I still remember who we are, who we are, as we stare into the sun.
I can't believe we've come so far.
I still remember who we are, who we are.
Now these days have come and gone.
We've given everything we've got.
I still remember.
Well guys, it's almost 7 o'clock.
I got up since 6.30 this morning.
I poured myself a little cold brew here.
Yesterday my family came over.
My parents came over.
I don't know what happened, but I got super sick.
I vomited everything inside my stomach.
It was terrible and disgusting.
My stomach was just jacked up.
I'll lay down.
I have to throw up.
I have to run.
I'm going to throw up.
That had me waking up pretty early this morning.
I'm going to go get my day started and work a little bit.
Then once the kids and everybody gets up, we'll see what's going to go on today.
I have to head into Raleigh and drop some camera stuff off from a shoot I did this weekend.
Other than that, I don't know what's going on.
We're going to do something fun.
The kids are out of school this entire week.
We need some activities for them to do.
If you guys have any ideas, let us know.
They're going to get stir crazy here if we keep them inside the whole time.
Let us know. Comment below.
Hey, where are we going to go?
To the store.
What are we going to get?
Snacks.
What else are we going to get?
We're going to get more bananas.
Yeah, we are getting bananas, but what else?
We need something special to make what?
To make pancakes.
Yeah.
Chocolate chips.
No, not chocolate chips.
For the pancakes.
Uh huh.
Alright, let's go.
Judy and I are heading to the store so we can get some chocolate chips, some bananas, and different things.
But more importantly, we're getting some baking powder so we can make pancakes.
We haven't been able to make pancakes in so long because we don't have baking powder.
We've used baking soda and then just used extra baking soda, but it still doesn't have quite the right consistency.
So today, pancakes.
Let's go.
Let's go to the store.
Is that a cool song?
Daddy's embarrassing right now.
She doesn't even know it.
In about 10 years, she'll probably start getting embarrassed by that.
Maybe even sooner.
We'll see.
And those will be my victorious years.
That's what I'm going to call them.
My victorious years.
The years I embarrass my children.
Stop driving so fast, Judy.
That's too fast.
Whoa, Judy.
Our kids go through bananas like monkeys.
I mean, we might as well just get a banana tree outside because I buy like two bunches of bananas.
Like two of these things, you know.
One, two.
So I bought three this time.
They usually buy just two and they're gone in like a day.
So, I'm buying three this time.
Alright, we got bananas.
What else do we need?
Mommy said let's get bananas.
Here's our list.
Bananas, chocolate chips, aluminum-free baking powder, eggs, Eureka bread.
I didn't even know they put aluminum in baking powder.
That's kind of concerning.
Did you know that?
And if you didn't know that, is that concerning and make you like, why do they put aluminum in there?
What's that all about?
That's just my thoughts.
I'm like, why is there aluminum in there?
I don't know what it does but if they can make aluminum-free baking powder, why wouldn't they just make that all the time?
Think about it.
That's a dinosaur.
What's a dinosaur say?
Say, wow!
He can bite you.
Great.
It'll eat me up.
I'll eat it up.
Here we are.
Chocolate chips over here.
Get this one.
So expensive.
Is that right?
This is what we normally get.
Is this aluminum-free?
Ingredients.
Sodium aluminum sulfate.
I'm pretty sure that's aluminum.
Rumford baking aluminum-free.
$1.89.
Oh, $1.69 today.
It's pretty expensive but no aluminum.
Rumford aluminum-free.
Alright, we got to go get the eggs.
We got to make sure the light's coming.
Alright, I think we got everything we need now.
So, do you need anything, Judy?
Yeah.
What do you need?
We have to eat this.
Some what?
A sandwich.
Some what?
She has some sandwich.
Oh, a sandwich?
You need a sandwich?
Okay, we'll get a sandwich for lunch.
Alright, we're out of here.
We got all the groceries we need.
Right, Judy?
Yeah.
Did we get everything we needed?
Yeah.
You got one tight.
See?
That's what I'm saying.
I'm going to get flack from people for letting her do that.
But you know what?
She'll be alright.
We're leaving Nan's with the kids.
Okay, Nan's is what Tyler calls my mom.
It's really funny because she goes by Nana.
They call her Nana.
But Tyler's like, Nan's, Mom's, Dad's.
I'm like, where are you learning this?
Anyway, so we're leaving Nan's with the kids.
Just kidding.
Not all of them.
We have two of them with us.
That one that's cute.
Super cute.
Are you cute?
You're picking your nose.
And this other one that's super cute.
But really, John has to return some camera gear that he was renting.
And I need to go to Target because we're out of a few things.
You guys, look at this down here where I'm putting my seatbelt on.
It's still pregnant.
I am still pregnant.
I think I'm going to be pregnant forever.
Me and April the giraffe are fighting it out to try to see who can stay pregnant the longest.
She can win.
I'm saying it.
April, you can win.
Let me have this baby.
Anyway, so sorry, you guys.
Because I know everybody's waiting.
And every time we post something, everyone's probably like,
Oh, no.
It's just a picture.
Oh, no.
It's just a picture of Tyler.
We're trying.
It's just, she's coming on her own time.
And there have been a few people asking for, like, play-by-play updates.
Listen, I love you guys.
I really do.
I appreciate everybody who cares about us and our family.
But I will not be posting status updates to Instagram and Facebook while I'm in labor.
Because that is just not the priority at that time.
But we will let you know as soon as she's here.
Or if I'm going into labor.
Also, a little update.
Adaline hasn't thrown up the last two nights.
So that is a plus.
Three nights.
Three nights?
Last three nights, then.
I think she's good.
I used Digize oil on her, and I think she's good.
So that is a plus.
We're not sure what it was.
I know some people said maybe it's just mucus.
Some people said it's acid reflux.
I think it was a stomach bug.
The girls had a stomach bug.
I got sick yesterday.
I told you guys that this morning.
I went that day.
I was sick.
Yeah.
So I think it was just that many herbs.
Maybe this lasted a little longer than everybody else's.
I don't know, really.
Well, her digestive system's a little less mature than other girls.
She's younger.
Yeah, and Danielle had the nerve.
I'm, like, dying on the floor.
She had the nerve to be like,
this is that man illness that all the men get when they just think it's good.
So sick.
I'm, like, I am dying.
It's not just the same stomach bug that everyone else has had.
It's the man stomach bug.
Yeah, well, I literally, let me just say this.
I haven't felt that bad in a long time,
but it's one of those things where I start to fall asleep,
and whenever I start falling asleep and, like, dreaming,
even my dreams would be, like, tormenting to me.
Like, I just feel more sick.
The problem is John never, ever gets sick.
You're like, wait, I will get it.
And he's like, why are you always sick?
Oh, you just need help because you're always getting sick.
And, like, you're just, you, like, he never gets sick.
But then when he does, it's like,
oh, it's like a whole two years' worth of sickness in one.
So he's just very sick.
Well, whatever.
Anyway, I had the nerve to say, John, get up, take off your jeans,
get in some comfy clothes, and get in bed.
I was literally sleeping on the bathroom floor, like, leaned up against.
I had the nerve to tell him to get up and get in bed.
I was leaned up against the wall like this.
So I made dinner for the kids, cleaned it up, got them all in bed,
went and checked on John.
I had some bites of macaroni and cheese.
I know even that you're a big baby when you're sick.
Anyway, so feeling better.
Everybody seems to be feeling better today.
We're thinking that maybe this baby was waiting for these stomach bugs to pass.
And maybe now, you know, maybe God's timing was like,
look, I know you're all about to get sick.
Yeah, that would have been great.
You know, I thought it would have been good.
I was like, it would be really cool.
What a cool video it would be if the other day when I went and shot,
I came home and you'd had the baby,
and then you surprised me with a newborn when I walked in the door.
But that didn't happen.
That's exactly what I wanted to do, is have a baby without my husband.
Judy's plus potty.
We're in the Target family restroom.
That's why we're all in here.
And this one's potty.
Judy has…
She's in underwear.
She's wearing underwear today.
Okay, so we're like, first things first, get you to the potty.
She's good with underwear, but we don't usually go out in underwear.
Yay, are you going to open it?
It's really heavy.
Oh, these look new cars.
This is North Hills.
This is the rich side of town.
Are they getting the newest shopping cart?
Guys, this outfit right here is totally unacceptable.
I forbid each and every one of you from wearing an outfit that looks anything like that.
It does. I'm trying to help her.
It does matter what you wear.
I forbid my wife already from wearing an outfit like that, and all my children.
It's kind of strange?
Why is it kind of strange?
Because it's yucky.
It's yucky?
Have you ever had it before?
No.
Well, then how do you know it's kind of strange and yucky?
Hooray, we got our camera back, finally fixed from Cannon.
So, we made it. We made it through our shopping trip.
What do you think? You're a little tired, huh?
Daddy's eating some baked apples.
Some apple chips. Are they good?
Oh, do you see yourself?
Yeah, you're sweet.
And Judy, do you like the apple chips?
Are they good?
Did you have a good time with us at the store?
Yeah?
You want more?
Baked, crunchy apple chips.
So, these at Target, they had like a 20% off from the Cartwheel app.
I don't know. Your mamas go to Target a lot.
I mean, I know your mamas go to Target a lot, but if you do, the Cartwheel app, they always have...
Baby, yours are right over there.
They always have all kinds of coupons and stuff.
So, today I actually saved a lot, because I needed pull-ups for Jude and Elena for bedtime.
There was a $2 and a $3 off coupon on the Cartwheel app.
Plus, it was like, buy two boxes, get a $10 gift card back.
So, I ended up saving about $15 on their pull-ups.
And then, I also needed more laundry detergent.
And I used the Tide Pure stuff, because I love the way it smells.
And it's a little bit cleaner than some of the other kinds.
So, that was buy two, get a $5 gift card back.
Plus, I had a $3 off coupon on the Cartwheel app.
So, we ended up saving $8 on two of those.
And then, there were a few other things that I saved quite a bit on.
So, that was cool.
Right?
Some snacks.
Daddy bought a Slip N Slide, so it'll be really fun to set that up.
We need to pick up some of the rocks in our yard first.
So, our SeaWorld video, I know everybody's been waiting on that.
It is still in the end stages of the approval process.
We've had to do a couple other things.
So, hopefully, we will have that done soon.
I'm sorry, Evelyn's trying to spill these bubbles.
So, hopefully, that'll be posted soon.
I don't know what'll be first, the baby or that video.
But, we will see.
I just want to say goodnight to you guys.
And thanks for hanging out with us.
Still pregnant.
Walking.
I can feel a lot of pressure when I walk.
So, I don't know.
Hopefully, in the next few days, something will change.
So, I really thought that that last appointment,
that first one where we said that our last midwife appointment,
I really thought that was going to be the last one.
We've had one home appointment since then.
And then we have, I guess, our next one either Wednesday or Thursday.
So, I'm not sure if I'll make it until then.
As of right now, it looks like I will probably.
So, I don't know.
It's crazy.
This is 39 weeks today.
The longest, I think, Adaline was four days early.
So, that would be 39 weeks and three days.
So, other than that, all the other girls came way sooner,
like before 38 or before 39 weeks.
So, it's definitely different to still be pregnant
and to not be feeling contractions regularly or anything.
I do have them.
It's just she's still moving a lot, like flipping around.
So, I don't know.
I don't know what's going on.
It's crazy.
So, anyway, thanks for hanging in there with us.
Thanks for loving our family and keeping up with us.
And pray for us.
Strength, patience.
What do you want to ask me?
Thank you very much.
Oh, they didn't see me.
Do you have something to say?
Okay, we love you guys.
We will talk to you later.
I hope you're all having a great week.
Can I say it one more time?
One more time.
Thank you very much.
Good job.
Now say bye.
Bye-bye.
