[Music] good morning guys welcome to another daily juice this morning today's vlog is going to be like quite chilled quite laid-back we're back in Manila were you were using Manila this time we got back from Cebu two nights ago three nights ago we've been sat here just there editing that's all we've been doing are we really using Manila as a reset this time after the gym this morning good morning Lucy we're actually celebrating our six years together as well today we put two table at a nice place this evening we'll take you guys along we're just taking a little camera we weren't sure if we were even gonna vlog this day but we're like a nice vlog and this vlog is gonna be like a live video in that we're not going to edit much of it because basically what its gonna piece the clips together because we want you guys to just come along in our day enough yep back to basics chilled flog small camera whatever got to we've got quite a lot to go and sort out and quite a lot to actually go by we're gonna head to the shops this afternoon we've got like a list but good to the back room another good to be back in apartment eating good Lucy cooks a nice healthy meal yesterday in the gym is one of the honest like I know we like always seem to be going and doing stuff and going crazy but I didn't feel like going to the gym this morning but I know that the feeling afterwards it's gonna be worth it's gonna be good but feeling a bit tired feet I think that Cebu trips caught up with us now but you never regret our workout it's always worth their let's go now we're gonna day then we're gonna do a back workout and some legs not feeling it I don't I don't know what's not today then I was wrong with me today not feeling it not feeling good not feeling I know I know it healthy you've been behind a computer screen for three days and you have already sent me out door well much that's what we're gonna do today we're gonna see what's going on out there we are we gonna get out in the fresh air of the city let's do this sometimes you got to self motivate guys and I'm usually the motivator for a lot of people now we motivate a so I'm going to go to self-motivate today heard of the easily stayed in bed a few extra hours could have easily complained and moaned but it's not my style so let's get on with it let's go excuse me okay [Music] very nice as you can see with bashing out some Christmas music this is the worst Christmas song ever never [Music] Merry Christmas everybody we are feeling so much better after that at a shower and a little dance to some Christmas songs guys Christmas music makes you so happy you came down I don't know what was up with us I asked no we figured out okay me I figured out what was up with me this morning last night I ate some chocolate can anyone relate when you just feel like eating a little bit of chocolate we've been super healthy all in moderation Lizzy well no I don't want any lightly there's this moderation thing or there's trying to have no sugar which is why I usually try and do and I'm going to continue doing that because I realize wait wait wait wait for the moderation thing if you feel that you need something but don't make a habit of it and then complain like I did this morning when your choices affect the outcome so what happened was take it and accept it and if your decision exactly yeah because what happened yesterday was I ate some chocolate yeah crash yet like fell asleep instantly off you can because I think my sugar levels spiked way I used to bang and they did way lower than they use cream yeah and then this morning felt really really sluggish but the workout fix me some Christmas music fixed me this is really frustrating something some of this cameras to the old g7x mark - I think I might even look at buying the new one there's a new one out maybe the Sony anyway for non camera nerds everything we need to do today is in BGC luckily so we can walk and get some exercise oh wow look a Ferrari nice but you're gonna go with me look at our that's super nice really nice we're going to grab a quick coffee from Toby's first of all and then season one is coming soon of the podcast do you think podcast that's will give for the life we've been speaking about this for a while but we now have five guests books in five celebrity guests I think you might I think pretty much all of them some of you guys probably would have heard of or know of in some way really cool and we've said before as we mentioned this in the vlog yet we want to do the podcast in series because we know that if we say let's do a podcast we'll put out like three episodes and then we'll be busy so we can't film and then will our four episodes and visit if we film edit and upload five videos and then publish the first one you know you've definitely got a series once sorted and then you see season 2 will come when we filmed another fiber so it's going to be a bit more set in stone a bit they'll make a bit more sense I think I'm excited we love the forecast that's what one of our meetings was about in Cebu with our graphic designer working on some branding for that kind of stuff but we'll vlog I think we're going to vlog one of the days of a film the podcast I'll show you behind the scenes but we need to go today to buy some tripods sort out some stuff for microphones and that kind of thing and then we need to buy some clothes yeah originally using this Manila trip into life all right that's fine we're literally using this time in Manila to have a bit of a resource and a reset Lucy and I are actually in a few days taking five days off yeah no clogging no phones no Instagram we're not doing stories we're having vlogs going online but we're not going to be doing swipe ups on it's around we're completely switching off we're not having screen time it's the first time we've ever done this we're being self-aware knowing that we've worked incredibly incredibly hard this year we haven't really taken a break for ourselves we have done nothing we've done breaks where like for me we've been on trips where we've said okay let's just film a couple of videos and try and relax read and stuff but it's still not switching off in your head or no completely switch off and intuitively it allows our head to think of new ideas and it actually means it will be more productive once it had a few days off exactly so we're doing some stuff in Manila here to prepare for that trip that's why we love living in Manila right we got back from Cebu we dropped our laundry the next day that was all cleaned and washed and picked up we had our apartment cleaned and sorted that everything was reset we're now editing the videos they're nearly done we're back in the gym we're back eating healthily and yeah it's good really good place to reset project coming together people a whiteboard really the stuff in our bedroom is but all our ideas the project how we kind of get to them the sort of micro macro fan Mike Matt rose like secure she's not liking this we should move I really yeah so the micro would be start the podcast and then the micros like buy the gear get gets it and think of an entry think of the name think about all these different things around there so no you're good you're just looking I think he's see smiling that smile is good yes so we've got a Whitewood and all these fun products is got going on a kind of coming together we painted that there's do the thing goodies coming soon and we're currently talk with merch by about colors we've had some sample sent also just amazing we've got a trip to a lot soon as well what you just put flights for and with something to do with the new merch Lord because we'll tell you more about that later yeah there's lots kind of coming together and it feels good I feel like when we came back from our break in the UK family or planet break when we came back from the UK had all these ideas and they're all kind of coming together now like and one go aren't they it's also everything yeah it's very busy but it's a good bit takes time to get stuff done but when you constantly have ideas you're constantly moving yesterday the operations may take time patience is key patience okay adjusted setting on the camera hopefully this is a bit better guys picked up a quick coffee Toby's Cortado first doctor funny story let me quickly tell you this story you guys you guys know the Hat I usually wear the do the thing cat part of our merch I stupidly put it in the laundry and it came back completely ruined completely flat and I can no longer wear it so one of the first stops today I need to somewhere buy a new a new black cap I was coming to a mall at Market Market and VGC looking for some audio equipment we may have found a kind of arm for the microphones for the podcast looks like the guys just having us fix our microphones on - it seemed a bit yeah hopefully it's going to fit my voice should have joined us for Christmas songs earlier yeah that's what we did the guys have just found our Channel and they're really good stories forget everything that we need three arms for the microphones and what else did we get and a tripod for another camera really cool story we didn't know this was here but they seemed to pretty much sell everything it looks small from outside but you come in and they've got everything in cupboards and stuff what's the name of your store here perfect all right I'll tell everyone to come here a free 200 shopping trip is going world ice just picked up just picked up some lovely shirts for future Island trips not that one I won't I'll show you later what I bought that and we've also looking as you can see successful trip so far we'll show you what we get what we've got ones we get home we're gonna stop some lunch min de couro but we've only got two hours till our dinner appointment dinner booking so we have a big lunch and a smaller dinner I think that is the plan thanks for coming to my bread talk how exciting thanks for your help Oh maybe in the world I don't know and yes because we have pushed back our dinner reservation two hours just so we can eat lunch air because shopping took a bit longer than we thought very successful got everything we wanted everything to the podcast and show you when we get home never needs to get changed dinner [Music] the plans changed a bit tonight we had as in the reservation for two minutes from now we have discounts on it because Georgia's in the bedroom feeding rubbish she's got a really bad headache and we're both getting a lot of headaches at the moment I think it is because of the screen time thing which is why we need to break away from screens and which we're going in a few days time which is very much needed I just thought I'd show you what we picked up at the shop do you mind me doing this as well so I got this top here which is a bit different from forever 21 and it's like rainbow here and it's like this pop and it's really cozy and I feel like I can wear this on flights and and around Manila because it's quite thin and I like bit like a pop thing here as well it's just nice and comfy and I also got this which is a bit random it's like Japanese is it Japanese well this is a Japanese print just hair and it's just a nice dress it was 200 and something paces it's like really cheap for a dress I thought it was just like hair racing or quite short and I thought I'd be either way on its own and here was if we go out not like we're here was ever but if we had something to wear heels to but actually I think I can wear it in the daytime with like a white t-shirt underneath and I'm my wet trainers which I like then again when it gets super hot here some of my clothes are quite like I thought I since we've moved here I bought quite a few cloves that are like hotter so when it's a really hot day I'm a bit too hot and so this is just a nice little a sweet little top that's just like a little kind of cropped just set up with jeans or a skirt or something but just to kind of throw on then I got this kamilly coloured same sort of thing just throw in with a pair jeans and also I keep wearing my ruston supermarket bag as a handbag because I come back to we're here anymore rucksack thing so I just got this it's really cheap again because it was on offer if you bought something in a shop you could get this for like half the price or something and it's just it's like tan colored bag George before while still waiting for a new heart to arrive he's bought for my match he's bought just a plain black cap wofully texted black long sleeve top I'm George likes to wear a lot of black and white at the moment so I'm kind of ill do I sound ill in my through I feel like I sound quite bummed up and coldy and my throat's hurting I'm tired um he'll support this - worth tonight we're not going out tonight we are gonna wear no we are going to celebrate our anniversary properly go out for dinner and have some drinks like we were going to do tonight but just not tonight tonight's not the night tonight's not our anniversary anyway it was a few days ago here by tonight and when they're in to do so it doesn't really matter let me celebrate it but I think it's nice to make like acknowledge it and actually do setting for it but it doesn't matter when it is so you've got this long sleeve Navy it's kind of like an oxford shirt not quite that I've been taught material it's nice nice colour a plain black foam it's nice t-shirt and then - mental I think he showed you these in the shop to mental island vibe Co anyways same to him over and over again he's bought two more to make the alphabet but he's a fight violent hop in days Ireland drives chillin out crazy patterns but good fun for the Sun and then another mad one here it's like yellow and green palm leaves and lastly he got some new swimming shorts because his ones are super old he's just here it's like they're called hot shorts is that they even Hasselhoff me they're like acid-wash like gray and they gray or they blue I think they're great they're like acid-wash here you can see the they look kind of aged a little bit but some purpose what do you think that's everything oh yeah and of course we've got the tripod or three podcast stands which are going to start tomorrow because as soon as you get back from my trip with filming two podcasts on that day oh yeah and a little drone case and if we showed you that but if we want to take our drain with us on a day out we don't have to like worry about it being in the bag and the propellers pinging off its gonna be bit easier to carry around but I think that's on and also got weird very weird case this milk pour my glasses are we you know we've got these blue light glasses that we wear these ones I think I've I've not put in the packet if they're completely scratched so they're meant to be used to edit videos when I'm with screen and stuff to help with headaches but this is totally scrapped so I can't actually see out there which isn't good for editing some sleep everything you need to be like very precise and on edge I'm CRC so I just picked up some new ones these ones are a lot lighter I feel like a lot of grass is giving me headache so they push in here and here um so I've got these and they're very very light very comfy they don't push it in so they're just like I mean they don't look great they're ok I think but they're just literally for working there are practical things I can just be like editing and not damage my eyes you can see actually the blue light just there oh yeah something else I'll show you quick so in the UK we love Nando's and if you don't know what nowadays is it's like a chicken restaurant and we found it when we were in the kuala lumper and in rust and the other dirt is in the fridge in Ruston's we found this which is the peri-peri hot sauce and it was it was kind of expensive for what it is like a pity UK price but so we won't be buying it like regularly because it's very overpriced but we had to try it how you had to buy it we haven't at Nando's months and I made a nice chicken dinner yesterday with it and it
