Looking for the best Abercrombie clothes this summer? In this video, I do an Abercrombie try on haul to show you my Abercrombie pickups. These pieces will elevate any summer outfit and they are all very easy to wear!
So you want to know what the best pieces are from Abercrombie for the summer?
Well I'm going to show you them in this video.
And just so you know I bought all this stuff with my own money so everything you see in this video
was bought with my own hard-earned cash.
Just for reference I'm six foot, I've got a 30 inch waist and I weigh around 78 kilos.
And I think that's the introduction done.
It's a very hot day today so hence the vest but let's get right into it.
So the first item I picked up is their classic polished cropped tee.
And a lot of you seem to be interested in this one because I've had a lot of questions about it.
If you're looking for a crop tee that fits regular everywhere else so no oversized sleeves
or a really wide boxy fit in the body.
It fits regular but just has a crop fit and you don't want to break the bank
then this is a great shell.
The quality of this t-shirt feels really nice it's got a nice thickness to it
but it feels silky soft at the same time so it's really comfortable to wear.
And I don't know if it's just me but it looks to me like it's got a slight greenish hue.
It's meant to be white but I can only see the greenish tint when I'm not wearing it.
When it's on my body I can't notice it but maybe it's just my eyes.
But if you can see it too then let me know.
Anyway I picked this t-shirt up in a size medium regular and the fit is perfect for a crop tee.
The neckline's got a bound collar so you don't have to worry about it
shriveling up like a piece of bacon either.
No one wants that.
Well maybe you do I can't speak for you but I definitely don't.
Also the sleeves on this t-shirt are absolutely perfect.
I don't really like oversized t-shirts on crop tees.
Oversized t-shirts? Oversized sleeves on crop tees.
I just think it makes the t-shirt look really out of proportion.
So I really like the regular fitting sleeves on this.
But this t-shirt comes in a few different colours.
They all look cool in my opinion and they've just dropped it in a wash black colourway.
So I might have to pick that up too.
And I've had a few people ask me what the difference is between the shrunken tee and this t-shirt.
And the difference that I've noticed is this t-shirt fits more like a regular fitting tee
with a crop to it rather than a shrunken tee if that makes sense.
The next item I picked up is their breezy shirt.
So I picked this up in the white stripe version but it comes in a few different colourways.
And I think all of them are going to be great.
But I thought the white stripe version or the white one would be the most versatile.
And this shirt does feel thicker than I was expecting.
But it also feels better quality than I was expecting.
So I'm not disappointed.
The name breezy sounds like it's going to be really well breezy and flowy and really lightweight.
But it does have some thickness to it.
But it's really soft still so it feels nice basically.
But don't expect something really lightweight and airy.
I picked it up in a size medium and because it's got a nice relaxed fit
it's going to make a great slouchy shirt for the summer.
I can picture myself wearing this shirt with a pair of linen pants or linen shorts.
And I'm on holiday with an ice cold beer in one hand and an ice cream in the other.
Why not? I'm on holiday.
I think my only gripe with this shirt is it's got a buttoned down collar.
And I'm not a fan of buttoned down collars on casual shirts these days.
But I can unbutton them so it's not really a problem.
But I thought I'd point that out.
And as I mentioned this shirt is a little bit on the thicker side.
It is a cotton linen blend.
But the linen's like 3% I think.
So if you do want a 100% linen shirt then Abercrombie have plenty of those as well.
They also come in a load of different colours so you're spoilt for choice.
But I'll leave everything linked in the description box if you want to check anything out.
So let's do another shirt next.
And the next thing I picked up was this short sleeve shirt with a graphic on it.
Now I'm always a little bit hesitant to buy shirts from really popular brands
that have graphics on them.
Because I hate bumping into someone in the street with the same exact shirt on as you.
If it's plain you're probably not going to notice.
But when it's got a graphic on it, it stands out like a sore thumb.
Well I don't know, maybe it'd be a nice thing.
You could give each other a thumbs up, a little fist bump or a nod of the head.
Your shirt buddies, how lovely is that?
But I did think this shirt looks cool.
It gives off proper vintage workwear vibes and the fit is spot on.
I picked it up in a size medium.
It's got a nice crop length which I prefer on a short shirt, short shirt?
A short sleeve shirt like this and the quality feels really nice.
This shirt is going to be so easy to wear with jeans, shorts, pants, you name it.
It's going to go with it.
It's going to be really versatile and that embroidery just makes it pop a little bit.
And if the embroidery is not for you then Abercrombie just dropped this seersucker shirt
which I think looks really nice.
It's going to be lightweight, it's going to keep you cool.
So what's not to like?
Oh while we're speaking of likes, I may as well just ask you to head down there
and give this video a like if you're enjoying it so far.
And while you're down there, you could also smash up the subscribe button.
That would be great, thanks.
People have been saying since they subscribe to the channel
they've been getting out on the right side of the bed every morning.
Sounds good to me.
The next thing I picked up is not one pair but two pairs of shorts.
So if you saw my recent video that I did on shorts,
you would have seen me mention that I wanted to get this pair of shorts from Abercrombie.
And since that video I have picked them up.
And these shorts are everything I hoped they'd be so I'm really happy with them.
I love the textured design.
I think it adds some nice detail, a nice bit of spice to any outfit.
And you need to spice up your summer outfits in any way you can.
For sizing, I picked these up in a size medium and they fit me like a dream.
I've had their other pairs of linen shorts
and for some reason they don't fit me as well as these do.
So yeah, I'm really happy about the fit too.
These also feel more lightweight and more comfortable than the other linen shorts.
Well, linen blend shorts that Abercrombie do.
So yeah, if you haven't checked these out yet, definitely check them out.
But make sure you get the textured black pair and not the regular black pair.
I've got both but I prefer the textured black pair.
But I'll leave them linked in the description box.
But let's move on to the second pair of shorts.
So the next pair I picked up are these nylon pull-on shorts
and these are a lot more casual but I think they're great too.
I picked these up in black as you can see because I wear a lot of black
but they also come in red, green and blue.
I picked these up in a size medium and the fit, the cut and the quality
is really nice for the price.
Nice for the price, I like that.
If you want to use it, be my guest as long as you credit me.
I'm only joking, you don't have to credit me.
I'm only joking, you don't.
You don't, seriously you don't.
But I think these shorts are great to wear casually.
I've just been throwing them on with a pair of sneakers and a t-shirt
and I'm good to go.
They're so easy to wear.
These also come with a shorter inseam so if you prefer your shorter shorts
then check those out.
But I'm really happy with the length on these and that's about it on them.
So let's move on.
So the next item I picked up is this sleeveless cropped vest
and I'm obsessed with these at the moment.
I wear them all the time.
I picked these up in black and white to start with
because you can't go wrong with black and white
and I love the fit of the black one
but I'm not so keen on the fit of the white one.
The white one fits bigger all over.
So the shoulders, the width, the length, it's bigger all over
which I'm not so keen on.
Inconsistencies like this happen a lot when it comes to darker coloured clothing
and lighter coloured clothing in the same item.
Because of the dyeing process, a lot of the time the darker coloured clothes
will come out more shrunk and smaller which I normally prefer.
And this can happen with more expensive brands and more premium brands
just as it can happen with more affordable brands
and I hate it when it happens.
But it's happened here and for full transparency
I think I might send the white one back.
If you like a bigger more relaxed fit then it's not going to be a problem
and maybe go for one of the lighter colours instead.
But if you prefer a more fitted look then maybe choose these in the darker colours.
But aside from that, the quality on these is really nice.
They do feel heavyweight but soft at the same time.
So they're really comfortable to wear.
But I'd 100% buy this black one again.
I really like it and I really like the look of this purple one as well.
Purple's my favourite colour but it is quite loud and in your face
so I don't think I'd get as much wear out of it.
But it does look cool.
The next thing I picked up is a western shirt
and I don't know what's got into me recently
because about a month ago I didn't even own a western shirt
and now I've got three.
Well two of them were gifted to me by a brand but I still chose them
but I didn't have one in black so I picked up this one in black from Abercrombie.
But the fit and the quality is really nice on this.
It's not mind-blowing quality but it's nice for the price.
There's that line again.
This shirt will be too thick and too hot to wear on those really hot summer days
but it'll be nice to wear in the evenings or on those cooler summer days.
If you do want a more summery colour though it does also come in blue
so check that out if you like the fit of this one but you don't want it in black.
The next item I have to warn you about and it's their linen blend baggy pants.
I thought these looked really cool and really flowy and nice for the summer
but the length is a massive problem for me with these.
I picked these up in a size 30-32 which is my regular length
and they fit more like a 30-30 or even a 30-28 so they come up really short.
And don't get me wrong I love a crop trouser but when the style is right for a crop trouser
and I don't think this is the right style for a crop trouser personally.
So yeah just a heads up if you're over say 5 foot 10, 5 foot 11
you might want to go for the 34 length unless you want these crops.
Let me know which piece was your favourite and if you've got any questions
ask me in the comments and I'll get back to you.
I hope you enjoyed this video.

Is it a laugh?
Not really but I've got to hype it up somehow haven't I?
And on that note I will catch you in the next one and see you later.
