aww.
What'd you think, Everly?
Aww.
You're such a sweet sister.
Oh my goodness.
Look at those toes.
So sweet.
So cute, huh?
We have not rescheduled their well checks yet
because we've been so busy.
We have so much to do.
I need to get Tyler in for a physical.
We still need to tour another school and just see.
We thought we made a decision.
We still are undecided in case anyone was wondering.
It's still up in the air.
I haven't filled out the application for the private school.
It's $100 just to apply.
We applied for a $35 fee for a financial aid application.
I don't know.
Before I turn in that application and pay that money,
I want to make sure.
I think we're going to go look at the other two public schools in the area
and just see what we think.
We would have to drop Tyler off between 8 and 8.15,
and then the other girls can't get into the school until 9.
Then we would pick them up at 1,
and Tyler would be at school until 2.45.
It wouldn't be so bad if it was one of the schools right near our house
because it would take a minute.
Are you kidding me?
I get to stay for a little longer at school?
I get to stay there a little longer after you pick them up?
I stay there for a little longer?
It's a different school.
Oh, yeah.
Tutti Frutti.
Tutti Frutti, if you climb over the back of my couch like that,
you're going to be in trouble.
Then you're going to have a booty.
They think furniture is a jungle.
Anyway, it would be hard.
If they were here, if she were at one of the public schools,
they're a lot closer.
Instead of taking 30 minutes to go pick her up
or having to kill time just waiting,
it would just be a minute.
Maybe five or ten.
That's me.
What do you mean?
Are you getting grumpy?
Hi.
There's a smile.
You're so sweet.
Anyway, that's what's going on today.
Not a whole lot.
Just a lot of thinking, planning, making notes.
I have to keep making lists.
If I don't make a list of something,
I will forget it in a heartbeat right now.
My brain is mush.
There's way too much information being processed all the time.
I'm trying to give Evelyn some tummy time.
She hasn't had a lot of tummy time.
I think she needs some.
She needs to work on her muscles.
She might not like it, but we're going to lay her down
and see how she does.
Want to try it?
Let's get it in.
Hello, baby girl.
Hi.
Hey.
Oh my goodness.
There you go.
There's my big girl.
There you go.
Hi.
That's my big girl.
Hi. Look at that strong girl.
Excuse me.
My strong girl.
Yeah. She's a strong girl.
There you are.
Hi.
Are you my strong girl?
My big girl.
My big strong girl.
Yeah.
You're going to be doing all kinds of things.
This is just the beginning.
How are you?
Hi.
Are you going to do big things?
I believe it.
I believe in you.
You're going to do all kinds of big things.
If you even grow this patch of hair back,
I know it's going to come back.
It's going to come back.
Hi.
Wow.
Look at that big old neck stretch right there.
Wow.
Look at you.
You can do all kinds of things
if you just try.
Right?
Can you do all kinds of things if you just try?
You sure can.
You can do anything you want
if you just try it.
You just got to practice at it.
Did you love it?
You did love it.
You can see daddy.
You can see all kinds of things, couldn't you?
You guys say goodbye.
I told you that not much was going on.
It was kind of like a work day
slash
whatever day.
That's what it ended up being.
Two of our kids fell asleep on the couch
before nap time.
One of them was June. You know that's never good.
She fell asleep for maybe five minutes
and ended up awake
until 10.45pm.
Last week
my dad
he's been working out of town.
Okay, hold on. I'm like so awkward.
It's because of this.
So my dad's been working out of town
early this week
maybe last week. No, I think it was earlier this week.
It was last week?
No, it was earlier this week.
Then you can remember over the weekend.
It was in the middle of the week.
It's Thursday. Tomorrow's Friday.
Yes, I took the trash out.
Anyways, so he's been working out of town
and
for like three days
he had super high blood pressure.
I think it was like
212 over
167 or something like that.
I don't really know what those numbers mean
but I know that's high.
One of them is resting.
Yeah, really high blood pressure.
And so
he went to the emergency room
and they pretty much told him
that he
Well, they
took like three doses of
the medicine to get his blood
pressure to even drop at all.
Granted, he's out of state too
at this time.
So they pretty much told him that luckily
they did at EKG
they ran a bunch of blood work and tests
on his heart and stuff.
Anyways, he has a really strong
heart they said and
he was lucky for that because
he would have had a stroke if not.
He came home.
But then they wouldn't treat him, right? Because his doctor
No, they
They wouldn't do something
because it wasn't his doctor.
He had to come home and see his normal doctor.
Yeah, I can't remember what that was all about.
Maybe get like a prescription or something.
Yeah, it was a prescription for something.
I think it's kind of been going up and down
and up and down.
So we're going to get him started
on some Ningxia Red
and a few
other oils just to help
his body and support healthy
heart and
blood circulation.
But yeah, it's kind of scary.
I don't know, did it hit you?
Yeah, I mean it kind of did. It's kind of like you think
like, even though you know
they're not going to be there forever, you still think like
especially my dad because he's like
so always like active
even though his body's like
obviously going
because he's just getting
older and his joints are getting older and stuff.
But he's still like active.
So it's like something
He's 70 and he is very active.
Yeah, he's 70.
So yeah, just kind of as a realization
that we're all getting
older and that
they're not here forever.
So it kind of just puts in perspective
things that maybe we should
talk to him about or not talk to him about.
But
I don't know.
Anyway, so you know
obviously like he's doing okay
right now and
at least he's under like a doctor's
supervision and kind of being cared for.
Yeah. But
he does have to be careful
I guess with what he's eating and getting
exercise and just being careful to
keep his blood pressure down because it could
be very dangerous.
So be in prayer for him
and for John and for
our family.
Yeah, I'm looking forward to the weekend.
I'm going to spend time with the kids doing something.
Yeah, it'll be fun.
Maybe have a birthday party for John.
Maybe.
We need to do something for your birthday to celebrate it.
Anyway, we love you guys
and thanks for bearing with us
over the busy weeks.
Know that
we've got things.
Nope.
Know that we
care about our
vlog even if sometimes we're not
having as much time to do it or put into it
as we want to. We do care about you
guys in the community that we're building here
and you guys are like our family.
We love you and care about you so
stick with us.
Thank you and
yeah.
And we hopefully have a new parody coming soon.
Oh yeah. I have an idea for
a parody so we'll see if we can make time for that.
But leave your questions
like I said before in the comments
so we can do a Q&A with you guys
soon. Like a general Q&A.
How did you say that? Not oily Q&A.
But unless you want to. I mean
whatever questions you want but no
it can be more personal.
And let us know if you want us to do a Q&A with the kids
like involved in it or just
me and John sitting down.
We'll do it either way.
We could try with the kids if we might last about two minutes.
Yeah.
But we could try it.
We could incentivize with lollipops.
We could do a Q&A with Adelyn.
She's pretty cute.
Alright guys. We love you.
Have a good one. Good night. Bye.
